You cannot get a better view! Hands down the best part of our trip! We took some amazing photos of the sunset, it was incredible! On top of that, the service was exceptional, we were treated like royalty!

Room was a little small and what we didn’t understand it was that it opened to a common area next to the pool. But not complaining, that area was also the best view of the caldera and Fira. Also, you need to walk a bit down some steps from the main road to get to the entrance of the hotel because it is right on the mountain side and the cobblestone steps are the only way to get there.

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.

We had to catch a bus at 9 to reach airport so requested Vanissa ( the reception staff) to arrange breakfast at 8 which she very rudely denied and didn’t even bother to offer some packed food. I have never experienced such system anywhere in the world. Rather she was insisting us to have breakfast at 8:30. She did not understand the basics of eating. We as middle aged people can not gobble food. We need some time to eat.

This boutique hotel is in a great location. It's a short drive from the airport and very accessible for shopping in Fira or the Cliff hike to Oia. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast on the terrace and enjoyed the views of the caldera. The terrace and pool were my favorite. Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The highlight of the hotel and it's rooms has to be its exceptional view of the the sea and the caldera and of course, the most amazing host I have ever met anywhere in the world, Ms Vanessa. She was not only very polite but extremely helpful in making our stay super delightful and comfortable. She provided tour suggestions and also gave recommendations to avoid inconvenience due to off season. The breakfast was decent and good in quantity. The room itself was cozy, a little small but that's the norm. The balcony was beautiful and provided a good vantage point for Fira.

The washroom was very small and one of the ceiling was slanting which was an inconvenience due to our tall heights. The breakfast could have more variety and some hot options, considering the cold weather. When we booked the hotel, hot water tub was one of the highlights which made us choose this property and it should have been mentioned that it does not operate in winters.

The location was super good: amazing view, close to the bus station, to the center of Fira and quite easy to reach (strolling our luggage was not too hard, comparing to other places in Fira) The staff eas amazingly nice, I do not understand the negative reviwes I read, they were all polite, nice and helpful. For those trying to decide between Oia and Fira: go for Fira, it is a lot better vs the overrated Oia, unless you are looking for luxury.

There were only minor inconveniences that did not affect the experience, but it is good for you to know in case you stay there: the room by the pool has a bit low ceiling, the porch is not private (other guests can stay there) and the windows do not open (you need to either keep the door open or the AC)

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Thireas. Location was perfect! We booked a room with a hot tub and amazing view that we would highly recommend. Ending each day with a relaxing dip in the pool was a great way to cool down and reenergize before drinks and dinner. The hotel was clean and quiet. Perfect for a romantic stay in Santorini. Vanessa and the rest of the staff were friendly and always there to help with excursions, taxis and general information. Breakfast on the balcony each morning was a great way to start the day. If you are staying in Fira, you should definitely consider Hotel Thireas.

Really beautiful view from the balconies - to the whole Fira and also the far Oía. We went in April and it was quite cold so didn't make the use of the pool but enjoyed the Jacuzzi (had to ask to increase the temperature and then it was awesome). A bit cold to eat breakfast out on the balcony in April but the silence (no tourists around) was amazing. We had the junior suite, it was all modern and clean, not too big though. Breakfast same every day served in the room. The staff was very nice, helped us with luggage up the stairs to our car/taxi.

There are many stairs if you want to stay on the Caldera but the staff is great with helping with luggage.

This was a cozy, comfortable, cute cave. Because it was so windy that morning ( sand in my hair) a hot shower was really important to me and this hotel definitely delivered on that!

The directions to find the hotel are a little tricky. Luckily a nearby jewelry shop helped me!

The location is perfect for walking, shopping and dining as well as pick ups for excursions and to the ferry port.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. Vanessa was very welcoming. She’s like our new friend in Greece. She set up excursions for us. Everything went smoothly every day. Each day we would confirm our breakfast delivery with her. She was spot on.
