Where to start!! I would give a million stars rating if it was possible, this place is absolutely superb what an amazing location and out of this world room with fabulous views from the spacious patio balcony. Spotlessly clean. Has everything you could possibly need, super large comfortable bed with super soft pillows for a dreamy sleep and black out electric blinds too. Very spacious room, enormous TV and a projector too, the gadgets in here are like a James bond lair it's fantastic. Massive bathroom and shower with robes and slippers, fridge, steamer, safe and plenty of hanging space for clothes. Very quiet considering the main square location. Close to absolutely everything and round the corner from the bus station makes this an excellent choice. Amazing choice of homemade delicious food and drinks for breakfast really sets you up for the day and the best cheesecake ever I would come back for that alone. Treats in the room on arrival was a wonderful gesture. The list could go on about this marvellous place I would highly recommend staying here. But finally, to the most amazing, wonderful, friendly & helpful beautiful GODDESS MARIA, you made my stay so magical and memorable you simply could not do enough for me and for that I am forever grateful for making my first visit to Santorini the best ever. There really are not enough words for this lady she is the best. I cannot wait to come back for another visit. I miss you already ❤️.

María, just as many reviews mention, is an incredible host. From the moment you arrive, you feel right at home. She's not only attentive and thoughtful, but also genuinely ensures you have everything you need to feel comfortable. The room is completely new, equipped with all modern comforts — it even has a terrace and a projector. Breakfast officially starts at 8:00, but María begins setting it up as early as 7:30 for guests who are leaving early. She makes sure no one leaves hungry, and even encourages you to take some food with you for the day. It was truly a pleasure to meet her. Helena & Mario

I can’t tell how much i love this Hotel!!! Firstly location is really great, it is heart of the city centre! You can walk everywhere from there. Especially bus station is so close so you can take a bus to go to the beach. Because of it is in the city centre there are so many restaurants and markets. Secondly the room is really good, there are even projector in the room and you can watch Netflix etc. Breakfast is traditional, you can taste Greek food. Lastly the owner is really nice, she is so caring and helpful! If you are looking for somewhere which is in the city centre and neat it is this Hotel!

I had a wonderful stay! Maria was incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was well-equipped with modern, high-tech facilities, including a projector and a great sound system, which made relaxing in the evenings extra enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the clothes steamer, it was such a bonus, especially when traveling to a beautiful place like Santorini where you want to look your best without having to wear wrinkled clothes. The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Wow! Maria, our host, was absolutely wonderful. This hotel stay was one of the best I have ever stayed at in all of my travels. She contacted us before our stay to see if we needed a driver to pick us up at the hotel. She also made sure that we had breakfast the next day, and she showed us all of the extras in the room. The room had a HUGE drop-down screen to watch shows. We watched a greek movie on one of my personal streaming services. The air conditioner was amazing, and the room looked over the little main square area in Fira. When we closed the windows, it was silent; we couldn't believe how quiet it was.

The only thing that was a little bit difficult were the steep stairs to get up to the room, but that wasn't a huge deal.

This accommodation is just perfect! The room was exceptionally clean and there is everything you might need: from towels and slippers, to bathrobes and bathroom utensils (including toothbrushes and shaving kit). The host Maria is very welcoming and kind - she made sure that we feel like at home. The breakfast selection is just huge - there is everything to any taste. And the location is great- directly in the center of Fira, which is very practical - you don’t need to carry your luggage up the hills and the public bus is just around the corner. The room even has a beamer and a huge screen, and several speakers for the stereo sound - we haven’t used it though.

There isn’t anything really, maybe just that it could be somewhat noisy since the accommodation is so centrally located. But if the windows are closed, it shouldn’t be a problem, especially since the room is equipped with an air conditioner.

Everything is perfect. The location just in centre of fira. 2mins walk to bus station, surrounded by fast food and restaurant and 2 mins walk to the caldera. The best place to be in fira,right in the center. 10mins to airport, 20 mins by bus to Oia Moreover the room is perfect, Maria the host os just wonderful,never met someone as kind as her. She pampered ua with cakes and foos. Breakfast was too much for us. Too many varieties to eat. Thank you Maria for makimg our stay memorable. 10+ for this place

Maria is very kind and friendly and communicates actively. We were welcomed by Maria as soon as we arrived. The room is renovated and modernized including motor-drive blinds for the windows and rain cover for the balcony. The projector with a big drop-down screen makes the stay even more fun. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The location is at the center of the town and perfect for us to use the public transportation for reaching the airport and other places of the island.

Great location for exploring Santorini Facilities in the room were beyond excellent. Breakfasts were amazing. Standard of the food were delicious and kept us going most of the day. Room blocked out noise from busy main square. Location handy for buses, taxis, bars, restaurants and walking along the Caldera. Maria the host was excellent and the most welcoming host I’ve ever come across. She welcomed us as if the property was our home and was warm, enthusiastic, engaging and professional at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Pillows were a bit soft but not really an issue

Maria was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, when the morning breakfast comes round, she is there making coffees for everyone but really does not need to, also ensured that we had food for lunch as well which was really nice. The room was very clean with all sorts of modern gadgets including electric projector / blinds and surround sound (we enjoyed some nice movie nights with this). We had a lovely break in Fira. Very small issue but the pillows were a little thin, I would recommend these being upgraded.
