Very friendly and helpful staff. Matthew takes care of every traveler. Great price and excellent location—just a 3-minute walk from the bus station. Despite being close to the city center, the street is quiet and peaceful. The hostel has a pool, is clean, with comfortable beds and an en-suite bathroom, plus an extra one—which is a big advantage in a shared room. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. You can also use the kitchen and take a shower at any time after check-out. Two cats living in the hostel add a special atmosphere to the place. I definitely recommend it :)

I had a fantastic experience at this hostel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived — they truly made me feel at home. The atmosphere was relaxed and social, perfect for solo travelers and backpackers. The rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the small touches — whether it was the cozy lounge, the organized activities, or the helpful local tips. The location was ideal: close to everything but still peaceful at night. I met some amazing people here, and it really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended — I’d definitely come back!

The room I stayed in had a toilet and a shower with toilet, both separate for more privacy. The pool was clean and refreshing. Laundry service available. Vending machine with cold drinks available on reception. Really good vibe at night time in the patio where everyone gathers. Special mention to Matthew on reception who takes the time to explain everything you need including directions on how to get to places and restaurant recommendations. He does a great job.

The mattress was considerably uncomfortable and I could feel the inside structure when lying down.

I only stayed here one night. But, check in was easy, the staff were all very friendly, the place was clean. Definitely seemed like a safe place as most people in my room had their stuff out and not locked away, lol. I still locked my stuff up of course. The storage locker was big enough for my small checked bag and large backpack. I'm sure I could have kept a bag in their storage area if I didn't have enough space. Location is great, just a minute or so walk from the main shopping/restaurant area of Fira and right by the bus station. I would probably stay here again especially if I could get it for 30euro a night again!

Bed wasn't too uncomfortable but could have been better. Also, would have been nice to have a curtain on the bed to sleep more privately without being bothered by other guests/lights going on and off. (some hostels do, some don't, no points off for that but just as a suggestion)

FBP is very accessible to public transport to explore the island and it's 20min to JTR airport. It's close to shops and the city centre.The room has an air-conditioning and there's a terrace where you can hang your towels dry. Theres a fridge inside the room. Free use of washing machine too. Matt and Freddie and both amazing and helpful, even the lady cleaner was also friendly. They've given me a room upgrade🙏

I'm an early riser, and likes to have coffee first thing, but kitchen was only open from 0930h. Just bring a flask and make your hot drink the night before.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by the Hostel Manager, Matthew. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel incredibly welcome. His local tips around the area were spot-on, and he was always quick to help with any requests. Matthew's work ethic truly stood out—he went above and beyond to ensure that all guests had a wonderful stay, especially during the colder winter months, even arranging an extra blanket for me. The common room was a great place to relax and unwind, and if you’re lucky, you might even get to enjoy the company of the hostel's playful and affectionate cats. The kitchen was another highlight for me—it's small but well-equipped, making it very convenient for preparing meals. The room itself was clean, well-kept, and provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—super close to the bus stop, and Fira is centrally located, making it easy to access all of Santorini’s transport options. Overall, I loved my stay and would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Santorini. Great atmosphere, great people, and an unbeatable location!

I stayed in 4 beds female dorm. It has its own balcony for smoking. It also has bathroom inside the room. The common area and the kitchen utensil are all provided. Not to mention the location, it is very near to the bus station, Fira square, restaurants, stores, etc. Mathew was such a good guy, so kind and very helpful 👍🏼 Thank you for your hospitality!

I stayed there in winter time, so it was very cold and windy.. unfortunately the heat from the air conditioner was not properly working, this probably because the weather outside was so cold. However, Mathew provided me more blanket so I could feel less cold.

Excellent hostel! Nice big room with own bathroom and everything was clean. The beds had lights and sockets and a large locker with lock. There was aircon, a mirror and a fridge in the room. The hostel provided sheets and a towel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was clean and had everything you need. The location was excellent, mere minutes walk from the centre of Fira. One of the best hostels I have stayed in, absolutely would stay again.

The hostel has a fantastic location. Close to bus station and main square with lots of cafes and shops. From bus station to can get to Oia. Matthew is very frendly and hospitable. He helped me with a very important problem. Also the laundry is free which is fantastic. The room has a toilet and a fridge.

A truly great hostel with very comfy beds, great staff, wonderful guests, and really nice common areas. I loved it that I could leave my backpack 🎒 after checking in and was able to shower in the communal showers.

A bit pricey for a hostel but I guess it's the season and it's the expensive Santorini.
