Centralize located on the cliffs above with panoramic view of an underwater caldera (crater). During my four nights stay, I have sunset view every night of the sun touching the sea horizon with no clouds obstruction. Also, the sun was setting between two islands which provided a contract for an excellent picture. The hotel was a 7 minutes walk to Fira bus station. The hotel is located near many restaurants, stores, and a mini-market.

Just a cautionary note for the elderly folks. There are several rooms that require climbing a few level of stairs to reach the lobby from the room below.

Our room was on the pool level with unobstructed view of the caldera and volcano. The bar/restaurant was on this level too. Watched the sunset from there, the passing ships, the cable cars, etc and it was just divine! We were just happy to stay there all day. Magnificent view. Loved it. The staff were fabulous, very willing to assist and you can see from their faces that they are very happy to be of service.

Nothing that will stop me from recommending this property! Just for information of other guests, as we were down the pool level, there was a total of 61 steps going down to our room - but they had hotel staff carry our luggage up and down so it wasn't a problem at all. And I think this might be one of the reasons we had exclusive use of the pool (but then, we also had EXCLUSIVE sunset viewings, with restaurant service!!)

We had the most perfect stay at Panorama Suites. The view was spectacular. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The suite was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool area was a great place to relax. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful if we needed transport, restaurant recommendations or anything else. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Fantastic location, beautiful room, stunning views and the porters were great. Wow, how they carried our cases up and down the steps was incredible. We would definitely stay here again. The negatives I mention would not deter us.

We had to choose our breakfast the day before from a tick list to be served by the pool at a certain time. We don't always know what we want until the day so it made it hard. When we did go down to breakfast there were only a handful of tables and people were turned away so choosing a time was pointless anyway. The pool only had sunloungers for 4 couples so again people had to sit on the floor after a swim as they were always taken. Reception cover staff out if hours had no or little knowledge on anything including how to sort issues. Ground on floor tiles was disgusting. Aside from that room was clean.

From being met at the taxi stand with our luggage, as its a no car area, he carryed both suitcases all the way to Panorama Suites then to our room, there are quite a few stairs 🤪. The view from our balcony was amazing, the breakfast at the Pool bar was so good complete with excellent staff. On leaving at 4am, same thing they took our luggage to the taxi, this made it just so easy for us, oh yes they even had sandwiches ready for us to take for breakfast as we left so early. Loved our stay at Panorama Suites 😁😁

Location was exceptional, perfect views across the caldera, very comfortable accomodation - we were in the Panorama Suites section in the Villa (3 bedrooms). The swimming pool was also exceptional again with perfect views. Breakfast had great choices with a great open deck. Have to call out the staff - reception staff, porters, breakfast staff and pool staff - all exceptional service and nothing was a problem! Panorama is well located, right in the centre of Fira - so very close to the main shopping, restaurants and transport hubs.

The only thing to say here, related particularly to the Villa we stayed in. The main bedroom with the bathroom is upstairs and is at the level of the street, so all the windows were on the street level so privacy was limited if you didn't have the window shutters closed, and there was no shutter of the window into the bathroom - we fixed this by having a towel covering the window. I would recommend to Panorama to either use frosted glass on these windows or put a little shutter on the bathroom window. That's it - otherwise all excellent.

An amazing experience. Suites are built into the side of the cliff face with outstanding views. All staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The perfect stay - excellent location. (Photos show view from the balcony - super sunsets!)

We had the most amazing experience at Panorma Suites!! Everything was perfection. Great staff, stunning views, beautiful spacious room. The breakfast was delicious, there was a wide selection of what to choose from. 10/10 would recommend and hope to visit again.

Only callout is the stairs, you must be fully able bodied. The pool (and breakfast) are a good 6 flights down from the lobby level. Wasn’t an issue for us, but worth mentioning.
