The staff, room, location and pool were perfect for our stay and close to all of the event venues in Glyfada for our friends' wedding.

They have A/C, but when it is hot like it was while we were staying there, you have to continually call down to the front desk to ask them to turn up the fan and turn down the A/C to a specific temperature as the dials in the room do not work and they control it from the front desk. It was cool enough, but never fully cold for sleep in our room during our stay. There is also a club or event venue nearby that you can hear the loud bass music from on Friday and Saturday nights from about 9pm-2am.

I've spent the last thirty years staying in hotels for work, and this hotel is one of the best for it's type that I have so far experienced.The staff were all very friendly, professional , efficient , polite and gave excellent service. The location is in a good up market neighbourhood , with plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance, and is convenient for the coast and visits to the centre of Athens. We had a great time and shall definitely be returning here next time we visit Athens.

Thing I would say is that the Side sea view room we stayed in was a little on the small side and can be suffer some traffic noise from the main coastal road nearby ; if this concerns you , take a city view room that overlooks a quiet up market neighbourhood.

The location is excellent — just a short walk to the main area of Glyfada, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The pool staff were absolutely fantastic: friendly, helpful, and made the experience much more enjoyable. The overall amenities were solid, the pool area was nice (despite being on the smaller side), and the room was generally clean. Great option for a short stay if you want to be close to everything

Reception staff could have been more helpful — not rude, but often unwilling to assist or accommodate small requests. The rooms are quite small, with limited space for two people and luggage, and the shower area felt cramped. Definitely not ideal for larger guests or anyone who gets claustrophobic. Also, the pool area gets crowded early, so you have to get there early to secure a sunbed

The location is fantastic, very close to shopping places and restaurants, very strategic location in Glyfada but in a quiet street. Also, main avenue is very close which makes it very well connected to other areas in the city. The breakfast and food in general is very good at the hotel and staff is ready to accommodate guests requests.

Room size is ok for a couple, but if you have a kid it is slightly tiny but remains very acceptable/manageable. The only thing is that the A/C is managed centrally which may be a little bit inconvenient in case you want to adjust the power yourself particularly in very hot days. But temperature in the rooms was overall acceptable.

Excellent location. The hotel is in very good condition and well maintained. Very nice, stylish, and clean lobby. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfasts were quite good. Comfortable beds with an extra mattress topper, making them even softer. High-quality bed linens. Rooms are not very large, but they are well-designed, relatively modern, and everything was working perfectly.

In rooms with connecting doors, sound insulation could be better — some noise passes through. Also, I believe the first set of coffee capsules should be complimentary. Charging 2 euros per capsule is quite unusual, even in hotels of a higher category.

I would like to mention , I got seven wonderful days at “ Seaview Cityscape Hotel. It was enjoyable with Great hospitality, atmosphere, wonderful & very helpful personnel , like Mrs Ioanna Oikonomou receptionists & her colleagues , who helped us a lot during our stay , also would like to mention the staff who helped us during our breakfast time. They all work so well together and individually. Really great team and outstanding hotel. Many thanks to all.

Everything was perfect

The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed/pillows. The check in staff are very good. Location is close to shops and restaurants while being quiet. Convenience store nearby and good pool area with afternoon shade.

Few small things could be improved to make it almost perfect. The pool doesn’t open until 11am. I asked twice for a drink at the pool but no one came. The bathroom was missing a few features like hand soap and the shower storage was loose on an angle. One too many chairs in the room taking up luggage space.

The location , staff professionalism, and accommodating , as when I asked to change the room , as it had no cupboard, they did. At check out I was allowed to stay till 12:30pm :)

Breakfast just basic, it’s called sea view yet with no sea view :) , I arrived around 11am and was told to wait till 4pm for checkin . After many kind requests they checked me in around 1:30-2pm .. but once in the room had to request a change of room as there was no cupboard and extremely limited space to hand my staff ..

A first rate hotel in an excellent location. Very modern and clean. Staff and service are excellent. We felt so welcomed by the desk clerk when we arrived after 11:00pm, having traveled for 22 hours from Los Angeles. Rooms are modern, clean and we'll appointed. The room had a nice balcony, excellent air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable and kept my wife's fragile back in good shape. The hotel also has a very nice pool area with comfortable sun beds and towels provided along with poolside beverage and snack service. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great selection and everything was tasty and we'll prepared. The hot dishes were changed each day so there is good variety for those staying a few days. There is also a bar and full service restaurant on site that are reasonably priced. This hotel is just across the coast road from the exclusive One & Only Resort that is absurdly expensive. The Asteras Beach is no longer open to the public as it is limited to the One & Only Resort's guests - visitors must pay to use the beach. Instead, we went to the Glyfada beach, a 5 minute longer walk along the coast road just to the North and totally free of charge. Glyfada beach was not crowded, had palapas and a very welcoming beach bar and restaurant (Nicolas Schinoussa) right on the water adjacent to the beach. There are numerous restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Two restaurants stood out, Pasifai, a very authentic Greek restaurant with excellent food and service and The Monk Gastrobar, a modern, hip restaurant with fantastic meat both are very reasonably price and have great ambiance. There is also a good super market about a 10 minute walk to the North where you can get everything you forgot and a whole lot more at very reasonable prices./ For those that drive a car, there are about 7 hotel parking spaces at no charge and street parking nearby.

Friendly staff, well situated

No place to shower post check out to freshen up unless you wanted to use the shower by the swimming pool where everybody cool see you. When I was there there were a lot of very noisy Australians who took over the place and seemed to resent the presence of other guests and were somewhat selfish, phones rang at 4am people played football in front of where you were relaxing
