The hotel staff were exceptional, providing the best service to us during our 3-day stay. They helped with organizing taxis, excursions, and navigating the island, going above and beyond to making sure our vacation was one to remember. We went in early April and the weather was chilly at night, when we asked about heating they promptly brought over extra radiators for our room. The room itself was also amazing—spacious, very clean, and quiet. The hot tub was well maintained and such a nice treat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning on time and the options were extensive. Location was perfect—many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, the city center was also just down the hill. Overall an incredible stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If we ever return to Santorini, we’ll be coming back to this spot.

The staff were unbelievable! Lady Maria, Mr Edward and Ben, thank you for everything. Nothing was ever a problem and they made our stay exceptional. The view is to die for and a quieter area of Fira made it so much more comfortable. Highly recommend.

I was a little disappointed as the outdoor hot tub was not overlooking the sea. Most of the hot tubs are outside overlooking the sea. I guess it was my bad luck didn’t get the one which overlooks the sea.

it is in a prime location near the centre and close to the bus station. The view was really breathtaking. The people are amazing and super accommodating making it a home away from home!! We had a sunset view from our hot tub. the sunsets are beautiful. Maria and Edi are great fun they are usually at the front desk and give some really good recommendations to restaurants and beaches to visit. they will also tell you how to get there and get around using the local buses. if you need any reservations made they are the people to go to. Ben is the person you will see every morning as he brings your breakfast. He is great fun and has some good restaurants recommendations too. Lina is the person most people don't see as she takes care of house keeping but she is very nice and friendly although she doesn't speak much English and is very shy she still tries. Elefteria is the co-owner and she is there she does her best to make you feel like family. we arrived as strangers and left as family!!!!

We arrived as guests, 7 nights later we left as friends. Kamares apartments is an absolute must for your stay in Santorini. We arrived to a very happy and helpful Edward, when seeing the apartments and our room we were blown away. The private hot tub, veranda and apartment was stunning and spotlessly clean. The first few evenings we were blessed with clear sunsets so decided to watch them from the hot tub with a few drinks.. Edward helped us order local food for delivery to eat as well. Every morning you are greeted by Ben, he is positively infectious, Ben brought us our breakfast order every morning to our veranda at any time we wanted, kept our hot tub clean and ready for us at any time. We had so many good chats with him and there was never a day that went by he didn’t ask what we were up to. Maria is the morning receptionist, she is brilliant as well, ask Maria for all the top local places to eat away from the bustle. Edward has good recommendations but be prepared to pay for them 😂😂 (he likes the Boujie side of life!) The cleaners are incredible we popped out for a run one morning by the time we got back the apartment had been done and to such a high standard. Kamares is a magical breathtaking place that blew us away but without a doubt Maria, Edward, Ben and the team make it a home away from home. They care so much about their guests and it shows in every interaction with them. In terms of Santorini, use the local buses to get around at 2euro a trip you can explore the whole island including your airport transfers every hour. The Fira bus station is just a couple of minutes from the accommodation. Listen to all the guys recommendations of things to do and you will have the best time. We would rate this a million stars if we could and would one million percent stay again!

The only improvement we could possibly think of is to have nespresso machines in the room (we told Edward this and he helped us order coffee deliveries!!) that’s just because we are coffee lovers and no fault of Kamares!

Hotel was located in a quite spot within easy reach of main shopping/entertainment area with great view over the Caldera. Staff were super friendly (Maria, Edward & Ben) and made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was cosy and clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast menu had a good choice and was served on our balcony.

We had a standard room which was small but adequate, and so, would upgrade to a superior room for more space and benefit from loungers and hot tub if we returned. For those with mobility problems the stairs up and down to rooms.might be a problem.

The location. The staff and the view. Honestly, the most amazing stay ever. From the initial booking till the check out, the staff made this place something out of this world. The minute you arrive there, you are completly transported to another world of beauty. The staff Eduardo, Maria and the other ones were extremely friendly and helpful. Genuine people and what an amazing room as well. Just too perfect, the perfect place in Thira or for that matter the best place to stay in Santorini as everything is so close and convenient. Super quiet as well, great night sleep and serenity. Heaven in Hellas

- we stayed here for 1 night to celebrate our engagement. - room bright, modern and very clean. We had a room with no pool, so cannot comment on the pools. - the view was absolutely amazing, perfect spot to watch the sunset. - breakfast was delicious, plenty to choice. - both the male and female receptionist were so lovely. - We were celebrating our engagement and they gave us a bottle of wine, fruit and nuts to say congratulations and they also put real rose petals on the bed. So kind.

- the terraces and very close to each other and so there is no privacy from other guests when you are in the pool/sunbeds.

Friendly staff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Amazing location - can’t beat sitting in the jacuzzi with the exceptional Santorini views. Amazing sunset views from the balcony too!

As amazing as the staff were, they were around a lot to clean the room/ balcony. It sometimes felt like every hour or so someone was coming down the clean something when we just wanted to relax. Would have been nice to have them come when we were out/not as frequent, but even with the frequent visits they were always super friendly and attentive so wasn’t as huge problem.

We stayed for 3 nights for my birthday. The rooms and accommodation are amazing. Hot tub - take a room with hot tub. It’s a must experience. The view is just simply beautiful. It’s very good location, it’s very close to Fira centre - 5 min walking distance - where you can find everything what you want - cafes, nice restaurants, Greek restaurants, luxury restaurants, night life, bars, lots of shops and etc. But because of the location of the Accomodation where it’s located it’s a quite and peaceful area. The staff who is working - is just TOP. Top hospitality, super nice team, super service, super helpful and polite, very nice and friendly people. I really like breakfast as well and I liked my all birthday treats from the hotel. It’s very nice ! I have been in Santorini before , but to this apartments - I would love to come back that’s how I felt. Book it now ! You will enjoy 100%
