I could not believe the level at which I would be taken care of when I booked this place. I was able to be checked in early and was properly shown all of the facilities (Thanks Penny). While waiting I was able to get a coffee a look at the sea, what an enchanting view. After a very small wait - I was lead to my room. Once I went in I was mesmerized! The bathtub was like my very own spa tub! I obviously spent a lot of time there. The room had AC, comfortable bedding and a balcony with the best view ever. The pool beach chairs seemed very new. The breakfast was the best and most fresh buffet I have eaten while on vacation. Their entire menu was suitable for all diets! The food was well seasoned and delicious. Unfortunately I caught a cold from the wind and cold water in the sea but little did I know they would nurse me back to health. Special thanks to Dimitri's, Johanna and Maria at the front desk. They fed me and gave me chamomile tea, honey and lemon. Being a solo traveler Im used to taking care of myself but this was outstanding. Thanks for making this place feel like a home in paradise. I will be returning and telling all of my tech colleagues about this place. Thank you all so much! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Everything was lovely, the staff were so available and kind, the breakfast was so diverse and lovely food and my room was very comfortable. The whole hotel was extremely clean and tidy. Victoria, the manager, was so lovely, and after Acknowledging about being a solo traveller and my birthday, she was so kind in sending a birthday card and some gifts. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU, YOU MADE MY STAY EVEN BATTER.

Didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the coffee pods I used in the room, and I didn't know that it's wasn't an everyday compliment, as water was. Please make this clear to your guests.

I loved the hotel and found it beautiful. My room was nice and I enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and appreciated the wine and fruits in my room. The spa area is lovely and I had a good massage and facial. I found that the cocktails at the bar were very well made and I liked the ambiance at the pool area.

I think for the garden view rooms they could cut the plants down so that guests can actually still see the sea from their rooms. I could’ve had a nice view from my window but the bush in front of the room was too tall. Breakfast was repetitive and not very interesting. TV in the room needs updating.

The hotel was well laid out, the pool was a generous size. Each room had a balcony with views of the pool restaurant and the sea in the distance. Ours included a small sitting room with a sofa bed and the shower room was large and the shower good. The breakfast was amazing with a huge choice of both cold and hot options. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The location of the hotel was a 3K walk to the main town of Fira, which was easy to walk or there was a shuttle bus from the hotel.

Nothing, all good. My only comment for those using sofa-bed (in the sitting room) is that due to the necessary highlighted safefy/emergency lights it is a little difficult to sleep. I'm not sure how you could get over this apart from wearing a sleeping mask.

Property was clean. Food was excellent. Staff were amazing.

Ladies the rooms have nowhere to sit and do your makeup. They have a mirror in the bathroom that steams up and you are approximately 3 feet from it because of the sink. I addressed this with reception and was basically told to use the bathroom mirror. Would not rate this a 5star. More like a 4-4.5 star. Their sister hotel across the road the Volcano Views was far superior and definitely a 5 star.

This hotel was perfect if you like a walk into town each day. Otherwise there is a complimentary shuttle bus there and back. Breakfast was really nice. But the best part were the staff. LEO at reception was,hands down outstanding at his job and the receptionists were always helpful and friendly. Dometries was a super friendly guy at Breakfast and at the pool and everyday the gardener would give you a Rose such a beautiful gesture. So for the staff I would be back.

The prices of food and beverages in the pool bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and worth it but the price of say a glass of procecco or a cocktail between 18 and 22 euro. Crazy prices everywhere. Maybe a Greek tax on alcohol. Lidl down the road so bought in which was a shame . So no one in the bar ever. Room was good but they badly need a Miirror in the room for getting ready. Also heavier curtains as felt everyone could see us as they walked by.

We loved everything, stuff were absolutely amazing, very kind and helpful . Special thanks to John and Michael and all team at the restaurant thank you guys for always looking after us. Location was great very easy access to everything. Absolutely loved it and we planing to go back next year . Thank you De Sol team for a wonderful experience

The staff is truely awesome. Always smiling, always willing to help and make guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We've got an upgrade to suite for free! Hotel's area is big and well maintained, so there is a perfect level of separation from other guests in case you want that. Wonderful reception girls will help you arrange any activity you can dream of. Big thumbs upi for that!

Breakfast wasn't very variable. By no means you can't find what to eat in the morning, but not a huge variety of food available. I would like to have more fruits and berries, but you can find usual eggs, cheese and cereals, so not a big deal here. Another point to cosider is that you won't see the famous Santorini sunset from the hotel's territory, you will need to go across the road to be on the cliff with unobstructed view.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and super helpful staff. An excellent and generous breakfast buffet. The dinner menu was varied and delicious. The location for us was ideal; we love to walk so from here we were able to walk to all parts of the island. We definitely recommend and would stay here again

The room is modern, spotless and full of luxury comfort amenities. The pool was heated and very enjoyable. Staff was readily available to assist with any request. The bed was a pillowtop orthopedic mattress with a duvet and down pillows in multiple firmness options. There were 2 bathrooms and each had a towel warmer which was ideal.
