The property is in a very central location with amazing views from the roof top All staff wonderful, they were so helpful, pleasant and would go out of their way to ensure you had a lovely holiday The breakfast was wonderful There is a spa that we used to cool down on hot days

Shade above the sun beds and tables on the roof top would be a great addition as this would allow the facilities to be used more on hot days

The staff are all very courteous and helpful. The driver picking us from the airport is also friendly and helpful. They all make our 3 nights stay a pleasant experience. Location is near to the bus station and has many nice eating places.

Exceptional service from the hotel staff, right from the front desk to the room service and breakfast. It made our stay so much enjoyable. The location is outstanding, the views from the rooftop was breath-taking as was the breakfast. Communication was super easy and efficient. The staff went out of their way to even pack the breakfast for us as we were leaving for an early morning flight. I would go back and stay at this hotel any day.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Theoxenia. From the moment we set foot in the hotel, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by the exceptional hosts, Valantis and Adi. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine caring attitude made us feel immediately at ease and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel offers an absolutely incredible view that left us in awe every single day. Waking up to the stunning panoramas of the surroundings was truly a highlight of our trip. Additionally, the cleanliness maintained by the hotel is impeccable; every area was spotless and well cared for, reflecting the high standards they uphold. The breakfast provided is outstanding, making our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at the hotel are equally praiseworthy – always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. The location of Hotel Theoxenia is ideal, offering easy access to explore the local attractions and enjoy the best of what the area has to offer. It's perfectly situated to experience the charm and beauty of the surroundings. A special thank you to Valantis for the incredible tour! Visited during off-season (25-26JAN2025): no crowds, modest weather, clear skies, many shops closed for season: more cats than tourists in the street during day time. Adi @ front desk is wonderful: helpful, courteous, and professional. Pleasant and healthy breakfast served on patio with awesome sunrise caldera view. Hotel is very close to Fira bus depot (~3 min walk) and museum, and ~150m from chairlift. Had a fine time during our short stay; Oia was wonderful to explore.

Given off-season arrival, room amenities (bathrobe and slippers) were a little dusty. Interior was clean and orderly.

The very delicious breakfast is served at the balcony with that wonderful view. If you want something else like ham you get it. The great owner of the hotel and his staff do a lot to make their guests happy as the name of the hotel already tells. The rooms and bathrooms are perfectly clean, also the very nice balconies. When you close the window and the door you cannot hear any noise. The location is perfect as you can reach everything very easily. A bus station and a taxi station are very close. I will return to this hotel as soon as possible.

Location couldn't be better, the whole caldera view steps from my door. Staff friendly and capable. Enjoyed cool water spa, again metres from my door, and breakfasts were large and enjoyable. Staff helped organise transport to airport & with luggage. Many steps to room, but any pain is worth that view. Main entrance straight on to one of main streets. Rooms comfortable & spacious, bathroom modern & plenty of towels. In all, a great visit, heartily recommend.

It is very central in Fira and easy to get to restaurants and the bus station. The staff were all wonderful, especially Andreaus! All very friendly and helpful. Our room was changed because we found the first one a bit small. Excellent continental breakfast with fresh pastries, bread and juice!

The rooms are a bit dated and some of the furniture is a bit tired looking. If it was updated and spruced up it would be fantastic!

Amazing Caldera views from the rooftop terrace. We had a beautiful breakfast delivered to the terrace each morning. The location in Fira was perfect and so central. Easy access to the bus terminal, which is the easiest way to get around the island. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were so happy we chose to stay here.

The only thing we can mention is the bathroom needing an update and the exhaust fan being so noisy.
