Great location literally 5 minutes walk from 2 beaches and only 10 to the nudist beach ( we had to give it a go). Super markets , cafes and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. So quiet too loved it. Billy even organised a scooter for us the minute we arrived. Get the local bus from Rhodes station for 2.5 euro and the practically drop you out the front!

Small bathroom so shower usually flooded the floor but it’s what you get when you pay that money in a good area.

Overall, everything was really really good 👍 Reception staff (Vasilis in particular & breakfast lady...sorry, don't know her name) to the cleaner lady, everyone done their upmost to make us feel welcomed and comfortable!

Just like I've said before, we had a really good experience and only few things would like to point out; breakfast generally was quite good but would be nice to have more options like an omelette, scrambled eggs apart from only boiled ones and perhaps some beans 😊

Very helpful and kind staff. They helped me securibg an excursion on my last day and it was greatMy room was really clean. The equipment are basic but it's ok if you don't really mind.The hotel is located only 2 minutes walk from the bus, 15 minutes walk from Faliraki center and 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The only thing for me was some people yelling and playing loud music but it only happened twice during my 1 week stay

Very good location, a good 10 minutes walk to the city center, 5 mins to the beach. Both the girl at the reception and Billy the owner made their best to make our staying perfect. They gave us useful infos about the island. As we checked out very early, they even prepared us a breakfast box :) Would higly reccomend this BnB for everyone.

Excellent staff, clean and spacious rooms, definitely worth every penny. Big thanks to Mr. Vasillis (Billy). He was very friendly and helped us a lot. No need to look another place, I highly recommend Nikos BnB to all fellas around the world!

15-20 mins walking to Faliraki Beach and restaurants can be annoying under the +30 degrees sun, renting a car would be a solution, which we regret.

Vasilis was a great host, he answered all our questions and he was always reachable also at 2:00am or 4:00 am per WhatsApp. the bus station is 3 minutes per feet and takes 30 minutes to Rhodes. beaches are 7 and 10 minutes away per feet. one of the best restaurants (and cheapest) is also located pretty much near this location. we have rented a ATV so it was a great experience exploring the island. the Taxi to Airport took 20 minutes and was 33€. next time we will definitely stay at Nikos again and will be staying longer.

Initially, staff were great. Vasilis helped us a lot during our stay in Nikos BnB. He arranged a reservation for renting a car with quite reasonable prices.

We are not pool people, so we didn’t use the pool, but if we weren’t we wouldn’t have used it as it seemed a bit dirty.

Cozy, clean, quiet and safe with excellent location close to Kathera beach with cristal clear water, good for swimming and snorkeling, we used white sunbeds surrounded by banana trees for 12€ per day. What was the most important thing to us: Vasilis - owner of the house. Friendly, polite, always helpful with deep local knowledge which saved us lot of time and money. We would like to especially thank him for hospitality, morning smiles and gifts like fresh fruits and honey.

Good breakfast. Good room. Aircon good. beds comfy. It was very hot when we were there, therefore did not sit outside but there was somewhere under cover to sit. Brilliant family restaurant nearby called Masa Taverna. Went each night.

Could not sit outside our room as there was a smell from the drains. A large tube was running into the drain and it was semi-open.
