Beautiful, modern rooms and great service. Unforgettable views.

The entrance to the hotel is a popular spot for photos and the hotel doesn’t keep the area for guests. There were often lines of people waiting to take photos at all times of the day, but especially sunset. We even had to wait for a proposal before we could enter at one point. While the proposal was sweet, the constant crowds blocking the entrance is very annoying for paying guests who are trying to enter and leave, or who may want to take their own photos at this spot. The hotel should reserve this area for entry and exit (and photos) for paying guests as the next hotel over does. Non guests are free to take photos at the adjacent wall without blocking the entry/exit or dominating the photo spot.

We loved our stay here - we stayed in the Premier Jacuzzi Suite for one week. The suite was really spacious with two floors and gorgeous furnishings. Our terrace with caldera views was a highlight and we enjoyed eating our daily breakfast on it each morning. There’s loads of breakfast options but we particularly liked the Eggs Benedict and Pancakes with hazelnut praline! The property is really central but also feels peaceful and an oasis away from the busy streets of Fira! Housekeeping is twice daily and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again should we return to Santorini!

Nothing - it was perfect.

The suite was beautiful and clean. It was decorated nicely and had amazing views of Caldera. The beds were cozy and comfortable. As soon as you arrive you are given a welcome bottle of Santorini wine. And, when they turn down your bed we received a surprise for a few of our nights. The front desk was kind, attentive to your needs. Breakfast which was a gourmet breakfast the presentation and the food were superb. You can tell that the ingredients were fresh. Our last night they offered us a complementary cocktail. We picked FIRA since it was a nice location for a travel needs. We did not want to be in Oia and I’m glad we stayed in Fira. Thank you to the staff we had a great day

The hospitality received from Chrisa and the rest of the staff was incomparable. Truly top notch service from start to finish. Chrisa was incredibly responsive, and made my stay in Santorini and with Enigma Suites seamless. I felt valued during my stay, and any concerns I may have had would be addressed immediately. Chrisa was helpful in arranging tours and transport around the island. Furthermore, the room itself was beautiful. Incredibly quiet and comfortable. The complimentary bottle of local wine was also a great touch. Similarly, the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself is very centrally located and it’s easy to get to other locations on the island whether by bus or taxi.

Minor complaint, and this is probably reflective of general infrastructure and less of Enigma Suites. The hot water in my shower was very sparse, but the actual bathroom itself was amazing. It should also be noted that depending on what room you book you will have to climb steep steps. Definitely would not recommend to travelers with mobility issues.

We loved our stay at Enigma Suites. Everything was fabulous from the breakfast to the spectacular location. It is in the heart of Fira and close to everything. You don’t need to battle for a spot to see the sunset - just sit on your balcony or in the spa (if you are hot). The staff were amazing and the rooms was perfect for us. It is loft style and spacious and clean (with two services a day). We highly recommend Enigma Suites. It definitely contributed to our overall enjoyment of Santorini.

Enigma Suites is an amazing place. The staff are incredible, friendly and extremely helpful, and our room was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and well maintained, the view from our balcony was breathtaking and the location is perfect access to walk around Thira. Breakfast on the balcony each morning looking over the Caldera are memories I will cherish. I highly recommend staying here, and I can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Enigma Suites. The Cave Studio had an amazing view and a fantastic terrace with an open sunset view. The a la cart breakfast was delicious, generous and was beautifully served in our terrace at the time of our convenience. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. We traveled for my wife’s birthday and we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and a small cake on the birthday morning. There was also a very good minibar with a Nespresso machine, iron, all the necessary amenities for the bathroom, 1 bottle of complimentary water and the bed was extremely comfy.

We forgot to mention to the hotel staff that the water of the shower was quite cold and wouldn’t warm up. The sink was working perfectly fine though and, once again, we forgot to mention this to the reception so they didn’t have a chance to check on it.

We loved our stay for the first time visiting Santorini, the accomodation was lovely and clean. This was one of our favourite accomodations throughout the trip. The hotel gave us a bottle of wine for our honeymoon and a free cocktail each on our last night. We loved watching the sun set each afternoon from the balcony the view from the patio was like a movie scene. Very pretty.

Beautiful hotel! The location was perfect. We were close enough to all the shops and restaurants, and to the bus stop. Breakfast everyday was delicious and was brought to our private terrace. Amazing view from there of the sunset every night. Staff could not be more accommodating.

I didn’t mind them, but it was a little rough for my husband doing all the stairs. It was 98 stairs from our room to the entrance at the street.

Enigma was truly amazing! The views, the beautiful space, the daily gourmet breakfast choices, the 5-star facility, luxurious touches and rock star staff make this place truly special. It’s a real gem and worth the steps to get to your room each day (my calves thank me!). We’d definitely come back when we return to Santorini and highly recommend this place!
