The stay at DYO Suites was fantastic! Breakfast served was great and portion is really generous. Very friendly team from the front desk to the beach servers. We had a big room with plenty of space outside on the balcony facing the beach which was a really good view of what's happening in the area. Really convenient access to the beach with sun beds provided by the hotel. All we had to do was reserve it with the front desk every morning. Selection of food menu at the beach was also really good and definitely family friendly when your children do not wish to leave the beach for food.

Firmer bed would have been good as it was a little creaky. Sofa bed provided was good though.

Calm, cool, perfect location, impeccable employees. We could not have picked a better place to spend our days in Rethymno. The location was a 10 minute walk to old town. The beach was calm with comfortable sunbeds. Our room was a haven after busy afternoons. The entire staff was truly the piece de resistance. Professional, friendly, anything to make you comfortable without hesitation. We recommend Dyo Suites to all and would not look elsewhere for a return to Rethymno.

There is nothing to dislike

Everything !!! The rooms were absolutely amazing . The bed was very comfortable . Light switches are electronic on a Touchscreen, very fancy! There is also a jacuzzi and some of the rooms have beam bags on the balcony. The restaurant was fantastic !!! One of the best ! The dishes are made with local high quality ingredients . Breakfast , never saw a Breakfast menu with so many different options , extremely good and very nicely served same as the dinner! Dinner was really good as everything! From the pasta dishes the linguini pasta and the raviolis are homemade pastas by the Chef. Fantastic meals ,we only ate in this restaurant because it is really good! The desserts on the house were : a fabulous homemade cheesecake and homemade panna cotta with chocolate ! The staff are very friendly , helpful and always providing an excellent service!

It was an absolutely perfect place to be in Rethymnon! The hotel is so beautiful just a couple of steps from the beach that you can have a reservation for the perfect beds they have there. The room is absolutely amazing, big and comfy with everything you need. Also the breakfast is so good and fresh. And above all the staff at this place are amazing people so nice and kind. Thank you DYO suites for making my trip even better than I can dream of!!

Dyo Suites it s for sure one of the best hotels you can stay in Rethyamnon, the room was perfect, the staff was promptly and helpful, the view was amazing, definitelly worthy ✨️ will be my first choise when I will be back in next holiday here.

Excellent location, beachfront and easy walking to the Old Town. The property is beautiful, great staff, excellent food, spotless, very comfortable!

They made a mistake with our room accommodations so we had to switch suites the second day- this basically caused us to lose most of the day which was very upsetting. There was no effort to comp us in any way- for the cost of this hotel we expected more.

First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The room design is tasteful and modern. The hotel's location is very convenient, with the beach just across the street. The hotel provides its own sunbeds, which you can reserve in advance for free. They also offer a beach service where you can order drinks and food from the menu. The hotel's restaurant, 'Magma,' has its own lounge area and offers a delightful menu. For breakfast, you can enjoy a generous buffet, and in addition, you can choose two dishes and two drinks from the menu. The food, including breakfast, dinner, and the small beachside lunches, is undoubtedly among the best in Rethymno. The quality and taste of the food are excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to visit again someday.

The rooms are amazing! Beautiful, stylish and super clean. We stayed in a suite with an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi. It was worth every penny. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Alexandra manages the place very well, she’s welcomed us and shared so many recommendations. We are very grateful for her friendly approach and knowledge about the area. All the staff was very welcoming, especially both Chrysas, Babis and the boys in the bar. The food is one of the best we had. Their unique olive oil and bread was to die for. We booked the massage on our last day as we were moving to the hotel down the road after the 3 nights stay at Dyo and it was a great way to kill the hours time we had to wait. We will definitely recommend it for couples who like luxury stays with a 5 star service. Thank you team! Paulina & Aru

Beautiful rooms, awesome to have the outdoor jacuzzis, we spent almost all of our time in Rethymno out on the terrace just relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. It was gorgeous and there are so many exquisite details. Breakfast was also fantastic with tons of choices for all tasted and more than enough food to cover both breakfast and lunch - we weren’t hungry again until dinner!

The staff were a little overbearing, insisting on talking to us for 40 minutes (showing us the room features, making us sign lots of papers, asking lots of unrelated questions) before we were able to actually have the rooms. We had just come from a long hike and were eager to shower and eat, so it was a little strange. Also we had to get into the car if we wanted to go to something that wasn’t part of the long tourist strip of beach. Other than that everything was great!

Breakfast was super, amazingly great!! Shower was wonderful, we also had a hot tub in our Terrace and another hot tub inside the spacious room. Bed is super confortable and very big. I guess we had a king bed. We had a complimentary water bottle daily . Also had a complimentary bottle of wine on our first night! Overall we were so happy with this hotel. Staff so kind and helpful. No parking inside but we did not have too much trouble to find parking nearby on the street.

An iron would be nice, since the room had everything - except an iron. Although, when i asked front desk for an iron they brought it to our room.
