We stayed for 5 days at this cliffside hotel and couldn’t have made a better choice. We had a room with a hot tub and a view of the caldera, and every day we watched the sunset. The hotel had a fantastic location – although quite a few stairs separated it from the main street, it meant peace and quiet away from the crowds. The hotel felt very cozy, and if I return to Santorini, I would definitely stay here again. I was satisfied with every single staff member – from the reception to the gentleman who greeted us every morning while sweeping. Breakfast was also great, and we didn’t have a single issue. The hotel fully met our expectations, and we want to thank you for the best holiday ever – including our engagement. Thank you, Keti Hotel, and hopefully we’ll see you again. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it well – and always with a smile.

The location is absolutely perfect (5 minutes walk to the center of Fira). The staff are friendly and amazing human beings. The helped with every single question we had and made us feel at home. Breakfast is great, especially with regards to the offered Greek specialties (e.g. Greek omlette, cheese and spinach pies) and the coffee and mini croissants were also good. From our balcony we could enjoy a few great sunsets and the sun beds and swimming pool in the common area were great after an afternoon of walking around the old town. When we visited we were the only ones using them which made the experience so much better. Around the corner from the church within a 10 minutes walk there is a fairly large supermarket (Sklavenitis Super Market) and a pharmacy. On the way there you'll find Barolo Restaurant if you are looking for a classy evening (on the pricy side).

Fira is fulll of stairs and my partner was sick at the time so going up the stairs implied several breaks to catch he breath. Even so it was absolutely worth it worth it.

Stairs were a little difficult at times and tea and coffee in the room would be great.

The staff was exceptionally friendly! Our flight was delayed and we arrived late. We were supposed to arrive about 4pm but arrived at 9pm. Finding the hotel so late at night in a stair-city with which we are unfamiliar was quite a harrowing experience. My wife and I split up so she could find the entrance while I found parking. Elli stayed late and received us with a big smile and extra attention. She made us feel like VIPs. When booking, I had problems with my card, but Elli helped us get it corrected. She helped us get checked in and showed us to our room. The room was immaculate and welcoming. AC, mini fridge stocked with water, and a bidet because the local ordnances prohibit tp down the pipes from old city plumbing. The next morning, the view from our window took our breath away. Breakfast spoiled us while the staff waited on us hand and foot. We ate with the most gorgeous view. The hotel is situated in the heart of the capital city, centrally located for all activities in all directions. Nikoleta helped us get established with our next excursions on the catamaran, some vineyards and wineries before a special day on jet skis at the beach, and then into Oia city to visit the historic castle and main square. Later at the hotel, we relaxed on a huge bean bag chair together, with the tips of our feet seemingly hanging off the cliff with a perfect view to the center of the volcano- the island in the middle of the caldera. That first evening we enjoyed our personal jacuzzi before showering the day off, and crashing in such an inviting bed. We will be hard pressed to find anything like the Keti Hotel if it becomes unavailable the next time we visit the beautiful island.

Only two things, but none was really the hotel's fault. First, there was no iron in the room. After traveling with linen clothing in our suitcases, we expected there to be an iron. Now we didn't ask, as I'm sure they would have given us an iron in a heartbeat if we but asked. Second, we did not manage our expectations with transporting our suitcases along the narrow cobblestone walkways, up and down numerous stairs. Make sure you are prepared to get a little bit sweaty and out of breath transporting your luggage up and down stairs while getting to ANY hotel.

The location is amazing over looking the water and the Caldera. You can see the beautiful sunsets from your bed window or balcony. Every morning a fresh cook breakfast was prepared for you and served on the balcony overlooking the beautiful scene. Both consignors were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us in suggesting the beautiful sights, beaches. Museums and excursions. They were eager to accommodate you!

Have to be in good shape to walk down the steps to the hotel but it is well worth the walk. Private, safe and quiet.

Although I had the smallest single room, it was plenty big and larger than a typical hotel room. It was very clean and the views were spectacular. Every night had the most amazing sunsets. With the wardrobe and drawers, I was able to unpack and put the suitcases to the side. The location was perfect. It was easy to get to the buses or taxis and a short walk into the main part of Fira.

I am in my 70s and was able to manage well, but a heads up, there are a lot of steps to climb coming and going. I knew that in advance so it was not a problem. That being said you can’t experience Santorini without climbing up and down steps all day.

Stunning view of Santorini's incredible sunsets from high above the sea. The room was spacious. There was a very nice balcony with the room. The staff were outstanding. The breakfast was consistently of a very high standard: very tasty, with a great choice of options and local flavours. The Keti is very centrally located for the bus depot, Thera's marvellous museum, a very-nearby restaurant and it is close to Fira's shops, cafes and amenities. I was very happy with the hotel.

Because it is perched on the side of a caldera you should anticipate Santorini's many steps.

The hotel is in the heart of Fira. It is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. The view from the room was beautiful especially at sunset. Breakfast was outstanding and you could order it the day before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They met us at the taxi and even carried our big luggage down the many steps. That was appreciated after a long flight!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was just amazing, we watched the sun set every evening on our private terrace, without having to battle the crowds. Also very close to the town centre. The room was perfect, quiet, very spacious and super clean. Breakfast was lovely with a big choice and nothing was too much trouble for the fabulous team that run the hotel.
