Breakfast wasn't included in our deal so we bought breakfast out and about. But the hotel was great! Not 5* great, but great for what it is and how much it charges. The staff, in particular are AMAZING! 5* level amazing! my daughters said they felt like in a family. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

There is no pedestrian path from the commercial area of Fira to the hotel. This isn't unusual in Greece, there often isn't a pedestrian path where pedestrians walk. But it feels quite dangerous walking back to the hotel with kids and constantly looking out for cars.

The rooms were cleaned, bed made up and towels changed every day. Location was perfect. Only a couple of minutes to the centre. Breakfast was good and the services was excellent.

Breakfast was served between 8 and 10 but the first morning it was finished when we arrived at 9.45. All fruit and orange juices available were from tins and cartons The bar in the reception area is very sparcely stocked and the pool bar services was non existent.

A really pleasant, attractively designed 2 star hotel not far from the centre. Quietish location with (expensive) mini market 3 mins walk away. Nice pool with adequate sunbeds. Room pleasant with comfortable bed, fridge, adequate bathroom (but smallish shower) and very nice balcony overlooking pool, with a table, 2 chairs and a drying rack. Linen and towels changes most days. Not coffee making facilities. Parking, although stated, is not on premises but easily found on roadside or free large carparks not too far away. It has to be said that driving in Fira, and other parts of the island, is not easy: narrow roads and erratic drivers. Need to be a bit bold and just go for it! If you want fruit/vegetables (variety and price) I would suggest a drive (walk?) to Lidl on southern outskirts of Fira.

Coffee making facilities, pool towels (or use room ones)

Very nice neat and clean property, close to everything. Beautiful swimming pool, front desk young guy was very friendly and helpful, he suggested a day trip for us which was excellent, I would highly recommend it to everyone. It’s about $35/person and takes you to famous places. It’s really worth it.

Bathroom size

Everything about the hotel is very nice, it’s very clean, I wasn’t sure about it as it was only three stars, but didn’t need to worry. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, great location. Swimming pool is an added bonus for the days when we didn’t go to the beach.

The only thing I was missing is the kettle to be able to make teas and coffees early in the morning when it was too early to go for breakfast. But it’s a minor thing.

Location was excellent as we were very near the centre of Fira and the main shopping area, transit hubs and restaurants without any noise or traffic. The pool was excellent and rooms cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing major but the shower curtain was a little too small for the space. It didn't matter too much as the shower is a tiled wetroom.

The hotel is only a few blocks to the main plaza and the bus station, yet it is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. As a solo woman traveler, this was very important to me. The pool was great and the room and public areas were exceptionally clean. The people at the front desk were unfailingly kind and helped me book tours and provided helpful information. There is a bar where you can get beer, sodas and other liquids to get you through the warm, sunny days. Some people have complained about the shower, but being forewarned, I did not consider it a problem. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Loved the hotel stay. The pool was perfect, the rooms were exactly what we needed. Great location, close to all amnesia. The host was the nicest lady!! They helped us book an amazing tour around the whole island. Would highly recommend!

I want to say thank you to all the new Haroula team, that made all the difference in our holidays. Specially to Maria, she is the best person we’ve met in Santorini! Kind, friendly, definitely we felt like we’ve known her for years! Maria, you are very special for us!

Staff were fabulous really welcoming and full of local knowledge. Hotel was on a steep slope from the centre, but worth the little walk as it made the accomodation quiet while having everything on the doorstep. Little balcony was lovely and really handy to dry beach wear. We only did breakfast once during our stay, very big selection for a continental style which can set you up for the day exploring. Pool was lovely to relax after a day out or to have a day off sightseeing.

Steep steps up to rooms from the pool area and could be slippery, shower in the room on the small side and the shower curtain would be stuck to you throughout your wash.
