Great views, best sunset over here, sit in your hot tub and see the sunset from here, it's better than Oia. The breakfast was nice. Didn't have a very wide spread but it was good enough to get the day started. We stayed here in May, which was not peak season, hence we had a car so traveling to and from was easy. Without a car it's almost 45 mins walk to main Fira. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable.

Amazing views from the hot tub, probably the best on the island without the crowds, rooms were very clean and the air con was great. The mini bar was replenished after every room was cleaned in the morning, the hotel maintenance person & receptionist was happy to help with anything we needed during our stay.

We had to pay again for our stay at the hotel as they would not accept my chase card I originally used payment for our stay because, my card didn't have any information on it only my name, I explained to them the app shows this but not on my card but apparently this is in the terms and conditions. Meaning I had to wait 3/4 days for a refund and pay again with another card for our stay on the spot! The bathroom was very dark, lighting not the best either, the shower head could have been fitted slightly higher as we had to hold it to shower with.

I honestly can't fault this place. my misses, and I stayed here for three nights for her 30th and had the best time. we had room 8, and I'd argue it was definitely the best for the view and privacy. the beautiful lady on reception is the nicest person I've met she makes sure all your needs are met constantly location of this hotel is class as well! 8 min walk to a fantastic wine place ( santo wines) with incredible views as well.. 7min taxi into fira where personally we much preferred lots of nightlife restaurants and rooftop bars. oia we visited for the day, but it's kinda one of those places to just go tale your insta pics and then leave we also hired a quad from reception and had a whole day exploring thr island.. lovely endless beach bars in kamari to sit eat and drink from.. I spent days researching places to stay and this has not disappointed. very private personal cave villas unbeatable views and second to none hospitality. we will definitely be back!!!

Air conditioning unit was efficient and quiet and not over the bed.

The shower had a handheld showerhead only and not a place to position the showerhead over your head, making showering and efficient. You have to hold the shower head the whole time. Also, there are no lights in the shower cave. The bathroom was a little dark.

this place is amazing. wherever your room is situated, you have a jacuzzi outside and an amazing view that does not compare to others. the breakfast is very, very good, the capuccino is a must! the staff is very friendly and helpful. my husband had a severe back pain and no pharmacy was opened, so the very pretty woman from the reception helped us bringing some medicine from her home! thank you again for that. we do recommend Villa Irini as the best place to stay in Santorini. cheers!

everything was great, nothing to complain about.

We had a sea-view suite with hot tub, and everything is just as expected: the cave-style room is spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and breathtaking view on the caldeira. The pool was also very nice.

We would appreciate buffet breakfast, than a la carte in restaurant, but that's not really a problem.

Easily the best stay of our 14 week Europe trip. The rooms were nothing short of amazing and the most perfect place to stay in santorini. The view and spa are worth it on its own. To top it off the staff and service were second to none and by far made our trip to santorini the highlight of our whole trip ! Cannot recommend enough.

That we didn’t stay longer

VILLA Irini is a place with wonderful view and own whirpool from where we watched the sunset. It is just a stunning place. Wonderful with a good bakery very close by and in walk distance to Fiera. The whole Staff is awesome. And outstanding is Maria, she takes care about everything, is always avaiable with a smile. Thank you very much Maria and all others for those amazing days

The view was amazing! It was nice that it wasn’t directly in one of the busy towns and the staff were great! The shower was very unique and the spiral staircase stood out to us.

The bathroom area smelled like sewage at times. The AC in the living room ended up leaking on the floor and the AC in the bedroom had a dirty air filter covered in dust.

Air con was the best I've had all euro trip. I read on reviews the location was great, it really was good being just out of the hustle and bustle. Only 3kms away from everything. View from the villas are 10/10 unobstructed views of sunset. I ate and drank at expensive places for amazing sunset views but it really was the best where we stayed. Staff were amazing. Adults only villa was amazing. Ill be recommending this place to my mates when they come over.
