We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival, the staff was really friendly, the rooms were clean and beautiful. There was evening entertainment, which we enjoyed very much. The food was really, really good, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Overall, a fantastic stay in a superb hotel.

Lots and variety of top quality food. There were quiet hours after 11 pm, the great music and dance performances end promptly. The room was great. The housekeeping staff (Demetra) was amazing. The guest relations manager (Eleni) was amazing. The chief restaurant service lady was amazing, and her staff was very polite and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond for us.

The main pool was too busy, guests occupying chairs with towels in advance, using chairs all day even if not being at the pool. The resort should start a policy, saying if not at the pool, you lose your chair. This would make the resort perfect.

Firstly this is a 5 star hotel, not 4 star as far as I'm concerned! Everything about the hotel is exceptional - including the lovely, hardworking staff, ultramodern rooms, decor and technology and delicious cuisine. And if you're an animal lover, the furry hospitality and welcome offered by the visiting cats by the hotel pool! 😀

There's nothing NOT to like about this hotel!

Managment and staff of the Hotel deserve pure 10! Where to start...Hotel has a great location, 3 min to the nice beach, and 15-20min to the old town. Rethymno its a worth visitting place, you have long beach anf town in one place. Rooms comfortable, clean with nice amenities. Food...oh my god the food!!! We had breakfast and dinner. The finest selection of food I ever had in a hotel. Staff....the most dedicated to guests I ever seen! The evenings have concept with nice and quality entertainment as well, not to loud and quite enjoyable! Also during some days, sax is playing by the pool.I Highly recomend this hotel for visitting Crete. We will be back for sure!

The best staff I have ever encountered , always there when you need them, always happy to help 10/10 Amazing food. A lot to choose from to suit everyone's needs. All inclusive cocktail's and coffee were amazing Nice atmosphere, pool looks amazing at night, very cozy Different programs at evening

For all inclusive what I did miss was snacks. They offer you some peanuts, but they could add some fruits for example, like in other hotels. And it's strange that you need to take care of pool towels yourself. You have to go to other building , take the towels and return them before leaving. If you forget you will be charged. But maybe it's just me that is not used to this.

Rooms / apartment were a good size and cleaned well every day. Pool was excellent! Always enough sun beds available but didn’t feel quiet. Most of the staff were very friendly. Good choice at breakfast. Good location for the beach and Rethymno. About a 20mins walk to the old town. Kids club available sometimes which was a nice touch. We only went once as it was closed the next day but the staff on the day we went were very lovely.

A few of the morning restaurant staff seemed a bit cold but weren’t rude as such, just not all that friendly. Cocktails by the pool were a bit average for the price

It was classic and modern, with a really homely feeling, super friendly staff, spotlessly clean and fresh , good quality linen, beautiful comfortable rooms, big TV, 2 aircons to facilitate the bigger suite, all the comforts a guest requires. Amazing amazing hospitable staff from the reception, to concierge, to the staff at breakfast - they make your day !! Loved loved the pool, the music, the pool had waiters all day long, stunning lounging at night around the starlit pool. Very well maintained hotel, stunning finishes.

It was perfect for our family! Perhaps to be fussy it would be great if the hotel offered a nail parlour .

I liked everything about the hotel. From the staff at the reception to the staff at the restaurants and other hotel facilities. I would rate the staff as one of the best I have met so far, they were all working cohesively, super efficient and friendly. You would not wait more than a few minutes to get your order. The breakfast (and dinner) was great, with great selection of food. The hotel pool was nice but always busy, but as the beach is nearby, that was not a problem for my friends and me.

Since the hotel didn't exceed my expectations or fell short, i would say that it's a very good hotel overall. I liked a lot the gym, the pool is very nice at night with the lights, though you cannot enjoy it very much because it's almost always full, both it's pools. I liked the variety of the morning buffet, though i would like it if it had more vegan options.

I don't know if it can be better than that. The period i was there also is a high demand period so everything you see, are true only for someone who would go there in the peak of summer season in Greece. So, nothing particularly negative here.

Stunning swimming pool area. General design of the hotel was fantastic apart from dining room which was a little old fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel.

Swimming pools were not heated and it was not possible to swimming in any of them as the water was very cold. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay 3 euros a day to use the room safe. That should have been provided free of charge.
