My partner and I had an amazing time staying here. Visiting during the winter meant there were no crowds, allowing us to take all the unobstructed photos we wanted—truly a highlight of our trip. The view from our room was breathtaking, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony while overlooking the caldera was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Fei was exceptionally attentive; when my partner injured his hand on a broken wine bottle, she rushed from her home—20 minutes away—with a first aid kit. Not only did she assist with first aid, but she also cleaned the room in the late evening, which we deeply appreciated. Roberto was equally outstanding, always ensuring our breakfast was served promptly. At checkout, he went the extra mile by carrying our large luggage from the room all the way to the main street, a significant walk that we truly admired. Overall, this was a delightful and memorable trip, and we cannot recommend this place enough.

Bathroom light was a little dim for our liking, we were not used to showering in the dark.

Breakfast was incredible, plentiful, consistent, fresh and prompt, delivered with a smile. Hot tub was a delightful amenity, even with the cold weather. Eva was efficient, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and tips about getting around the island in our rental car. She is certainly an asset to your organization.

Hot tub was cold when we arrived, but was quickly remedied to our satisfaction. Linen delivery was inconsistent sometimes. On occasion, we would have larger towels for the hot tub, but not routinely. Washcloths were not routinely left for us. Slippers provided were removed, but not replaced. Shower configuration made it impossible to keep water off the floor, requiring that we mop up the water with towels.

I landed at the airport at 6am and the hotel was just 15mins away by car, which means I needed a very early check-in or had to stay outside for so long in the early morning. The hotel allowed me for the very early check-in right upon my arrival at 6:15am, letting me have a great start of the trip. The ocean view and the facility were as amazing as advertised. Staff were also very friendly throughout my stay. Its location was around the very center of the town.

It’s not their fault, but you need a high level of caution for the wet slippery floor when getting in/out the jacuzzi.

Very cosy and well situated in the town of Fira. The facilities are very good in the room. The manager was very helpful to our needs as senior citizens all things considered.

The property is located five levels down to the ground level involving climbing down & up about 80 steps! It is very difficult for guests who are senior citizens. We were not aware of the kind of facility is this when we booked. It is our first visit to the island. The operator should inform the prospective guests about this. With no elevator facilities, it will be very difficult to go out and come to the facilities. The thought of non availability of emergency help at night time did concern us too.

Cafe is just next to La Luna, and see eye to eye with the customers there in the end of the balcony. Something like white movable partition for privacy would have made the stay perfect of perfect. But, tiny minor thing in consideration of other magnificent elements.

Absolutely stunning views from the room we booked! Jacuzzi was prepared with the perfect temperature and the room is as advertised in the photos provided. Spacious and has everything needed for a couple nights stay. The property manager and his partner were very helpful and easily contactable via WhatsApp. They helped prepare our transport to and from the airport/port, booked our ATV and also recommended tours and places to eat. The location is perfect as it’s close to all the restaurants and shops in Fira and the town centre. Breakfast was amazing and had a variety of choices, with the views you can’t ask for more! Would very much recommend this place and would like to visit again in the future!

Location. Views. Hot water pressure in the bathroom!!! Air conditioning was excellent! Smart tvs for Netflix etc work wonders on a hot afternoon. Breakfast was very good.

It needs a bit of sprucing up as it is a bit run down. The towels I received had cigarette smell, which I dislike. Maybe they should have a common area for breakfast. The staff running up and down with breakfast trays seems torture to me. It’s a tough job and lots of guests are sometimes thankless about this.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional, starting with the uniquely designed caved room. It was well-maintained and the hot tub on the balcony provided ultimate relaxation. The highlight was the balcony view, offering unforgettable sunset scenes, which made the breakfast served there even more special. The staff was professional and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel’s location was conveniently accessible. Highly recommended for its unique charm and memorable views.

Next door is a busy bar, so light sleepers might need earplugs due to the chatter at night.

The location is fantastic! Right in the heart of Fira, with fantastic views of the Caldera. You don't need to go anywhere else to immerse yourself in the beautiful sunsets. The room was wayyyyy too big (in a good way), perfectly furnished - with everything that we would need. Having an iron in the room was a great surprise! The hosts are amazing, they catered to all our needs and guided us on all the things to see and do. The breakfast was scrumptious and in great quantity! And they bring it to your room, which is fantastic! Loved everything about this place! Would highly recommend!

There were a lot of stairs to climb, as the room was at least 3-4 floors below the road level. But that's what Santorini is like, so this is not a complaint - just something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was warm enough that I was able to use it even though I travelled end of March and the view is amazing. You can see the sunset from your own room, so there's no need to go to the touristic viewing spots and fight for a space with the crowds. I've stayed in the Phoebe suite, which is on the ground floor, but you also have a terrace on the floor above you, where you can appreciate the sunset better. I also felt safe staying on the ground floor. The staff was great, the receptionists were very nice and always helping me with information and being very accommodate to requests. On my last day, I was going to fly early, so they've prepared a small breakfast box for me. There's also another staff member that helps you carrying your luggage for you.
