Stay was very good. Top rooms have sea view, and sun/moon rise view in the morning/evening. Room was great and clean. We stayed for 2 nights. Its budget friendly. Provided with fridge, hair dryer, electric kettle, hangers, towels, tissue, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer. Definite stay if solo or in couple. They have even provided Cabinet Safes to store your valuables like cash, jewelry, passport, etc. 2 cup Coffee and 1L water bottle is available upon arrival. Only 100m distance from west cliff. Location of the stay is also great & near to Fira center; 7 min walk to Fira public bus stop; 5 min walk to Panoramic View Fira; 14 min walk to Three Bells of Fira. 2 min walk from McDonald's Σαντορίνη.

The room is centrally located in Fira, but that means it is a bit noisy at night. The room is comfortable and clean, but check-in was a bit of an issue because you have to call a number to get your room (there is no one at the hotel). Fortunately, the restaurant next door helped us out (we didn't have a voice plan activated while traveling) and once we were in our room we had no further problems.

Better communication about the method of checking in would be appreciated. After a long travel day it was frustrating to encounter difficulties checking in.

Amazing courtyard with a beautiful view. The location was right in the heart of everything. There was a restaurant next door. The property was clean, comfy, the TV had access to Netflix. A little bit of noise from the bars in the evening, but not too loud and it didn’t bother me. There was a fridge. There are a few steps to the room, which was fine for me. There was a communal seating area outside with a beautiful view. There was a room to store your suitcase before check-in and once checked out.

There was no-one at reception all day, which would be fine if I’d received a message via booking.com to let me know the room number and that the door was open and the keys were inside, which happened with a different booking I made. I had to call the number to ask which room I was in and how to check-in

Excellent location 2 minutes’ walk from everything restaurants, bars, and the famous breath-taking view of the caldera sunset. Very clean and cosy and the bed mattress really comfortable. Piece of advise no need for breakfast option … in 30 meters you have all you might desire. For sure one of the best value for money options.

The location it's amazing,2 minutes away from the buses station,and very central. It was easy to check-in (self check-in,since I had a late flight) and everything went smoothly. There's a taverna exactly there, with a sea view and a shopping center a few meters away. The room was big and had everything necessary, the bed was comfortable.

It's a bit loud during the night and early morning given the proximity of many clubs,but I was still able to sleep with earplugs. The shower didn't have a door but that didn't bother me.

The location is very central. the staff were really kind and welcoming. the price is really competitive compared to other accommodations in Santorini. nice rooftop

At night you could hear the music from the bars, nevertheless the windows were mostly soundproof (which is what you get from being in the heart of the town). First couple of nights the next door guests were very loud but the reception was kind enough to let us switch room.

Located in the Fira center, bus station and everything you need is away up to 5 min by foot. Room was very sweet, cleaning service came by every day, they also have Nespresso coffee machine which we loved. Staff was very friendly.

It just was a little bit noisy at evenings but that is the price you pay if you are in the center where all the parties are and that is okay, it did not bother us.

I loved how responsive the staff of the hotel. Hussain was amazing and always working and trying his best to make our stay extremely comfortable

The too many steps climbing to the room. Another thing , it didn’t bother me much was, the noises from the nearby nightclubs.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Fira. I i went late November so it was nice and quiet. The owner was really nice, asked every day if everything was fine, if I needed anything... the bed was really comfortable, very nice shower, drinking water and capsule coffee were offered for free. Great place

The staff at Fira Vista Hotel is amazing! They let me check in early and check out late. Also they stored my luggage for me. Although the door was initially hard to lock/unlock, they sent someone to fix it right away. They also printed me a bus schedule. The location is amazing! Super convenient to everything (shops, restaurants, bars, and the bus stop)! I did not experience the noise that other people were talking about!

Nothing
