This property was wonderful, the pool was perfect for relaxing days and the bar was wonderful and the restaurant had a nice little selection for a light lunch! The staff were friendly, helpful and incredibly welcoming! I would thoroughly recommend staying here, a 5 minute walk to the beach and not far from old town should you want to explore. The rooms are well equipped the balcony was lovely for evening relax to watch the world go by. The breakfast was a perfect start to each day with a good selection of food that would accommodate most tastes!

Lovely hotel, great location just two minutes to the beach, pleasant ten minute walk along seafront into the old town, the roof top terrace, dining area and pool were perfect. The very best part of this hotel is their staff, they were exceptional, reception staff very helpful, restaurant staff can not do enough to both serve and make staying at this hotel memorable, special mention to Georgia who made us laugh so often, the food was outstanding, excellently presented, we will stay at this hotel again.

This is a newly opened hotel, which the staff are keen to establish as a modern and luxurious choice of place to stay, and it shows. We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, the quantity and quality of the food, the convenient location and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Minos Ambassador deserves to thrive and be a great success story, and if we return to Crete we will seriously consider staying here again.

The rooftop pool and sun lounging area is quite small, but as it is a hotel with a relatively small number of rooms and it wasn't the hottest time of the year when we stayed it wasn't an issue, although I imagine in the summer if the hotel is full it might get a little crowded, but then the beach is only a short walk away!

Way above my expectations, in almost every way, staff went above and beyond, room was amazing, food was amazing, can't wait to come back. The sunset from the rooftop pool is an incomparable experience.

Wifi network can't withstand the normal load, making it unbearably slow, hope they fix it by the next time I'm there. But really - this is the only downside, and I'm sure it will get fixed soon.

We LOVED this hotel and people working there! Konstantina is an outstanding host and manager. She gave us a very warm welcome with champagne when we arrived and made us feel like home from the minute we met her! Eugenia was very nice too. And Argiro, Antonina and Konstantin at the restaurant were amazing!!! Food was great, always fresh and very delicious. And those desserts… make sure you leave room for that after dinner. Live music in the evening, beautiful sunsets, quiet and relaxing deck with pool facing the sea. We had such a great time at this hotel and hope to return there soon!!

Everything was great

Excellent staff in the Restaurant, Bar and Reception. Lovely infinity pool and comfortable sunbeds. Excellent food quality, just a little restricted on variety.

Poor housekeeping service, the evening towel-change was not performed on several occasions so we had to keep chasing it up. View from the rooms overlooks a timber yard, but there's not much to be done about that...at least it's not a noisy yard!

Great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way for you, nice pool area and bar, easy walk into town with supermarkets close by.

The meals were lovely and there was a good selection. Rooftop pool was lovely with a great view. Well positioned to walk to the beach. The room was nice a clean, super big comfy bed and good air con. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
