Klaudio has been the most welcoming host. He has helped us in arranging transport and had great suggestions for our stay in Santorini. Breakfast in the room every morning is super and the attention to gluten free options for me was very important! The room are cosy and super clean, furnished with an amazing taste - the hot tub a plus that we have enjoyed every evening! The hotel is in a quiet area, but only few minutes from Thira... so perfect if you want to enjoy your sleep and still be close to the party area! Its location is very convenient to move around the island! All the luxury details for a stay in Santorini were checked in this place: sea view from our terrace, hot tub, bespoke service that answered all our needs! Thanks again to Klaudio! When we will be back in Santorini, we will definitely come back here!

The Best of the Best! New and Clean, wonderful place to enjoy,The accommodation is away from the crowds of tourists, in the most amazing town in Santorini. And the most important is Claudio: The guy is a real professional, for any problem or request he is there for the guests, knows how to solve any technical thing or advise how to enjoy the stay in Santorini!.

It was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibaly friendly. Room was cleaned everyday, towels changed, breakfast in the room… Room was wide and led a comfortable stay. Thira center in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at grascio villas The location was perfect—convenient and accessible, making our trip seamless. What truly stood out was the staff big shoutout to claudio, he couldn’t do enough for you but they were all exceptional, so attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. A special highlight was their kindness in allowing us to stay until 9pm on the day of our flight, making our departure stress-free. Their hospitality and generosity made all the difference. The location is perfect as it’s only a 10 minute walk to Thira. During the stay we had the breakfast which is only €5pp and it was excellent. The villas will also give you contacts on private taxi companies that will take you to and from the airport in a Mercedes transfer. I honestly cannot fault this villa at all! It’s all brand new, smart TV in the room so you can watch your own shows & the most comfy bed. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service and a welcoming atmosphere. Five stars all around, I can’t wait to book again.

Bkfast was amazing! Service was exceptional. We just stayed for one day but everything about our stay was perfect! My wife and I were traveling on separate flights and my flight got delayed and eventually cancelled. My wife’s 9:30 flight from Athens to Santorini was delayed and there was no clear indication about how long it will be delayed for. We had arranged an airport pickup so the host (Claudio) was keeping tab about the flight and was also in communication with me about flight delays. The flight finally arrived in Santorini at 12:30 am and Claudio was there to pick my wife up. He also made sure that people from my group who had arrived earlier in the day were not disturbed from their sleep by escorting my wife to the home. He also made sure even at 1:30 am to share the WiFi password upon request. I have not encountered this sort of dedication. I am beyond grateful for his efforts and salute him for brining so much joy and sense of security to my wife and everyone in our group. I also do not want to miss mentioning that he was there the next morning to bring bkfast to our group. I cannot recommend this place enough. 100 STARS

Super Great Clean Comfortable place

The property is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking the sea and the village of Fira. Exceptional service, the room was comfortable and always clean. Claudio, one of the main hosts, exceeded any expectation. We always felt that someone got our back whether that was for tips, small things that we needed while staying here or connections about activities that we wanted to do. We will for sure choose Black Stone Villas on our next trip to Santorini.

Had a great time staying at this wonderful place. The accommodation is clean, spacious, quiet modern and comfy. The hot tub on the terrace is superb and a great place to relax and unwind. Claudio was an outstanding and super helpful host, always on call to answer any questions, arranging last minute taxis for us and catering breakfast to our dietary requirements. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation!

Everything,claudio,the owner,was very kind and open to suggest you how to move and where to go,room had every comfort,such as air conditioning,tv and a private pool with terrace and sunbeds,i would definitely reccomend it,also the position was 15 min by foot from Thira,that means you have the quiet and privacy that you cant easily find in the centre,but you are also very close to visit there and go out for dinner at night

It’s very clean and new! It’s a 5-10 minute drive to Fira and 5 minutes to Karterados town. It was convenient coz we had a car. But if you don’t have it, the bus stop is a 10-min walk. Claudio was very responsive and took care of our needs. The lady who brought breakfast and cleaned the villa everyday is so kind. The breakfast is almost the same everyday but it was always more than enough for us. The hot tub is perfect too, especially that the wind has become a bit cooler at night.

We only cooked once during our 4 night stay as we did not really plan to cook at all—but if it is your plan you would need to ask for more kitchen utensils, which I’m sure they would provide.
