We stayed at Neo Suites in Fira for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The suite was beautiful — very clean, modern, and comfortable, with an amazing sea view and our own private hot tub, which made the experience even more special. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to the center of Fira, but still peaceful and quiet. And the staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and discreet — they made us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived. It was everything we hoped for in a honeymoon stay. The rooms are modern and new with a heated pool. The breakfast was varied and really good. The staff was very helpful and nice. It's just a two-minute walk away from Fira's city center but far enough so that it's quieter than other hotels.

Our room faced the parking lot, which is make-shift and not paved. The doors of the rooms facing the parking lot are smaller than the rest and were easily opened from the outside. Also, anyone walking by could see inside. This made us feel a bit unsafe and we kept the blinds mostly closed to prevent anyone from peering in. There's a small parking area nearby but access was difficult and if it is full it's hard to find parking space nearby.

I will start by saying that Maria and Penelope who runs the place are the best employees we’ve ever seen, helpful, joyful, and the nicest! Just what you need for a good holiday! The hotel is small but private and each room has its own space. The rooms are very clean, the pool gets clean everyday. The location in our opinion is better than staying inside the crowded streets of Fira Oia and it’s just a 3 minute walk from Fira Main Street, not too long drive to the beach or any other place in the island! 10/10

We got a lovely room with a huge window overlooking the white houses and the sunrise, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay in Neo Suites. Penelope helped us with booking a rental car for 1 day, a representative met us at reception next morning and we paid 40€ for 24 hours and left the car keys with Penelope when we were finished with the car. She also recommended some restaurants and we visited “Penelope’s restaurant” while we had a rental car, which turned out to be outstanding! It was a pleasure to be staying in this beautiful accomodation which reminded us of Wes Anderson films, and the breakfast was great. We were visiting Santorini in low season and they offered us breakafst in bed, which suited us 100%.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at **Hotel NEO in Santorini**, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the incredibly friendly and professional staff, especially Bella and Pi at the reception. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, offering personalized recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. The **hotel itself was spotless**—everything from the rooms to the common areas was impeccably clean. You could tell that attention to detail was a priority here, and it made the stay all the more relaxing. The food was another highlight of my trip. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend trying their **lemonade**—it’s an absolute must! Refreshing and perfectly balanced, it became my go-to drink during my stay. Overall, Hotel NEO offers not only stunning views and comfortable rooms but also top-notch service and delicious food. I can't wait to come back!

On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff who were knowledgeable and friendly. We previously stayed in a different part of the island for our wedding, so we wanted to stay in Fira for a mini moon. We were drawn to Neo Suites because it’s located central to Fira (approx 5 minute walk) and was great for us because it was out the way of traffic and the busy streets of people walking so this is ideal if you like the quiet. Breakfast was great, a choice of fresh pastries, cereal, pancakes and were asked every morning for a fresh omelette. The staff communicated with us via a WhatsApp chat which was very good, they arranged a day out on the catamaran boat which was great! The balcony was our favourite which was the reason we booked Neo Suites because it’s one of not so many where you have a private pool, they are reasonably sized and ours overlooked the sea on the east side. I’ve attached a photo because it’s beautiful! The room was simple and clean. Overall we are so happy with our stay at Neo Suites, if I returned to Santorini I would book with them again - thank you 😊

Breakfast was best I had in Greece. Also they give you a pack for if you have an early day (eg catching an early ferry) and compared to others on the ferry mine was superior . Staff was lovely and super accommodating. They thought I left something behind and messaged right away ready to put it in the mail. Great to have workout equipment and plunge pool was perfect for post touring Athens.

Location is not quite ideal. But clear area is up and coming. Street seems a bit abandoned at night, buildings in ruins and under construction. But see that only improving over time. And really only 2/3 blocks from central area with lots of restaurants and bars open late - which is what I look (busy streets with the right kind of activity) when travelling alone. This kinda seems par for the course in Athens unless you’re staying at a luxury hotel.

Breakfast was awesome and served on time, private pool, peacefull environment, friendly staff, great rooftop view.

The location was stunning, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Fira Square was just a convenient five-minute walk away, making it easily accessible for exploring.

The location was breathtaking, but our experience was not as private as expected. Despite booking a Sea View with Full Privacy, we found that other guests could see us in the jacuzzi, and we could see them as well.

The property looked like what was shown in the pictures. Beautiful! The rooms were clean and the other facilities were really good too. You won’t have to worry about having a small shower like they typically tell you about Santorini. The bathrooms in this property are big. More than anything else what I loved about this property was the PEOPLE, aside the location of course. I was literally close to everything and it greatly helped with me moving around. Coming back to the people, they made my stay better than what it was supposed to be! I want to take this chance to say a big thank you to Penelope, Fistos, Tasso, Zura! And the cleaners who kept my room always clean. Penelope and Fistos thank you for being so helpful and patient with me, and for all the laughter. Greeks have a good sense of humour ;) Tasso the amazing Chef who would make delicious orange cakes! Thank you. And Zura thank you for your service and help with everything I needed. He is always going the extra mile and very social person. I could say so much more about all of them but I wouldn’t end haha. All I want to say is that they are all genuine good people and it felt like having a family to be honest. I even got the pleasure to meet the owner for the first days, very welcoming and respectful. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property to you if you are going to Santorini!

The gym facility was nice but wished they had more equipment. The network wasn’t great at my stay but apparently it seemed to be a thing with Santorini.
