The breakfast was excellent with some many different choices to choose from. Tasty breads, eggs in different ways and other cooked breakfast goodies, yummy cakes, fruits. You could ask for special coffees and frappes at breakfast without extra charge. The staff was so friendly and helpful and always smiling, they all made you feel really welcome. The rooms and communal areas were very clean. There was always space by the pool, and it was good that throughout the day there always are sunny and also shady areas by the pool. Pool towels were free of charge and for a beach towel you pay 2 euros. Great location a minute walk from the beach promenade with shops and restaurants and 15-20 minute walk to Rethymnon old town. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Kindness of the personnel, the rooms were even better than the pictures and very clean, the breakfast area is very welcoming and spacious and the breakfast variety offered is exceeding expectations. The professionalism of the hotel manager is both covering for any possible downside as well as securing a great experience for the guests.

No parking spaces secured

The highlights of this place are definitely the staff (especially Nikoletta at the breakfast and Spyridoula at reception), the location and equipments (lovely indoor pool to relax after a day trip). Breakfast buffet is really nice with lots of options, including Greek breakfast options and different coffee types. The hotel manager was also very nice and making sure everything was going smoothly for guests, we really appreciated his presence.

There is no travel desk but since the hotel is centrally located you can easily walk down and compare different options to book day trips.

Hotel was clean and stylish, well located near the beach and in a quiet place within comfortable walking distance from the lively and sometimes noisy city center. Our room was well equipped and the highlight was super comfortable beds. Another little plus was the possibility to sun-dry the clothes in the balcony. Breakfast was superb with all sorts of local tastes and delicacies, but the absolutely most important thing was the wonderful service by all staff members. We felt at home and well taken care off during breakfast, at reception and pool bar. We recall the wide smiles and friendly attention for a long time, and hopefully also some Greek words we learned from the hotel staff.

Frankly, all was very well, but we had some minor issue in reservation because the credit card was not properly recognized.

I like the location of the hotel. Hotel itself was very clean and new. The pool was amazing, especially its size and water temperature and the fact that it was away from the street in the hotel inner yard. All staff was good particularly the waitress Nicoletta and the receptionist Maria. I felt extremely good in the hotel.

Lovely room, very clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Helped with recommendations for dinner and organizing activities. Lovely varied breakfast. Fantastic location.

The pool was much smaller than the photos made it look. It was cold despite it being hot weather all week and in shade a lot of the day, as were most of the loungers. The indoor “pool” was really just a big hot tub, not at all big enough to swim in.

Nothing , bar at pool closed and wasn’t open on an evening would be a dislike but not a problem as loads of bars near by

Everything. The hotel is just lovely. Perfect location, very friendly. Very clean.

The only thing that we didn’t like and this is no fault of the hotel nor can they do anything about it but out of season (oct) the pool area does not get the sun at all. Not a major problem as the beautiful beach is just across the road.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and had a great variety for all tastes. The pool was a good size with poolside service if you are wanting a drink or something to eat. Hotels location was 1 block from the beach and about 1km (flat easy walk with lots to see) into the old town of Rethymno.

We stayed for one night while traveling around the island. It was in a great location close to the restaurants and beach. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. It rained for part of the day we were there so it was nice to have the indoor gym and pool.

There is no parking on site so you have to find street parking. It wasn’t difficult to find, but just something to keep in mind :)
