High quality; clean rooms. The hotel was located perfectly for both the beach and the Old Town. Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. A special thanks to Maria and the lovely ladies who cleaned our room daily.

This was my second time here, and once again it exceeded my expectations. It’s one of the few places where the rooms look exactly like — or even better than — the photos. Spotlessly clean, quiet, and excellent value for money. It’s also in a fantastic location if you want to enjoy everything Rethymno has to offer. But what truly stands out is the staff. Every single person is not only extremely professional but also clearly understands what hospitality is all about. Having worked in the leisure and tourism industry myself for years, I can say they possess what I call “hospitality intelligence.” They’re super friendly and make you feel completely at home. I highly recommend this place!

It is in the best location on the seaside promenade for beach swimming and access to Rethymno city center. The staff is very kind. The apartment is very nice, everything you need is available. There was a big bottle of cold water in the fridge when we arrived. It was a pleasant surprise that despite being an apartment, they cleaned every day and changed the towels after 2 days. The buffet breakfast was at the Olli beach restaurant at the bottom of the hotel, which had a sufficient selection, was fresh and delicious. We spent three nights at the hotel and had dinner here on all three nights because we were very satisfied with the selection and quality. The waiters were very nice, they greeted us like acquaintances on the second night and recommended the freshest seafood dishes.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel which has quite a lot of advantages. First of all location allowing easily combine different activities. You can spend time on sandy beach in front of the hotel or explore Rethymno old town which is in only 15-20 minutes walking distance. The room itself had all I needed. It is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy, good bathroom.There is a small kitchen so you can cook, buy groceries if you like or just make some tea/coffee. There is also a restaurant in the same building where you can eat delicious Greek dishes with see view. And the most important thing - staff is very helpful and attentive. You feel warmth of human touch. Big thanks to everyone at reception and clean ladies who made my stay relaxing.

Close proximity to beach, just across the road. Junior suite very convenient with 2 bathrooms. One with shower, toilet, basin. Other with bath, toilet, basin. It has a litte kitchen, although I wouldn’t use it except for fridge, and a little lounge. Aircon is really good. Although there is a restaurant downstairs and one to the side, there is no noise when doors are closed. Worked perfect for us. Breakfast was good, however they do not belong to hotel. They also service the beach directly across hotel ito loungers, umbrellas, drinks etc. This was certainly a plus point. Looks as it is in pictures.

Needs a bit of maintenance and housekeeping as such. Carpets in passages need a deep clean. Some mould in bathroom but it was do-able. You get 2 pods of coffee for coffee machine and that’s it. I would have preferred a few more electrical plugs. Parking only on street, but it also worked for us. Peak season may be problematic.

Partner and I had an amazing time, the hotel was all you could want and more. Staff could not do enough for you and its spotless. Amazing location, upgraded to a Sea view on arrival. Deano on arrival couldn't do enough to assist us. We are looking to now change our long haul to a further stay this year hopefully if bookings allow at the Steris. Could have easily stayed a few more weeks. Thankyou Steris

Nothing to dislike but could have done with toaster

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The location is perfect—right by the sea with an incredible view. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I especially want to highlight the service: the staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You truly feel like a valued guest here.

Everything was perfect. The reception staff were invaluable and supportive, and the location was more than perfect. The room was clean, and the cleaning lady changed the towels and cleaned the room every other day. The balcony looked out to the sea. The area was quiet, not far from the old town.

Great size room with lovely balcony that was directly facing the sea. Bed was big and really comfy. All staff were very friendly but the housekeeping staff were exceptional and came in every day. Our room was spotless! The fridge had a small freeze box that was an unexpected bonus. Hotel was in a fantastic location, across the road from the beach which offered sunbeds at a reduced rate. There were lots of bars, cafe's, restaurants, gift shops and supermarkets in the vicinity. The harbour and Rethymno old town were a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

As well as a kettle, there was a coffee machine in the room with two welcoming coffee pods but no teabags for us tea loving brits! I accept that it was self catering facilities but it would of been helpful to have a dish cloth / brush or sponge in the room to clean the dishes.

This hotel was reasonably priced and well located across the road from the beach. The room was spotless, including the balcony glass, which many hotels forget about. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony, with a wine, watching people come and go. All in all a good place for a beach holiday.

The hotel was very clean, but when having a shower it was impossible not to get the bathroom floor soaking wet. If you want cheaper food away from the sea front turn right as you come out the hotel and walk up to the main road.
