The location is perfect, the pool area and the lower more private balcony spaces are perfect to enjoy the sunset and the caldera. The room was quite big and hat lots of space for luggage, there even were cutlery and plates. The main bus station, lots of restaurants, a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are less then 5 minutes away. Viki and Angela were very helpful regarding information about Santorini and helped us to book a nice catamaran trip. We loved our stay here and would come again!

The WiFi was a bit weak in the bedroom, but with such a great view and island, who needs a lot of WiFi anyway?

Staff Angela and Magarita are very nice and helpful before and during our stay, to help us book the shuttle and keep our luggage. Particularly Angela always respond quickly to our questions. The property location is super, have amazing sea view and great proximity to restaurants, supermarket, pharmcy and Fira bus station. From Fira bus station, you can easily go every major attraction point on the island.

The living space looks smaller as the photos show. And we are sad to find noticable dust on top of the microwave, coffee machine and around the bedside tables.

Loved the location, minutes away from the centre of Fira, buses and local supermarket. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was small but nice. It never felt cramped, and you can't beat the view! The room was a good size and had air-conditioning. Wifi was good but would cut out in certain areas of the room. All in all, we would stay here again!

Amazing location! Stunning views of the ocean and volcano and surrounding islands. Spacious room- looks just like the photos. Shower was good. Kris was great and accommodated our late arrival and met us to show us to our room. Angela was ready to help with any questions and was very friendly. All the staff were great. Beautiful views of the sunrise from the spacious balcony right outside our room. Very nearby the main square and all the restaurants. A supermarket is just down the road for affordable snacks and water.

I loved everything

Angela was exceptional, spoke excellent English, helped plan our week to get as much out of it as we could. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, fresh towels and bedding each day. Perfect position to watch the sun set each evening and so easy to get directly into the centre. Few minutes walk to the bus station too, which was also great service to get around the island. We are already planning our next trip.

We were honestly blown away with the beauty of Caldera views. This hotel got everything needed for the best stay on the island - amazing views, great location and friendly staff. Nice pool was a great bonus. Only 5 min walk to the supermarket. Fira resort was also a great choice for us as it's very lively with lots of bars, clubs, restaurants and only a short walk to the bus station. We visited Oia only once as found it extremely overcrowded and expensive. Other places worth visiting on the island are boat taxi ride to Red, White and Black beaches and Perissa beach which got beautiful black volcanic sand. Thanks to Viki and other staff for looking after us really well. We'd love to be back one day!

I loved everything about this place. Easy to find. Check in was quick and easy, Viky provided us with loads of information and recommendations, and answered all our questions promptly. Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Fira main square and buses. The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping came daily. We even had housekeeping organise all our laundry for us. The pool area was awesome with enough seats for everyone. Pool was refreshing after big days of exploring. And the view, WOW! Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again. The shower was a hand shower at waist level , so small and inadequate And one morning water was cut off on the island for 4/5 hours without any notice That was very uncomfortable Not a drop in any tap and toilets in the morning ( without warning)

No breakfast included in our booking, but ordering food is a breeze. The location is excellent - walking distance to fira square, fira market, cable car, walking route (to Oia - but we didn’t: the 10 mile hike was too dsunyinb for us), three bells of fira. There’s a Catholic church near the cable car station. We attended the anyicipated mass on Sat 7pm. The view of the Caldera is stunning! You have a lrivate sunset viewing every night. But the best feature is the host’s hospitality - Viki (Nikolova). She contacted us before we arrived, made sure we had everything we needed to get to the hotel, was there to welcome us when we arrived, helped arrange our yachting, car rental and airport transfer). She was there when we checked out and remained with us until our airport transfer arrived, making sure we got to the airport safe and on time. We had the best time in Santorini! We are already planning our return trip!
