I had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Hotel. The room was spotless, and the hotel’s location is perfect—right next to the beach. We used the beachfront sunbeds and simply informed the staff that we were guests of Palm Beach Hotel; for three people, they charged us only €7.50 thanks to a 50% discount. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of traditional Cretan dishes that really added to the experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I had an issue with a transfer I had booked through Booking.com. The transfer company, Canet Travel, falsely claimed that the driver was on time, even though we had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes and no one showed up. Despite this, they attempted to charge the full transfer fee. Fortunately, I had proof that we were there on time, and with the assistance of the hotel staff, I was able to communicate this to both Booking.com and Canet Travel. The staff went above and beyond to support me, contacting Canet Travel directly and helping to send the necessary evidence. Thanks to their help, I received a full refund.

We recently stayed at Palmbeach Hotel for a few days, and we are very satisfied with our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, which added to our comfort. The hotel's location is perfect—right next to the beach, which is fantastic, and just a few minutes' walk from the city center. There is also a restaurant in the hotel with affordable prices and delicious food. Although the breakfast selection was a bit limited, it was more than enough to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel! :)

Fantastic location, warm and friendly people. Rooms facing the beach have a balcony and you can watch the sunset. Very good sized rooms, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and full size fridge.

Perfect location . Restaurant was better than any restaurant around that area we ate there 3 or 4 times . The staff are so kind and welcoming . Cleaners cleaned daily . The beach is right outside so you go swim and come in . Shops and historical sites a few minutes walk away

Difficult to find parking so we couldn’t use our car . Very hot on the balcony some shade would’ve been great . Bathroom is too dark and can get some more lighting .

We had an excellent stay at Palm Beach. The breakfast was delicious, the sea view of our room very nice, and the personal (Anastasia and her colleague) very welcoming, we felt the greek hospitality every day thanks to them ! Their reactivity for each question, their smiling faces, all of that did our stay very pleasant. We recommend this hotel also for the cleanliness and not least, his position close to everything : tavernas, old city, (15 min by foot), shops, supermarket, the beach just in front.

It's a bit difficult to find a parking place for your car. With a bit of luck and patience, you could find a place even close to the hotel. It depends of the daytime...

Location, next to the beach (1 minute walk towards center there is a bar with free sun-beds and umbrellas), 10 mins walk from city center, next to lot of bars, pharmacies, stores, restaurants. Good breakfast. We have got orange juice at check in, we were allowed to prolong check out a bit, slippers available too. You can get free beach towels if you go to beach across hotel (4€ set of sun-beds and umbrella). Room with lot of space. Windows are moved down so you dry your towels. Nice and pleasant staff. Restaurant as a part of hotel.

Room not cleaned for two consecutive mornings. What was done by cleaning staff is: change of floor towel, setting up of bed. What was not done is: change of all towels, adding of new shampoos, bathroom with floor not cleaned, furniture in room with floor not cleaned. Staff was contacted and they provided new towels and shampoos on the second day.

We had a room on the third floor with a great sea view and were able to watch some amazing sunsets. There are lots of good places to eat right next to the hotel. We had a great time at the hotel and would go there again.

The location is catchy as by the sea however there is a busy road between so it is quite noisy, the cars, motorbikes and even bigger vehicles just by pass so you can hear it even with closed door. Also nose from the street and restaurant under, people chats, etc.

This hotel is awesome! It's right on the beach in Rethymno, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good, and you can get a beach towel for 1.5 euros. In front of the hotel, there are a bunch of sunbeds and umbrellas that you can get for free if you buy drinks (usually spending 10 euros would be enough). I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Very pleasant staff at the hotel. The room are nice and comfy and there is room cleaning service every day, with new towels when necessary. There are also beach towels at the reception, which you can replace every day. The breakfas is nice, with fresh eggs made at your request. Room has a small kitchen with pots, pans and utensils.

Beds are not most comfortable.
