Everything. Perfect 5* The Ammnos Suite was an excellent choice for our stay. The whole place was spotless and very well maintained. There is an elevator that takes you comfortably to the higher floors, and the pool was cleaned daily by the staff. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. The location is perfect – just a few steps from the beach, where sunbeds are available with drinks if you stay at the suite. The city center is also within easy reach, about a 15-minute walk, and the inner city offers plenty of fantastic restaurants, from fancy options to cozy, homemade-style places. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and the interior was modern and comfortable. Overall, this is definitely a five-star place – highly recommended!

An absolute wonderful stay at Ammos Suites, beautiful modern and elegant decor. Fantastic staff, all so lovely and receptive, especially the Filo , in fevt they all were so accommodating, nothing too much trouble. I would 100% recommend this hotel. The breakfasts was vast , extremely good choices on a daily basis. Thank you 🩵

Possibly the coffee machine could have been a little stronger in the breakfast area / however there is a coffee machine located in your room which made up for it with fantastic espresso’s

We visited Ammos suites 2 years ago and loved it so much, we never usually return to places but we always knew we would come back as it has been one of our favourite places and a few of our friends have also visited off our recommendation and loved it too! Since we last came the reception and pool area has been renovated and looks so modern and trendy, which is no surprise as the manager, Filio, always looks so stylish and has great taste! All the staff at Ammos are extremely friendly and hard working and everywhere is spotlessly clean. You can tell everyone who works there has pride in their work and cares about the guests! We can’t wait to return again one day!!

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location – a beautiful beach is just across the road. We especially enjoyed taking a morning swim before breakfast, which was a wonderful way to start the day. The welcome was exceptionally warm and friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Our family had mixed opinions about breakfast – some of us really enjoyed it, while others just had a croissant and fruit. However, the variety was good, so everyone could find something they liked.

The only slight downside was that the rooms looked a bit older in reality than they appear in the photos. Everything was in good condition and tidy, just not quite as luxurious as expected based on the pictures.

I loved the location (right in front of the beach), the cleaning services (everything was spotlessly clean), the room was very modern and comfortable and the staff. Also I can say open hearted that this was the first accomodation which bathroom did not transform into a pool when showering, very good draining system.

The room was noisy unfortunately. The property has a bar at the ground floor and they play loud music during evenings and also the noise from the street is very disturbing. Having a more efficient sound proofing of the room would have been much appreciated.

A relatively new boutique hotel on the main strip overlooking the beach. We booked a garden view room. It was clean and functional. The bed was big and comfy. The storage was plentiful. The bathroom was a good size, modern and lots of shampoo and shower gel. The staff were very friendly and helpful but also left you alone. We would be happy to return

Rethymnon is a bit busy for us, and the hotel is further away from the old town than we liked. This said it still wouldn't stop us from returning to Ammos Suites .

Very nice location, stuff and it’s close to the beach which is not crowded (we went there in September). The room was spacious with a confortabile bed. Close to the hotel, you will find very nice restaurants: Nostos, Lissus We arrived late in the night and they let us the keys in a locker, much appreciated!

Regarding the breakfast, we would appreciate a better taste coffee and more diverse menu. Also, they don’t have private parking slots, but we were able to find a spot in the street. These points are just some improvements, we were very satisfied about their services. Definitely a 10!

Beach was close and perfect for summer vacation with children. Breakfast was tasty and both and adults found their preferences. Room was super clean and towels changed every day. All the dinner places and city center were close by walk. Stuff was super kind and helpful.

The location was outstanding with a clear and easy walk into old town and located right across the street from the main beach with the hotel having their own daybeds (free if you bought a drink)! The staff was so helpful and they even celebrated my friends birthday, a surprise to both of us! We also really enjoyed the breakfast to include fresh squeezed orange and wonderful local honey and marmalade! We have a two bedroom suite with jacuzzi and it was amazing to sit out on the daybeds, listening to the waves and sipping the complementary wine provided by the hotel. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and thank you to the staff at Ammos for being a large part of our successful trip to Crete!

Excellent location with easy access to the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff at the hotel and the hotel itself was clean and modern.

The food options were the only negative for our stay. Breakfast was a bit limited and snack options at the beach too but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from close by and a supermarket next door so not a big deal.
