The facilities were clean. The staff were polite and lovely. They helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were pretty and spacious.

The food at the dinner in the dining room was not fantastic. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great.

It was such a fabulous place. A few pools meant that guests weren’t squashed and we always managed to get a sun bed that was directly in sunshine all day! Staff were really friendly and accommodating, too. The spa was also amazing and I had a great massage there. Food within the hotel is brilliant, but it’s also only a five minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Just over the road from the front door is a cliff edge with the most beautiful view of the sea (particularly the sun set at night). I can’t recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be back one day!

Noisy groups who arrived to their rooms after midnight and partied until early hours by the pool The staff should have spoken to them and there were many guests that were very unhappy

Very friendly and helpful staff and Maria, the concierge, was brilliant with recommendations for local restaurants and tours. Beautiful, spotlessly clean pools. Big, bright and airy room and balcony, cleaned daily. Excellent bar food and room service. I understood there was a la carte restaurant in the evenings, but this wasn't available when I asked.

Hotel was closing for the winter on the day I left and there were no facilities available after breakfast other than luggage room and showers. It would have been nice to have had sun loungers and pool available at least until early afternoon. Room was too bright at night with exit light over door and another light, but this issue was resolved as soon as I raised it with reception staff.

Property was modern, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. The spacious rooms surrounded the complex, all whitewashed with a blue trim. The hotel has several pools which is fantastic and all were clean with a decent depth. The surrounding gardens were stunning, again cared for and matured. Pictures don’t do the complex justice. It was well located for the town of Fira with nice bakeries and eateries nearby.

Breakfast buffet was a little limited but the food in the restaurant was good. Drinks were quite pricey. Hotel is situated just outside of Fira on a very busy road. There was a pathway, most of the way to the town but you do need to be careful.

Too bad to have 5 swimming pools none of them are heated. So nobody can swim. Not even the jaccuzi or the inside pool. It is a real shame because the rest was perfect

The property is absolutely amazing, it's just outside the centre of Fira which is a really good thing, 5 minutes walk along the sea front and you are in the heart of the village, but you are not in the middle of madness. The property is immaculate, I have never seen a hotel as clean as this and the staff are absolutely amazing, lovely, friendly and genuine people - Tim on reception couldn't do enough to help with anything we asked of him and all of the team in the hotel we just exceptionally nice - they are genuine people who just made our stay feel like a 10 star resort!

Nothing - everything was brilliant, we stayed for a week on bed and breakfast and the buffet in the morning was amazing, lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and cold meats, cheeses, bacon, sausages, eggs or every variety and breads, and pasties too!

Great hotel just a 10-minute walk from the center of Fira. We booked a standard room for the three of us and were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger unit. The apartment was spacious, clean, and decorated in a minimalist Greek style. The balcony overlooked the pool, and the entire complex was exceptionally peaceful, surrounded by lots of greenery. Breakfast was buffet-style with a very diverse selection. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Please note that the tap water is not drinkable, as is the case across the entire island. However, the tap water here was noticeably salty – something we didn’t experience at our other accommodation in Imerovigli.

The staff was incredibly nice, smiley and warm. We had a nicest room than we expected. The bed was a little bit too firm and pillow too smooth, we had immediately the solution from the housekeepers (they really are such keepers!) and slept very well. The complete hotel is very charming with little pool everywhere if you want to chill next to your room. The breakfast buffet with good taste for everyone. Gym was amazing. Location 10-15 min walk from Fira center. In short.. I recommend warmly. And thank you again for all the kindness !!!

I think the hotel could improve their oversight on guests grabbing beds in the early am but not using them. I recommend they look at a 15-minute rule where beds are not occupied, they remove the towels. This was quite frustrating.
