Very close to Fira, handy walk to everywhere. Close to the bus station to go further afield. Really nice and helpful staff. Villa was very nice - clean and comfortable.

The property itself is beautiful, comfortable and close to attractions. The staff at this property are all wonderful as they go out of their way to be helpful. The room that we stayed in had its own private hot tub and terrace and was a duplex. It is beautiful and immaculately clean. Breakfast served on our terrace every morning was a treat. The food is delicious. We are celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and the staff decorated our space upstairs downstairs and left us a birthday cake which was delicious and a bottle of Greek wine. They went out of their way to surprise us with this and we so appreciate this. Julia has been my main contact, who facilitated everything. She is amazing! We hate to leave as this has been a home away from home and a beautiful escape from our daily routine.

First and foremost, extremely close to the bus stop, making dragging luggage or moving around the island an absolute breeze. The room was perfect, spacious, clean, and modern, and had everything we needed. Many plug points everywhere and big mirrors to dress and get ready. Quiet and no noise. Had a jacuzzi which was nice. The lady at the front desk (Julia) was one of the most friendliest people we have ever met, and helped us throughout our stay. She also let us store our luggage after checkout, as we had a late ferry. Because it was our honeymoon, they left some gifts for us to enjoy, which was really sweet. This hotel is worth every cent, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved everything, especially Julia, who was one of the friendliest person we met. As we arrived with my two teens, we got a surpising upgrade (got 2 more floors), which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, facilities clean and comfortable. It was very quiet in the hotel, while main street of Fira started just few minutes away (perfect location if you want to be close to everything, but with your own quiet space). Jacuzzi on the top floor was really nice with beautiful rooftop views. We would recommend this place without any doubt and BIG thank you for Julia and all the staff to make it wonderful!

Excellent location. Within walking distance to all the sites on Fira, and close to KTEL ( the bus station), which we used daily for excursions to the beach and to go to Oia. Great breakfast with many choices, and is delivered to your door at the requested time. Loved the robes and slippers and was happy to have new towels and made up beds every morning. They provide beach/pool towels. The jacuzzi is on the top floor for use only for this apartment and has a great view, but we did not use it nor the pool in front of the apartment, since there was too much to do in Santorini.

Amazing stay from start to finish. We were greeted by a very friendly and lovely receptionist (Julia) who went through everything we needed to know about our stay and the island. Including restaurant recommendations in all the towns around the island, assistance with ATV hire, gave us the bus timetable and lots more. Good breakfast which was brought to our room at our chosen time each morning, including giving us our breakfast the night before our final day as we were leaving prior to the first breakfast time slot. Amazing location with short walk to main street, supermarket and bus station. Jacuzzi was a bonus, up on the roof of the apartment with views of the town.

The place is 5 min walking to Fira main square, the bus station, and the Caldera walking path and is placed in a very quiet and beautiful location. The villas are very big, have anything y need to stay and cook y own meals and are close by to a big supermarket. The staff is super nice and ready to help with any needs. The hotel has a small common swimming pool but the must is the private jacuzzi that every villa has. Watching the sunrise in the jacuzzi had no pair! I strongly recommend staying here

It's only a very minor issue, but the television had only Netflix as the satellite DTV channels didn't work. I understand that very few people watch the television in Santorini, but there was the European Cup....

Our Villa was clean and very comfortable in a n ideal location close to the caldera walks in Fira. Julia and the Palmariva Villas team were very friendly and helped us plan outings and reserve restaurants with amazing food and sunset views of the caldera. Daily breakfast delivered to our room was fantastic. Julia also arranged our car services which were excellent and timely. Palmariva Villas is a great value inn Santorini.

Would have liked Hotter hot tubs

Excellent service, great location close to the buses and the city, but still peaceful. The pool was perfect for us (with a 9yo child). The villa was great, big enough to stay comfortably even for a longer time. The beds were comfortable, and the villa was nice and clean. We stayed in Antigoni. I can't emphasize enough the great service, though! Cleaning was done well every day, breakfast was great, and the recommendations from the reception were excellent 👌

Everything was great! Just a small minus for a fridge that made a lot of noise during the night and other guests who didn't respect the quiet time 2:30-5pm, as we lived as locals and actually took naps that time 😉

The reception staff Julia and Apostolos were amazing, they helped us from when our ferry was cancelled through to where to eat, what to do and very lovely people that you could tell loved what they did. We ended up arriving at 7am after an overnight trip and they had the room cleaned very quickly after the prior guests left so we could grab some sleep before going out. Room was cleaned beautifully daily and had everything from air con, tv including Netflix and a lovely welcome drink. Breakfast was great, they delivered it to your room (you picked what you wanted from a sheet). highly recommend
