All of it, close to restaurants and bars

Please be aware this place is only accessible on foot. So where the bus or taxi drops you there are lots of steps to get there

We had a perfect stay. The location was amazing just in the centre. Best spot for the sunset. Just a few minutes to walk from the bus station. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view. Our room was beautiful with a terrace. Don’t listen to the others that is a lot of steps to walk . The hotel is situated on the cliff and everywhere in Santorini you have to walk the steps. Is just like that. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was broken due to the earthquake so we couldn’t used it and there was not written on the website . And we were offered the other swimming pool in the other hotel but we had to pay for it 25 eur each. Which it was a bit unfair.

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! Our room had a lovely big terrace and fantastic views.

Certain elements (i.e. decor) were a ‘little rough around the edges’… nice to have a pool area but could do with some money spending on it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful, being on the cliff's edge it had spectacular sunset views. Great daily breakfast! Centrally located to the shops, yet once inside the hotel compound, you wouldn't know there was BUSY foot traffic from the hotel's location and "guest's only" policy. Booking through Booking.com we feel we received a fair price for what we got. We checked with the hotel directly and pricing was substantially more expensive. Had we paid that amount, we would have been quite disappointed for the dollar value of our room.

Place could use a little updating: bathroom sink had mildew in the corners due to the way the faucet is set into that corner. The light up our personal flight of stairs to our room did not work so we had to watch our step carefully and at times use our phone flashlight to see the lock to the door. There was a big empty space in the room, like a large closet without doors, which was great, however there was only a single luggage rack. It would be helpful to have a dresser or shelves in that big wasted space. Having a secondary very small closet with hangers to hang a few items was helped some. Otherwise there was nowhere else to store your clothing, therefore we were living out of our suitcase.

It was in the heart of Fira on the cliffs with a magnificent view, absolutely stunning, we had a delightful terrace with views views and views, delightful to wake up every morning and night view. Lots of stairs and hard getting bags to the property if you have leg problems in which we didn’t but worth it. Shopping, restaurant’s at your doorstep, the cable car is around the corner. The staff were very helpful with local tourist attractions and we took their advice and took an all day boat ride on the Thalassis( probs spelt wrong) a beautiful old large tall ship, worth it. Santorini was a highlight of our trip especially staying at this hotel.

We were greeted by an extremely helpful and enthusiastic receptionist who went out of her way to make our stay very special. The room had it's own balcony with panoramic views of the caldera- spectacular! The room had original character with curved walls like a clifftop cave. Breakfast was fabulous and more than we could eat.

The room had an unusual bath/ shower arrangement with sporadic hot water, but perfectly ok for a short stay. We could see the room will be next on the list for a makeover upgrade to match the rest of the hotel. For the price it was great value.

Very fast and unproblematic check-in, although I booked the room only 15 minutes before my arrival. Great pool overlooking the impressive caldera, cozy room with this view as well. The breakfast couldn't offer a better selection, various and super delicious, served by lovely staff. Top concierge service!

Not the best air in the room, but no big deal for my short stay. The shower could use repair/maintenance :)

Incredible views. Tranquility- quiet. Central location. Choice of rooms. Great breakfast that lasts you all day until dinner. Excellent luggage delivery to rooms (the great views come with numerous steps down to the rooms). Ours was the best views with no other properties or rooms in front of us (only the drop off into the caldera) but that meant quite a few steps to get there. We would definitely stay again especially at this time of year.

A little tired and could do with some painting upkeep but that is expected with the price point compared to surrounding expensive hotels. It was obvious many hotels all along Fira and Oia were doing renovations for the upcoming peak season including painting and remodeling. We had a tranquil stay we were told post Greek Easter the bars start pumping out loud music until 2am close by.

super location, friendly stuff, majestic view

1) hotel people r only available from 7 am onwards, so in case u r having a flight in the morning then it would b very troublesome, make sure u informed the hotel stuff well beforehand 2) there is no intercom, there was a trip happened during our stay, u need to climb the entire stairs and start searching people… though in our case it was resolved pretty quick

View was spectacular. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of shops restaurants and bars. Transport by bus and taxi very close.

The stairs. We were in a triple room so at the very bottom of the hotel. The staff transported our bags up and down for us however we still had to navigate the 146 stairs up and down every day. Luckily everything else made up for that.
