Great views, best sunset over here, sit in your hot tub and see the sunset from here, it's better than Oia. The breakfast was nice. Didn't have a very wide spread but it was good enough to get the day started. We stayed here in May, which was not peak season, hence we had a car so traveling to and from was easy. Without a car it's almost 45 mins walk to main Fira. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable.

Amazing views from the hot tub, probably the best on the island without the crowds, rooms were very clean and the air con was great. The mini bar was replenished after every room was cleaned in the morning, the hotel maintenance person & receptionist was happy to help with anything we needed during our stay.

We had to pay again for our stay at the hotel as they would not accept my chase card I originally used payment for our stay because, my card didn't have any information on it only my name, I explained to them the app shows this but not on my card but apparently this is in the terms and conditions. Meaning I had to wait 3/4 days for a refund and pay again with another card for our stay on the spot! The bathroom was very dark, lighting not the best either, the shower head could have been fitted slightly higher as we had to hold it to shower with.

Very nice view from the hotel. It's just blue out there. Good option if you reach here by car and plan to drive Santorini by yourself.

Very basic facility provided. No iron box, no dryer and no transformation service from hotel to centre. Only one bottle of water as complementary and nothing specifics about other things. Which they will charge later. Bus stops are far away. Only one bus stop nearby that is 500-600 m away and sometimes buses dont stop.

We LOVED staying here, it was the highlight of our trip!! All staff were so lovely but Dimitri went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Great location, stunning facilities - breakfast view was stunning. Just a 10-min drive into Fira, and a bus stop is in close proximity.

Our hot tub had some issues turning on at times but it wasn’t a big deal. We wish we had more time to spend here!

Air conditioning unit was efficient and quiet and not over the bed.

The shower had a handheld showerhead only and not a place to position the showerhead over your head, making showering and efficient. You have to hold the shower head the whole time. Also, there are no lights in the shower cave. The bathroom was a little dark.

I honestly can't fault this place. my misses, and I stayed here for three nights for her 30th and had the best time. we had room 8, and I'd argue it was definitely the best for the view and privacy. the beautiful lady on reception is the nicest person I've met she makes sure all your needs are met constantly location of this hotel is class as well! 8 min walk to a fantastic wine place ( santo wines) with incredible views as well.. 7min taxi into fira where personally we much preferred lots of nightlife restaurants and rooftop bars. oia we visited for the day, but it's kinda one of those places to just go tale your insta pics and then leave we also hired a quad from reception and had a whole day exploring thr island.. lovely endless beach bars in kamari to sit eat and drink from.. I spent days researching places to stay and this has not disappointed. very private personal cave villas unbeatable views and second to none hospitality. we will definitely be back!!!

having to come home

stunning views, exactly as advertised, the location itself is a bit off Fira, 30 mins (beautiful) walk or a short drive. there is a restaurant and a coffee/brunch place right next. just chill in the hot tub, literally hanging off the cliff face and take in the views. the room is simple but clean and has everything.

We had a sea-view suite with hot tub, and everything is just as expected: the cave-style room is spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and breathtaking view on the caldeira. The pool was also very nice.

We would appreciate buffet breakfast, than a la carte in restaurant, but that's not really a problem.

The views were incredible, and the room was great. It's a villa on the cliff edge so if you do suffer from vertigo you might find going up and down the stairs a little scary. The hot tub was good and water was to a good temperature. Would highly recommend it.

this place is amazing. wherever your room is situated, you have a jacuzzi outside and an amazing view that does not compare to others. the breakfast is very, very good, the capuccino is a must! the staff is very friendly and helpful. my husband had a severe back pain and no pharmacy was opened, so the very pretty woman from the reception helped us bringing some medicine from her home! thank you again for that. we do recommend Villa Irini as the best place to stay in Santorini. cheers!
