The location was amazing. So close to the beach. The balcony was a bonus, even though we didn't have the best view. The room was very spacious for the family of four. Air conditioning was a life saver in the August heat. The owner helped us to order a taxi to the airport.

Wifi was great the first few days. Unfortunately the last few days there was no wifi in our room. It worked only outside our room. Sadly after a full day of activities kids spent their evenings sitting in Hallway/staircase winding down.

The apartments are right on the beach, which is amazing, the rooms are good for self catering if you like to do that , they’ve got everything you need, we spend a good part of the day on the beach then went out for meals, you can eat here, and it’s nice but we like to walk about to sample different places. The staff are great, really nice, and our balcony view was brilliant .

Nothing really, a lot of sand gets about but it’s only to be expected.

Very friendly personnel. With less than 3min to the beautiful beach, and 15min walk to faliraki center, it is very well located. Also the nights are quiet calm, and far from the parties, so we were able to sleep with the window open! The room is big and spacious, including a small kitchen.

The shower was too small but we managed. The room in general is outdated and requires renovation, even the fridge had rust on it from the outside, but still working.

It was incredible holiday in Paradise Studios, direct on the beach 10 Minutes to Faliraki central there is the night life,to the next from the Apartment you found a Mine market,STIFANOS is the Host was very very friendly and was very helpful he have A Family Restaurant a side Front The Studios,the cooking the all the traditional Greece food included Frisch Fish very tasty and delicious, reasonable price. I would like to thank all staff,i will cam back again in September,

Nice owner, very heplful, answering the messages, spacious room, table and chairs on the balcoony, calm quarter and still close to Fakiraki city centre - up to 15’ near the sea…. Up to 2’ minutes to the nearest beach…. But we visit different one - 15 minutes far on foot… any problem with 5 yo boy 😃

Water pressure was a bit tricky during the high peak, when all hosts came from beach…🤪 but when you wait a while… it will be ok 😆

The area was exceptional. Close proximity to everything. Beaches, traditional Greek restaurants, supermarkets only steps away. Within easy reach of bus stops for trips to other parts of the island. The apartment and facilities were spotless. On my last day, I requested a late checkout. I was provided at no extra charge, a different room to store my luggage, shower etc before my late flight. (Thank you Stefanos) All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive.

Was expecting a proper seaview. (My view from terrace included in pics)Bedsheets weren’t changed over the course of the week. Towels were changed once! Sun beds are advertised@ €10 for 1, €20 for 2. There was always plenty of free sunbeds. On my 2nd day there I was charged €12 for 1. I wasn’t given an explanation when I queried why the price had gone up or why I wasn’t being charged what was advertised on their boards. I just moved up the beach by a few feet and paid €10 there for the remainder of my holiday and gave my custom to that particular beach premises instead.(Food&drinks) I know it’s only €2 but I felt I was being penalised because I was solo.

For us Paradise Studios are in the perfect location. We walk 40 minutes to Anthony Quinn Bay to snorkel and a 15 minute walk in to town along the bay to Dimitra’s for tea. Paradise Studios could not really be closer to Kathara Bay beach either if that was your choice. Stefanos also runs a very good taverna from the adjoining property with views over the bay. The owner, Stefanos is a lovely man and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, always clean and well serviced.

We were supposed to have four beds, but there were only three and an extra bed, which was uncomfortable. Litlle dishes, It was not possible to cook (but for us it wasn’t a problem as we preferred to eat out)

We stayed here two weeks in August 2023. It really was a great vacation! The room is value for money, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony, privacy, everything was above all praise. A special theme is the restaurant, delicious food, well-prepared dishes. We ordered paradise salad, pork chop, dorada fish, everything was excellent and quickly cooked and served, white house wine with a touch of nutmeg, was really a bomb :) The waitress girls are quick and kind. Owner Stefanos does everything to make your stay memorable only from the best side! I took my SUP board with me, and the kind beach keeper suggested me a safe place to store it. Many thanks from us and greetings to the whole paradise team from Latvia! Strictly recommended! The proper beach is just around the corner (rock) :)

Always a warm and friendly greeting from Stefanos the owner who is always there to help. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed and the property is in a stunning location, so close to the sea. The property is quiet even when it is full and there really is no noise from outside other than the waves as they roll in.

For us, nothing not to like. It is very good value self catering accommodation.
