The property was wonderful. Centrally located and close to restaurants and shops and 3 minutes from the bus station. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Christina went above and beyond to accommodate us, it was my first time in Santorini and it was so special. They gave us the most thoughtful amenities including water in the fridge every day, juice, coffee, croissant, slippers, just to name a few. Room was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was incredible. We had a balcony with the sea in the distance. I wish I could give 20 stars.

Lot of stairs , particularly carrying the luggage all the way up to reception.Just off main square in Fira , may be noisy in busier season. Booking.com messed up the booking - hotel didn’t get messages about my arrival and were not there . Could not be contacted by phone . I sat outside reception for two hours before it was finally sorted out. As soon as hotel were aware that I was waiting they sent someone to let me in.

The location is excellent, in Fira centre square, easy to reach any destination from here using public transport. Facilities are exceptional, all that you need in the room:hairdryer, iron with a mini ironing board, bathrobe, slippers, coffee machine, mini fridge,air con,TV, safety box. On top of that, an amazing shared roof terrace to enjoy the views and relax. Room cleaning was done everyday to high standards. We arrived late, but Lindsay and Vicky were easy to reach and went the extra mile to accommodate us.

Nothing, except a bit of buzzing in the area, but not as loud as I was expecting, knowing the location is central. I kind of enjoyed it, we are in Santorini in full season.

I loved this place! The room was really lovely and the staff/owners extremely friendly. There were some lovely little touches; the skincare in the bathroom (the face cleanser is great) and the fresh local egg in the morning, plus juice and pastry. I also loved that the room could be completely blacked out for sleeping. Great location - bus station, restaurants and caldera all very close.

I think one very minor thing to take note of is that the room to me wasn’t soundproof. This wasn’t an issue for me as I wear earplugs, but more of a mention for other people!

Central location. Everything within reach. Bus station around the corner. Perfect location if you are not planning on renting your own vehicle. In the middle of the busy capital of Santorini yet you can still relax without being affected by the hustle and bustle outside. And also I felt very very safe. Super important for a female solo traveler. Bonus points for the iron and ironing board provided in the room (next to all the other amenities)!! Lovely welcome gift upon arrival.

Great location. Many restaurants and shops just minutes away. Main bus station is just 3 minutes walk. Very clean. Staff (Niki) was very helpful. She arranged airport transportation and even met us at the taxi to walk us to the room upon arrival even though it was very late at 1am when we arrived. We would stay here again.

We have nothing bad to say about this property

The location is in the heart of Fira, right in the main square, just 1 min walking to the bus station, 2 min walking to the best supermarket (Sklavenitis) and everything else in Fira. The room was spacious, spotless clean and luxury decorated. Our room had a big terrace facing the square. There is also a roof terrace with chairs and tables where you can sit and drink your glass of wine with sea view!! The owner/staff are adorable and helpful. We paid around 95 euros for the room in high season which was very good value for money. Perfect place to stay and explore the island or to combine some nights staying there and some other nights staying in other much more expensive places with outdoor jaccuzzi.

The location! There is no caldera view from the balcony but it's at the center of everything. Public buses/taxi terminals are close by. A lot of restaurants around, souvenirs stores are just downstairs, the marketplace is just up the hill. There is no permanent receptionist on site all the time, but the staffs were exceptionally helpful and can easily be reached! Jimmy greeted us at the taxi drop off and carried a few of our luggage to the hotel. We arrived early but we were able to leave our stuff while we did some shopping/eating. Christina was extremely helpful, from arranging out pickups to coming over to fix the safety deposit box to giving some local tips.

the cobblestones going to the hotel... since public transportation cannot go through the street the hotel is on, we had to walk a small distance with cobblestones which tough if you have 2 spinner luggage to carry. Nevertheless, it's not a big deal.

Clean, equipped with towels, hairdryer , bathrobe , apivita toileteries , daily maid services and you can go upstairs to the roof top to see the mountain and sea view . The location was close to all restaurants and shops

So far so good , only small issue you need to carry your luggage up a small flight of stairs on your own .

Perfectly located in the centre of Fira so everything is handy. Christina and Jimmy were so helpful. The little details were greatly appreciated like the mini bar and toiletries. Jimmy went out of his way to help us with our luggage. No need for expensive cans. The location is so close to the main bus station for all routes including the airport. Modern decor with everything you need.
