Amazing breakfast during the sunrise. Idyllic location by the sea to have breakfast and enjoy the 'Greek vibe'. Private beach of the hotel is great with quality sunbeds and gazebos. The staff is very polite, kudos to 'Kiria Katerina' who was willing to accommodate all the requests made by me. I saw that this was the case with all clients. Rooms were as good as new, comfortable and clean. All bedsheets and towels were changed on a daily basis. Food was good although some more variety would be appreciated. All in all I am super happy with my choice, this is a great hotel and staff that deserves my top rating.

A couple of more tables during lunch time as it can get a bit crowded.

We liked the beach front location, the sea view balcony and our nice room. We also liked that the hotel is modern and newly built. We made friends with other guests staying at the hotel.

The massage at hotel spa was very bad, the massage man had no idea what he was doing. It’s also very bad that you charge guests to use the safe, if it’s in the room it should be included. The sausages at breakfast were not great, if the chefs aren’t able to make English breakfast properly then I’m sure the guests would prefer a well cooked Greek breakfast if this is what the chefs specialise in instead.

The front desk agents were friendly and helpful as well as security guard, some cleaners and the technician for the AC. Very good location, clean rooms, friendly staff, great experience during our stay !!! Everything was perfect. We will be back!

The beach was just outside. Breakfast was delicious. Many restaurants were walking distance with delicious food.

The fact that we had to give them 20e cash to get a beach towel. it was reimbursed when we returned it but why not just put it on the room charge and reverse it when towels are returned? it made no sense to me.

The man at the bar made the entire experience, great hospitality.

The service at this hotel was truly incredible! Every person we interacted with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to a stunning suite, and even though our stay was just for one night, I couldn't help but wish I could live there permanently!

Great location and the interior of the rooms is really pretty . The staff is very friendly , the cleaning lady passes by everyday .

The breakfast was simple , I’m used to more choices in an all inclusive hotel . I was sad that there were no sunbeds at the pool , only at the beach .

We went to Mare blue and suites after going to Heraklion and Elounda. And we fell in love.. The view the service, the food in the restaurant every single detail was amazing. The staff are very kind and caring they made sure that we were having an excellent time. The view of the sunset while dinning was breathtaking.

Our expectations were exceeded. The hotel is fantastic especially the pool with a view of the sea. The room were very clean, modern and spacious. The view from the room was great ( pool and sea). The food was delicious.. But the best part was the staff. They were super friendly. This has created a great atmosphere
