The room and swimming pool were absolutely perfect

The person at the reception suggested that we can change room, by paying just 10 euro more, because the one we booked has no windows!!! Of course ALL their rooms have windows and it was just a bluff. I asked to see the room with no windows and... Surprise! It is just wonderful, with windows, balcony and garden sight, with no extra price!!! Also the person was very very anxious to book a taxi for us and didn't deliver the requested information about public buses because she wanted us to book "their" taxi.

Very cozy hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s located just a short 5-minute drive or bus ride from Fira, making it a great base for exploring the island. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. She provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel and gave helpful recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing after long walks in the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

The hotel is perfectly located on the island - a quick car ride from the airport, and 30 minutes max to any other point. The pool is amazing with plenty of comfortable sofas to relax on. The bed was comfy, the AC worked perfectly and it not directly above the bed (no neck pain :) ). The bathroom was stylish with a great shower pressure. What surprised us tho, was how much Flora helped us to organize our stay - besides getting us the taxi from the airport (30€) - she managed to get us the quad delivered in front of our room for an incredible competitive price (55€) for a all day including two drivers and insurgence.

Only thing that could improve is the WiFi, it was a little bit weak and scattering.

The property is amazing, it is not near all the chaos with tourists. The staff were lovely and made sure we were always comfortable and our rooms were cleaned. The people who deal with the transfers like to explain the island to you and the history which was lovely, making the journeys more worth while. There is also a nice wee bakery and my friends and I went there pretty much every day.

We were put in the wrong room accidentally, we stayed one night in the room. The next day when we were told it was the wrong room we were offered to stay in the room as an upgrade which we accepted. We were charged an extra €220 which was a shock especially since it wasn’t a mistake on our end. We weren’t expecting it for free but €220 was very expensive for a mistake we didn’t make. Additionally, if you are wanting to travel around the island the transfers is €35 euros. It wasn’t much of an issue for us but I know some may be shocked about that pricing, if you are going to places like Oia this price is not bad at all, it’s more for small trips like traveling to Fira.

The receptionist gave us a free upgrade so that is always nice :). The hotel is nice and has a great view. I would say it is good for a shorter stay (2-3 days)

I think you need a car to stay here because we found it to be difficult to get anywhere else than Fira with the bus.

amazing location to reach every part of the Island of Santorini, the staff is really nice and they try to satify every need of the costumer, they alzo have an amazing pool with a view on the vineyard and a jacuzzi they offer an additional service of breakfast which is nice and complete; and if you didn’t book any attractions or transport (such as quad/car/motorbike) they can book it for you

We arrived there very ill and the next morning we taxied to the Santorini Clinic and had to stay the night to transfer to Athens for 14 days as I had pneumonia and my partner was ill too although not as extensive as I was. This was not the hotels fault however the very nice Receptionist could see we were both ill and proceeded to book us in for a tour the next day. In hindsight we should not have booked the tour. Instead we ended up in hospital. We did not receive a receipt for the tour and therefore couldn't claim on our insurance however we are at least alive thank goodness.

My stay here was simply delightful! I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The price I paid for my stay was incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value for money compared to other options on the island. The room was very comfortable especially the cleaned daily, well decorated, comfortable bed providing a relaxing retreat. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily explore the beauty of Santorini, while still providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, my experience at exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santorini, very professional!

From the moment we arrived, Flora was welcomed us with warmth and friendliness. The hotel's rooms, facilities, and pool were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Fresh bed linens and towels were provided each morning. There's a big bakery nearby within walking distance. We get our bottled water from there as it's the cheapest at 1 eur for a 1.5 litre bottle. Excellent service from Flora. Gave us recommendations on places to visit with clear details of directions and sights. Helped us book taxi and get a rental car. She provides concierge service that was not expected. She made the entire stay enjoyable and convenient for us. Highly recommend !!
