location is great. across the street from the beaches. across the street from X96 express bus to airport. cafes, tavernas and market right there by hotel. tram 3 minute walk away. local busses right there by hotel. cant beat the location. Arturo the resident manager very attentive and helpful. around almost 24/7. if not around just call and he shows up asap. maids are around the property during the day for any thing needed.

there was NO safety deposit box in the room. Booking.com room description says there is a safety deposit box in room. I was very disappointed. if you dont have one dont say you do.

The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful with tips from restaurants in the area to local buses and connections. Location was lovely, right across the beach, with supermarket, delicious bakery and pharmacy right under my balcony. Bus and tram stop just 3 min walk away. Loved the mix of locals, backpackers and young travellers, all very friendly. Price was very attractive too.

It’s a one-star hotel, so I did not expected five star quality. Rooms are nice and basic, so for the price I paid I did not have any negative things to say.

Great location, from the airport, to downtown Athens, to the beaches down the street, to local restaurants and grocery stores. The air conditioner worked very well, which was important in the August heat. Friendly staff. Great price.

My room - 26 - was too far away from the router to get WiFi. Walls were thin so people coming and going from other rooms to the common bathroom and shower was easy to hear. No TV's in the room. En-suite Shower was clearly a clumsy add-on and I didn't feel comfortable using it. English was not a strong skill of the staff. Staff only around when you called them first.

I really liked the easy and quick communications with the reception, cleaner lady, and owner. The location was outstanding. I took bus number x96 directly from the airport to the station next o the hotel. Also, there is a supermarket, bakery, and a restaurant in the area. The beach is at a walking distance. You can go to the free area or voula beach with entry fees.

There was no Wifi in my room at all (room 20). I suffered without the Internet. Every time I needed to use it, I had to go downstairs to the lounge space. As the building had no elevator, I felt sad for the elderies (guests and employees) who had to use the stairs. At least a stair railing should be fixed to the walls. This is just feedback for improvement!

The view was amazing, enjoyed lovely sunrise and sunset right from our balcony. Lady Maria was an excellent host, providing both information and advice regarding our transfer to the airport.

Boisterous area during the summer season. I initially travelled in April and it was lovely (or maybe I'm a heavy sleeper), however, when travelling with my partner in July, he couldn't sleep at all. Too much noise coming from the main road or the parking under the room balcony, so we actually decided to spend the rest of the night in the airport. Also, too hot, as the air con was working only for 5 mins at a time. Did not have this issue in April, ofc, when the weather is quite pleasant.

This is not an expensive hotel. It's location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a nice balcony with a view of the little church across the parking square and the sea behind it.

I don't see why so many people rate this property so low.

I had no complaint

Before I booked room here I read tearful comments about this and that in this hotel. It is not 5 stars hotel. Building has it’s own age and maybe it’s needs some renovation but rooms are clean. Air condition in my room works as it should. Staff is great and helpful, I arrived very late at night and lady waited for me. it is worth to stop there.

The host was very helpful and attentive. The waterpressure was good, got my hair really clean for the first time after five weeks in central Athens. Air conditioner was brand new and worked well. Cleaning lady nice and did a good job. I think that many of the negative comments about this hotel is unfair. I agree that is a bit run down, but it was affordable, and I felt very welcome. Nice cafés around the corner too, and super close to the ocean.

The room was quite small, but not really a problem to me.

People, this is the cheapest hotel in Athens so let's rate it with that in mind: it's 100m to the beach, there's a sea view, you can work at a table in a common room with good enough wifi, I mean, please what more could you request?
