A great apartment that is a short walk to restaurants/cafes, supermarket and bus stops. A reasonably short, easy walk to Fira as well, (15 -20 minutes). We found the location a good centre to explore the island. Very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and fluffy towels. Good little kitchen and a few coffee pods provided which was a nice touch. A nice outdoor terrace space (we had a ground floor apartment). Nice and cool inside. Quiet and private.

We had some trouble with the wifi. It was patchy and on our check-out day we had none at all.

The apartment we stayed at, Elia Residences, was on the ground floor and was very spacious, with separate living and bedroom areas. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. It also had a nice private patio. The apartments weren't far from Fira and were within walking distance. There was also a bus stop on the main road which takes you to Fira, so getting around was easy.

Kitchen is not fully equipped as utensils were limited and it was not stocked with basics (salt, pepper, oil etc).

First floor (one floor up from ground floor, that is) 2-bedroom apartment 15 to 20 minute's walk from Fira with spacious terrace with distant sea views. Silent neighborhood. Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds.

Nikos is the best host ever! He started being always available and helpful as soon as I booked my trip to Santorini, giving me perfect advices on what to visit and where to go to eat, beaches, etc. The apartment was great, perfect air conditioning, comfortable bed, perfect bathroom and cobfortabke kitchen, and also a nice private terrace. The position was perfect to go everywhere on the island with a motorbike or a car. I would definitely go to Elias apartments again!

The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean with a great terrace that had a view across the rooftops to the Mediterranean. Nikos, our host, who met us at the property, was very helpful and easy to contact. It is in a convenient location to good public transport, restaurants, supermarket, doctors and even a hospital. I can highly recommend the apartment and Santorini.

Although the cleaning lady came every 3 days it would have been convenient to have a broom and tea towels.

Elia Residences are extremely spacious apartments, with separate living and bedroom. They are clean and well-equipped and our host made us very welcome. We were assisted in hiring private transport and transfers, and were given lots of tips for what to do during our time in Santorini. The apartments aren't far from Fira, but we found the best way to get around was by ATV or car from the apartments.

Very spacious and nice place. It is in Karterados, about 15 minutes walking from the KTEL bus station in Fira. It is a good location, it is quiet. The terrace has a nice ocean view.

The host really reliable, he replied quite quickly when we concerned something. Everything is perfect especially the location, design and back yard, just a bit poor internet.

Nikos, who is the guy who will wait for you and help you at your arrive, is an amazing person. He is kind and very helpful. Thanks to him we managed to spend an amazing week in Greece visiting and testing any kind of adventure and activity the island offers. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and the spaces were wide enough ,so each of us could have its own privacy if we wanted. The terrace with the swings is one of the most relaxing place in the house.
