Everything was spectacular. The room was spacious and luxurious. The views were amazing. Nothing can beat eating breakfast or relaxing in the hot tub while overlooking the caldera. Also, this hotel is absolutely in terms of location. It's in the heart of Fira, which means it's easily connected to everything--walking distance to the cable car, shops, restaurants, taxis, and municipal buses if you want to get to the beaches or Oia. Everything was perfect.

There was nothing we did not like.

The location is absolutely perfect. Unlike many hotels that are located too far down in the caldera, Iriana offers much easier access. The panoramic scenery from both our room Cave Executive Suite and the restaurant is truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with delicious welcome drinks, which was a lovely touch. The room was spotlessly clean, including the hot tub (which I had been a bit concerned about). I love this room had a shade for the tub! It makes a huge difference!! Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be coming back

Couldn’t have enough good things to say— we were in such a central part of Fira with absolutely stunning sunset views from our very own balcony and hot tub. Staff was so helpful at any moment with all of our needs, and even served me a breakfast surprise the morning of my birthday :) value was a fraction of the cost of other resorts we looked at but the comforts, cleanliness and luxury were all the same. Thanks for a wonderful baby moon!

Beautiful view with a beautiful rooms. Room was cozy and comfortable. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We had issues with the jacuzzi and they were able to fix it ASAP for us. Breakfast is ordered the night before and delivered straight to your patio.The cafe on top of the hotel is just as delicious and can be delivered to your room as well.

There are steep stairs to the rooms but it is the same for all the hotels along the cliff side. You are able to call for staff to help bring up/down luggage if needed. Showers were luke warm at best but it was manageable.

Our stay at this place was simply unforgettable. We had the best suite in all of Santorini, with absolutely breathtaking views that felt like a dream. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every comfort we could ask for. The service was exceptional—every staff member was not only professional but incredibly friendly and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will absolutely return again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini. It was a perfect experience from start to finish.

Everything! The rooms, the breakfast, the location, the view, the staff. This place is the hotel I imagined I'd stay if I returned to Santorini when I was here as a teenager. It is absolutely perfect. The team are amazing and are always there to assist you no matter the time of day. The view is INCREDIBLE! One of the best views in Santorini! We had a suite with a private hot tub and that was the perfect addition to our stay. We could have stayed for a whole week!! It was truly a perfect stay! Thanks your Iriana Suites.

location, price, views and staff were all incredible. Kevin and Marirena were super helpful during our stay and always greeted us with a happy face! My husband and I stayed in the honeymoon suite and would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation in Fira.

very minor noise from restaurant/bar upstairs. opens till 12am and you can sometimes hear the chairs moving around if you’re in bed. again, minor.. we were still able to sleep through it :)

Great location, incredibly hospitable staff, beautiful rooms beyond compare and an unbeatable view! We ended up staying an extra night and upgraded rooms, as our current room was not available. The staff did an excellent job of making the move as painless as possible, and gave us a very generous deal on the upgraded room too! We loved this property and would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Santorini!

The hot tubs were not very warm so we only got to use them a couple times during the day when the sun warmed it up enough. We had hoped to use them more in the evening, but I imagine that’s less of an issue in warmer weather/during summer

Everything was amazing. We were greeted by the reception staff and as we were early we were offered welcome drinks while we waited for our room to be ready. The facilities, location and views were amazing, but most of all the staff were exceptional! They were very welcoming and accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay absolutely amazing. We loved everything about Iriana Suites and would definitely recommend it anyone.

Beuatiful cave suites.. loved the sunset views and caldera views. Hot tub was excellent and the hotel staff was superb. Special shout out to Cavin (i think) who is at the reception desk from 4pm he is amazing. Also the staff who served us breakfast was amazing. Facilities in the room was amazing. Complimentary wine and water bottle was great addition. We were also offered complementary drinks which was unexpected so made us super happy and we enjoyed watching the sun go down from our own private hot tub. Thank you so much for everything we had the best time. Would highly recommend to everyone I know.

Breakfast tea or coffee could be served in a kettle to keep it hot as soon as the breakfast was served on our private balcony it was getting cold in 2 minutes. Water pressure in showers was too low but I guess thats the whole of Santorini. There are no full length mirror in the cave so I had to go out and look at myself in the main door reflection which was also fun.
