The property and location were amazing. The view is exceptional especially at sunset. The team John and Vanessa were very nice and helpful with all questions and planning. Thank you for all your help!

We had a couple things that were not working or broken at check in but they were quick to take care of them within 24 hrs. Our luck, the WiFi was very slow but they had the company come and look into it and fix the issue.

Everything was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. We NEVER wanted to leave! I cannot say enough. BOOK the trip, and stay here!!!

It was all amazing. Nothing at all to complain about. One thing to note, if you come in after normal hours, you have to take your luggage down stairs and it's not fun! We overpacked because this was our first stop so it was our own fault!

This villa is very big. It has two loft bedrooms with their own bathrooms (I believe no showers), a master bedroom with it's own large bathroom and an additional shared bathroom with a shower. There is also an additional sofa in an alcove I believe could be a sofa bed. The loft bedrooms do have sprial staircases. The kitchen is of decent size and has an oven and full fridge. Breakfast was fresh and good. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff is very pleasant to deal with. The villa is part of Hotel Thireas and very close walking distance to anywhere you'd be interested in going in Fira. The path to walk to Imerovigli from the hotel is nearby. The little terrace off the room is a great place to hang out and watch the sunset.

The hot tub has issues. There are pieces flying off, the cover is falling apart a little. I imagine it is very hard to replace, but it should be fixed. Fira wasn't my favorite location. It was way too crowded at all times and the cruise boats are anchored right in front of your view that you pay a huge fortune for. However, it's walking distance to everything. The check in process was too long. There should be one form that can list all the information of the family with additional names added rather than one form for each family member. It is unnecessary.

The location was perfect and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast served within 15 minutes of calling the front desk each morning and then the room was serviced (along with the dishes) promptly. We were able to access everything we wanted to do in Fira and very convenient for transfers to other activities we had booked. We would highly recommend 1809 Villa.

Two of the 3 bedrooms were upstairs. Someone who has mobility issues would not be able to access them.

Everything from the breakfast to accommodation was absolutely perfect. The apartment above us is accessed through the front terrace but this just adds to the quirky nature of the property and in no way caused us a problem. Most properties in Santorini have similar arrangements.

I wouldn't change a thing.

Master bathroom could use brighter lightbulbs.

This is an amazing villa and the staff are also amazing. The manager, John, was so helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough!!!

It was perfect. Just an FYI: the downstairs has tall ceilings but the two additional bedrooms (upstairs) both have very low ceilings. A person taller than about 5’5” will have to duck:)

Vanessa and all the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!
