My partner and I had an amazing time staying here. Visiting during the winter meant there were no crowds, allowing us to take all the unobstructed photos we wanted—truly a highlight of our trip. The view from our room was breathtaking, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony while overlooking the caldera was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Fei was exceptionally attentive; when my partner injured his hand on a broken wine bottle, she rushed from her home—20 minutes away—with a first aid kit. Not only did she assist with first aid, but she also cleaned the room in the late evening, which we deeply appreciated. Roberto was equally outstanding, always ensuring our breakfast was served promptly. At checkout, he went the extra mile by carrying our large luggage from the room all the way to the main street, a significant walk that we truly admired. Overall, this was a delightful and memorable trip, and we cannot recommend this place enough.

Bathroom light was a little dim for our liking, we were not used to showering in the dark.

The facility is in a prime location, lot of people stopping to take pictures of the caldera before the stairs down to the entrance. We got the la Luna suite which was very spacious and had a great view! George and his staff were the best!!! Always available for any questions or requests we needed. George even helped book us a front row reservation for one of the most unforgettable sunset dinners. Thank you George and astera villas for the hospitality.

The only small complaint I could think of would be the WiFi connection could be a little spotty some times but no big deal at all, just move to another location.

Asteras Villas was our favorite place we stayed on our honeymoon! Everything from the location, the view, our room, the staff (aka George), the breakfast and accommodations were perfect. From the start, George was very responsive and flexible on meeting us to drop off our stuff before our room was ready. He was an amazing host; he offered the best recommendations for things to do (and places to eat) around the island, gave us much-needed directions, and helped us set up an ATV rental for one day. In addition to the friendly staff, the room and the view were absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Astrophelia suite, which was HUGE and pretty quiet despite being in Fira's city center. Being served breakfast on our balcony each morning was another amazing plus. The food was delicious and plentiful, with the most incredible view. The place was located steps away from Fira's city center with plenty of restaurants, bars, and entertainment to choose from. Additionally, the place was close to the bus stop, so it was a pretty simple commute with our luggage. Again, we could not recommend this place enough!! We had an amazing time, and we cannot wait to visit again!

Absolutely amazing location and view. Breakfast is delivered on the terrace with the view. Ideal to visit without car since the bus station is close and one can walk from there to Oia (Ia). The "Venus Suite" is a comfortable little room with a beautiful large terrace.

The advertised surface (34 m² for the "Venus Suite") probably counts at least some of the outdoor space. The manager offers additional services at absurdly high prices (e.g. airport transfer three times higher than what booking.com offers), but it wasn't really difficult to just ignore them.

The location was amazing, with insanely nice views of the caldera and sunsets, while also being a 4 minute walk to the bus and taxi station of Fira. It was great being so centrally located, and in the center of the action with restaurants and night life all around. George, the concierge, was super helpful and always available to answer any questions and help plan our stay to make it the best time possible. Also the morning breakfasts on the balcony were sooo good and an amazing way to start every day.

Everything was great

We loved our night at Asteras Villas. George and Edaurdo were fantastic hosts and looked after us beautifully and went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable, helping us with our luggage and booking a Restaurant at the last minute. A lovely room with the most stunning view and a pool, perfect to hop into after a long hot day. Delicious breakfast served the next morning to enjoy on our balcony with that VIEW !!! Great location, stunning surroundings, only sad we didn't stay longer. Highly recommend.

I landed at the airport at 6am and the hotel was just 15mins away by car, which means I needed a very early check-in or had to stay outside for so long in the early morning. The hotel allowed me for the very early check-in right upon my arrival at 6:15am, letting me have a great start of the trip. The ocean view and the facility were as amazing as advertised. Staff were also very friendly throughout my stay. Its location was around the very center of the town.

It’s not their fault, but you need a high level of caution for the wet slippery floor when getting in/out the jacuzzi.

The view is unbelievable and photo does not do its justice! The manager, George is so helpful gave us information on all the good local foodies and places to visit. He even arranged on our behalf a private island tour for us. Also, Eddy, Jack of all trades, brought us breakfast every morning, clean our room and carried our luggages up and down the stairs to our room. Thank you George and Eddy, we had a wonderful time and we greatly appreciate you being there for us.

Breakfast was incredible, plentiful, consistent, fresh and prompt, delivered with a smile. Hot tub was a delightful amenity, even with the cold weather. Eva was efficient, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and tips about getting around the island in our rental car. She is certainly an asset to your organization.

Hot tub was cold when we arrived, but was quickly remedied to our satisfaction. Linen delivery was inconsistent sometimes. On occasion, we would have larger towels for the hot tub, but not routinely. Washcloths were not routinely left for us. Slippers provided were removed, but not replaced. Shower configuration made it impossible to keep water off the floor, requiring that we mop up the water with towels.

Excellent hotel. I loved everything. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The entire setting is perfect; you can easily spend the whole day relaxing in the tub and enjoying the view. Breakfast on the balcony is a lovely way to start the day. Sunset views are amazing. The location is very central, 5 min from the bus station, very easy to reach. George is a phenomenal host: very friendly and knowledgeable. I would love to come back to this wonderful place.
