Perfect location. Very clean. Polite friendly staff.

Non residents can use the facilities. Same families turn up everyday, use the facilities for seven hours and then leave. Several sunbeds were taken up all day by these non residents. There is a great need for a second pool for non residents and noisy screaming children. No one Is against children enjoying themselves, however the screaming, shouting, kicking, dive bombing, being barged into in the pool and general repetitive nature of their chatter was just enough to drive you to distraction. Ball games are not allowed but this didn’t stop people. They played ballgames and were shooting water pistols and wetting people on sunbeds and in one case balconies. Not relaxing. Not what one pays a lot of money for.

Everything was excellent! Location - 2 minutes to the town, 20 metres to the sea. Great food on the GB Rooftop Lounge, great views of the pool & sea from there. Excellent value for money. We were upgraded to the Luxury Suite on arrival, massive jacuzzi bath, 2 balconies overlooking the pool & sea. Everywhere spotlessly clean, pool excellent, did a few lengths everyday to try & keep the pounds off (unsuccessful)! Very relaxed Greek atmosphere, lots of breakfast choice. No panic for sunbeds, quality umbrellas if you need shade. Very comfy & massive bed, quality pillows. Used the outside gym 3 times in a week, not like a fully equipped gym I normally use, but passable for a holiday gym. Just great all round really!!!

Quiet round the pool, that’s just a personal choice. I’d have liked a bit of quiet music to give a bit of atmosphere. It’s not a criticism, just my preference

The food for linch/dinner was good and enough at dinner/lunch. It was great that we could choose the hour and if we would like to have dinner or lunch in the offer. The position is ok, close to the sea. The view from the restaurant was nice. Also a plus for the little playground.

The accomodation in below 4* in my opinion. But I think maybe this in how it looks 4* in Greece. The breakfast had the same food in all 7 days. Not at all varied.

Great location - near the beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms were lovely, nice and cool despite hot weather. very comfy beds and decent size. we enjoyed our little terrace. Quiet around the swimming pool most days, no problems getting sun loungers. food was excellent - good choice for breakfast, and we loved being half board and having the choice of taking it at lunchtime or in the evening. Rooftop restaurant is lovely. staff were all friendly and helpful. great to have free laundry facility, also the terrace with jacuzzis.

It is near a main road so could be noisy but will help when hedges have grown a bit. sunbeds could do with cushions to make them more comfy but these are very small things.

Where do I start about what is brilliant about this hotel. The roof top restaurant beautifully decorated in white with panoramic views of the sea and the little white church sitting on bay. We had half board so had dinner one evening and lunch next day - delicious and definitely worth dining there. Gorgeous swimming pool and beds, also on top floor is a gym (if one fancied it) plus three outdoor Jacuzzi's with sea views. An absolute delight which we availed of on both days of our stay. The beds were so comfy and rooms had all the convenience including dressing gown, slippers, rain shower, fridge, cooker and were so tastefully decorated. Ours were pool and sea facing so had the delights of both. The cleanliness of the hotel itself, the pool area, the bedrooms is exemplary and I would wish other hotels would follow suit. My sister loved is facility of washing machines and iron. Its a family owned hotel and one could recognise the pride they have in ensuring everything is of a high standard. For my 3 sisters and I what made this hotel special aside from the location, decoration and facilities and delicious food, is the staff and its owner Antonio. They couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful , interested and professional. We weren't flying until late and they allowed us to hold onto our rooms . They checked in with us during our stay to see were we ok, anything they could do. Georgioupolis itself is a gorgeous little town and has a lovely square - a 3 minute walk away. The hotel provides taxi for airport transfers which we booked and Antonio personally drove us to airport . As we were going to arrive so early to the Airport , he brought us to a local cafe called ''Kou Kou Vaya' which is set into the hills overlooking Chania with panoramic views of the city. What a treat for the end of our holiday and also, one very much appreciated when we realised how small Chania Airport is.

The hotel is literally 2 min walk to the beach. The pool area was never crowded with beds available every day at all times of the day. I liked the fact they had signs saying if you reserve bed for longer than half an hour, your towels will be removed. The staff from the bar through to the reception were exceptional. Always friendly and always helpful. Food was lovely and you are given the choice of having your half board option for lunch or dinner which suited us perfectly because we like to eat out. All in all a perfect laid back hotel that we would return too.

Nothing but if I was to be picky, that the lunch menu buffet slightly from the evening menu.

This hotel has a fantastic approach to customer care and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. They go the extra mile and beyond. From the outset the Manager Mr Antonio’s and his team offered help and support as we are disabled customers and required anppppp accessible room. Whilst the hotel does not have this they tried their best to make the room as accessible as possible. The staff in reception and the restaurant were very kind and caring helping with food, laundry and general information. Th chef made special meals for us. This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in.

Zizi our room attendant was EXCEPTIONAL! Our room was spotless and cared for daily. Katarina & Anna at the roof top restaurant were lovely as well as the other Katarina and Natalia at reception. Please reconfirm your airport taxi when leaving as it may be very busy and you don’t want to miss your flight!

Music drifting over from hotel nearby but finished at 23:00!

Close enough to see, hear and smell the sea - great views from sea view rooms- Very clean, very attentive and helpful staff. Owner works as hard as his staff- run like a family business which made us feel like family. Breakfast was fresh and healthy. In the evening the Fish menu were amazing. View from Roof top restaurant was breathtaking! 50% ask on the cost for fish meals and you pay for drinks outside of breakfast even if you’re full board. I usually go full board at no extra cost so this was new to me. When I mentioned this we got complimentary drinks on the first night and only paid for fish once (out of 4 fish meals altogether) - another plus as Hotel owner is open to discussion and happy to accommodate. Be sure to check the Ts&Cs if you decide to go full board.

No Lounge chairs at the seafront - can be rented from the neighbouring property. there was no area of beach that belonged to this property although with a sea view room you have 24/7 view from your room. Dessert menu could be expanded.

Very obliging and friendly staff. We had a late flight, so they provided us with a late supper on arrival. Very clean property, the bed rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels if required. Two sets of towels are provided, shower and pool. The pool was right in front of our room. The hotel serves a good choice of breakfast and there is lunch and dinner available on the rooftop restaurant on the second floor(elevator). This restaurant takes in views of the beach/sea which is in front of the hotel. The beach stretches about 13km, (right) where you’ll find beach bar restaurants after about a 30 min walk. We went to ‘Sun Kiss’ and ‘Tropicana’ for lunch on different days. Both places served gorgeous food, wine, cold beer and cocktails. There is a jacuzzi on the first floor (elevator), sauna and gym with a great view of place and sea. This is available to guests all the time at no extra charge. There are restaurants, bars, holiday shops, chemist and supermarket close by and a taxi rank. We went to Rethimno for a day trip by taxi 30mins away, but there is also the choice of going by bus. The hotel can arrange a pickup and return to Chania Airport in Crete. We traveled with Ryanair.

We didn’t have any complaints about the property. They hotel was accommodating with a hospitable and friendly presence.from staff. We would definitely consider returning in the future.
