If you’re thinking about where to stay in Santorini-stop looking, this is the one! The location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute walk from the central bus station, making it super easy to explore the whole island. Despite being right in the heart of it all, the area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There’s a budget-friendly supermarket just 5 minutes away, and you’ll find great coffee with oat milk only 30 seconds from the front door. The staff are lovely and reply to messages almost instantly, which really made our stay stress-free. The place has everything you need, including a cute little balcony that’s perfect for chilling out with a drink or two (and maybe a sneaky dart). Only small downside is the kettle wasn’t working, but honestly, that’s about the only flaw. We extended our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel was excellent – clean, organized, and welcoming. We didn’t find a speck of dust! It’s perfectly located just behind the bus station, but surprisingly quiet since buses don’t run at night. And the bed is incredibly comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. They gave me great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the city – which I really appreciated, especially since I booked everything last-minute after my original flight was canceled. I truly can’t thank them enough. From the bottom of my heart – thank you! We will definitely come back.

Nothing not to like was perfect for overnight stay before catching ferry

Amazing property. I am a female solo traveller. The room size is little small but when you are on a trip, you dont stay in the room. Its perfect for stay, the location was fantastic, 2 min walk to the bus statuon taking you to Oia, 5 min walk to the city cemtre of Fira. The hotel room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Has balcony attached to enjoy the night time with beer. It is 5 min away from night time view of the Oia like houses and day time view of caldera. I found Fira to be a better plave to stay than Oia, better views, less crowd, has historical significance. Trust me Fira is a better place to stay than Oia, and this hotel was really value for money.

The location was perfect and really good. Just behind the Fira bus stoppage so we were able to move around the island any time so easily by the bus. The room was clean, the washroom was really modern and surprisingly there was a balcony with the room which was a good place to have some relaxation in the morning. I liked most the location most as it has everything around itself including the bus stoppage, coffee shop, restaurants, supershops.

Nothing compared to the price.

Villa Roussa is a great hotel to stay. It is centrally located; just a couple of minutes away from Fira bus station and taxi station. Very close to the main market where there are a bunch of restaurants and shops. Great location! The gentleman at the reception desk was extremely sweet and accommodating. We reached early in the morning around 7ish, hoping to get a room but also knowing that the check in time was only after 2pm. When we reached, we requested to keep the bags (at the front desk and go out for sightseeing) but he saw we were all tired. He immediately offered us an empty room and helped with the check in process. The room was clean and had the basic amenities.

Everything was great!

The location was amazing. The main bus terminal was just out the front and the hotel was in the midsts of Fira. Restaurants and shops galore and car and quad bike hire just around the back of the property! The room was very clean and the bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in on holidays! The facilities were mostly excellent with the exception of a shower head that kept juggling with a mind of its own!

The only downside to the property was that we couldn’t change the air conditioner settings in the room. As it was quite warm would have loved it a few degrees colder but the room was still quite comfortable regardless!

- Good value for money in Santorini - Ideal location for those who plan to explore the island by public bus as we did. And at the same time be within walking distance to the centre of Fira. - The proximity of the car park and bus station did not bother us at all. It was quiet at night. - Of the important things for us I can confirm the presence of: good shower, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, hairdryer. - We were offered to check into a larger room of our choice. Thank you very much for this! - Highly likely to stay here again if we are in Santorini again.

- One day at night there was a blackout and no electricity. But the staff responded promptly to my message and the problem was quickly solved the next day when we were on tour, so it was not much of an inconvenience.

The best way to describe this property would be efficient. It has everything you need, it was clean, the location is exceptional however I don’t know if I’d want to stay here long term. We booked this property to stay in between checkout for our Airbnb and a flight back to Athens. It provided us with what we needed for about 10 hours. The staff was really helpful with letting us check in early, answering our questions while there, and friendly.

When we checked in there was water all over the toilet and the dishes were also really wet. This room was small (which wasn’t a problem for us) but if they had a larger room option then I’d recommend for longer stays.

location is amazing if you want to explore the island on the buses which are right in front of it . the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Great value . Good AC
