Location is perfect to explore the island or only the main city. Very close to the bus station and city center by foot even not so noisy. Very clean and new. The room is of a higher category compared to the usual cheap Greek apartments, and it's a hotel, so breakfast is also included in the price. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and happy to help with any questions. I can only recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Santorini! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from breathtaking views, charming local shops, and some of the best restaurants on the island. It’s the ideal spot for anyone who wants to explore the beauty of Santorini . I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

locate behind the Fira bus terminal, very convenient to catch buses to different towns in the island. Breakfast is included and not bad overall.

The location is pretty good, ten minutes walk to where the best view of the Caldera is. The hotel does not do breakfast, but I enjoyed a very good breakfast at the bar next door.

There is no lift, so getting bags up to the bedroom needs some assistance.

Staff were extremelty generous and helpful. They helped us print ferry tickets and offered us advice as we needed. The room itself was very clean, airy and well maintained. Location was amazing as it was right next to the main bus station which made it really easy to get to and from the airport, ferry terminal, Oia, Akrotiri etc! Breakfast was also included and it was really delicious and just 30 seconds away!

The shower in the bathroom was a bit cramped but we got used to it after a day or two. The positives much outweigh this negative. There was not much of a sea view sadly

The location is great, right next to the main bus station and the centre of Fira with bars, tavernas and shops. The room had all we needed. They were very nice and welcoming. They told us where we can buy tickets for the ferry and arranged a taxi for us to the port.

Great friendly staff... Great breakfast selection... the only awkward thing was the 'compact' bathroom but everything worked fine. Very close to the busses - like a 1 minute walk and 4 minutes took you into the heart of Fira which was a huge plus.

Excellent location with the bus station next door, can take a bus to any place and airport hence quaalifies for a 9.Very good buses with storage beneath. No need to spend on taxis. Clean. Quiet. Helpful staff allowed us a late checkout too.

Electric kettle , water and beverages would have been appreciated. Bathroom small. No telephone though mentioned .

Santorini Hotel is a budget hotel, but its location is perfect because it is just behind the Fira bus station which from there people can take buses to the other places in Santorini. Its location also in a short walk to shops and restaurants. The room is small, but it is clean. It has good air conditioning, small refrigeration. The restaurant Thomas next door serves simple free breakfast, but good enough with fried egg, toast, piece of ham or bacon, orange juice and coffee or tea. The staff that I met is very friendly. We have nothing to complain with the price for the budget hotel in Santorini.

The restroom should has some hanger to hang the towers and clothes. The hotel does not have the elevator.
