Perfect location, in the middle of Fira and all the great shops and restaurants, with a stunning view, best sunset spot from the balcony upstairs.

Everything was perfect, the only thing I didn’t really like was the hot tub up the top, everyone from the restaurant across would be able to see you, perhaps Marcos can put some shutters for some privacy, the hot tub itself is nice

I love this villa🥰This is my second stay here and I will book again. The location is perfect for shopping 🛍️, short distance to various bars, restaurants, transport links and access to excursions across the island. What I love about this place is its ability to offer tranquility, seclusion and a little piece of heaven in the heart of Thira/Fira. Views of the Caldera (in my opinion) are amazing and can be enjoyed in the privacy of your own stay and shared with a loved one from sun up to sun down. The hot tub, deep spa bath, hammam/steam room and luscious shower is fantastic. A varied delicious breakfast is included as is a pick up/drop from the airport (transport was amazing) 🤩. Clean, spacious, two toilets/bathrooms, safe and secure etc - the list goes on. I can go on, but what stood out for me was the responsiveness and courtesy/kindness of my hosts - Andreas and Markus who looked after us from beginning to end. They are the epitome of the kind spirit and love I get from the people in Greece whom I have grown to love. I wish I had taken more and better photos ( I can’t upload videos) but I have included a few which is just a snippet of just how breathtaking this accommodation really is. I felt completely at home and I WILL return. Thank you so very much and god bless. 🥰❤️🥰

What’s not to love🥰

We liked the breakfast, but wished it was different every day. Also probably one to share was enough for the two of us because it was a lot of food and I felt bad that I couldn't finish everything! The location was perfect, in the center of everything - very close to the main bus station, food, and shops.

There were some gurgling/drain noises from the hot tub on our last night that were kind of loud, but we think it was because it was really windy that day. Apart from that minor thing, we liked everything else within the property.

I’ve passed by Emfasis Villas a few times on previous stays and visits to Santorini and wondered about it. Why? I just loved the prime location and clean, sleek presentable steps leading to the elegant front door. This year, I thought I’d give it a try and have a break from the boutique hotels on the Caldera front. I was NOT disappointed and actually was not prepared to be in awe of how beautiful this villa really is. I just had a good feeling about it. To be clear, it exceeded all my expectations and then some🥰. Wow!!!! 🤩 Beyond the elegant front steps and door are more more elegant marble steps leading to the lounge area. Wow!! 🤩 Large enough to swing at least a dozen cats, it has beautiful seating area, two balconies, a sleek tv and remote, sleek design ac, tv has Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc, fridge with small freezer space. Markos was kind enough to place a welcome bottle of wine and water for me. There is all the amenities you can ask for including iron, kettle, travel adaptors, glasses/cups/plates and coffee machine. But my favourite though was the hammam in the bathroom adjacent to the lounge that was wonderful to use after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. WoW 🤩 The next set of marble steps leads to the bedroom area and the decor was amazing! Wow 🤩 Again, another tv the same as in the lounge. Adjacent to the bedroom is another bathroom this time with hydro massage bath - big enough for two 😉❤️. The balcony hosts a gorgeous large hot tub with bubbles if required and table and chairs where you’ll can have breakfast etc overlooking wonderful views of the Caldera. In my opinion, the view was better here than at the boutique hotels I stayed at. I loved the breakfast menu on offer as it presents as a great start to the day 🥰 Transport was out of this world and can be arranged directly with Markos.

Everything ran perfectly from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Communication was excellent. This property is an oasis in the very centre of Fira. We did assume it would be noisy, but it was not.The outside hot tub was perfect for a cool down late afternoon. I would 100%recommend. .

The property was perfect for us I like a large coffee in the morning.I was happy to buy a jar of instant coffee, but a mug would have saved me making multiple cups. There are lots of stairs, so in my opinion, it is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues

The location was perfect and I enjoyed shopping, lunch and dinner, and great views in Fila very much, It was easty to access to the sightseeing spots outside Fila because the villa is close to bus terminal. Additionally, the staffs were very friendly and helpful all the time during my stay.

It was much better if there were some instructions for air conditioners and other facilities.

The villa was MAGICAL!!! My friend and I were blown away by the breath taking views, the 5 star host, the perfect location, and so much more. We did not want to leave! Markos was extremely helpful and accommodating. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go from the villa and watch the beautiful sunset from our balcony. You will LOVE this place! My friend lost her bag in transit from Athens to Santorini and our host contacted the airport, found the luggage and had it dropped off at the villa the very next day!

We loved everything! I would recommend guests bring a travel backpack instead of a traditional rolling suitcase due to the cobblestone walkway to and from the drop off point.

One of the most beautiful places I've stayed, you'd think the private hamam or hot tub would be the winning features but it's the huge window opposite the lovely comfortable bed offering incredible views and romantic sunsets each night, absolutely heaven! The lighting and style of the property was fantastic. The owner is brilliant as well, kind, friendly, and really easy to contact via WhatsApp where he was happy to organise a cab or breakfast or anything else you might have wanted.

The hot tub never really got hot, perhaps needs a cover to keep the heat in and bugs out. Be aware that although a lovely villa there's no where to cook or reheat anything.

Property is right in the center of old town with a view of the sea east AND west! Very nice 2 story villa with lots of extras. Bathrooms downstairs and upstairs was really nice. Breakfast was brought to us each morning, which was so nice. No hesitation recommending this property for a nice stay in Santorini! Host was awesome as well!

We had breakfast included but seemed some confusion… the location made up for it as everything was stones throw distance and didn’t have any issue finding breakfast joints
