The property was amazing and the majority of staff who made breakfast each day were lovely! The location was perfect, it was so clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend for our wedding.

We are really concerned about one particular staff member at the property who checked us in. He knocked on our friends door on our last evening at 10:30pm, asking if she was single and why wasn’t she married. She felt extremely unsafe as she had just gotten out of the shower and was on her own and he wouldn’t leave. He also messaged myself at 10pm asking to see us before we left Santorini. We didn’t know who he was and was advised by other people that he had been banned from local restaurants. My friend had to sleep in our room that evening due to safety concerns. We would like an outcome regarding this issue.

It was the most beautiful setting. By far one of the best looking places in the city.

Great location and really helpful staff. The man that worked there showed us round the area upon arrival and came up to find us when we arrived and he offered to wash my partners shirt that had a stain on it for a wedding we had, he washed and dried the shirt and got the stains out in time for the wedding (life saver) The views are stunning as you walk out to the main town, some lovely photo spots

The hot tub in the room was a little cold and with the air con being on it made it feel even colder. There are a lot of stairs to walk up and down going to and from the property.

We loved that it was right on the cliff side of the main city/caldera. The views were amazing and we had front row seats to the sunset every night from our balcony or hot tub. It was great having breakfast included and having it brought right to our balcony. It was great having so much surrounding Aperto we didn’t have to walk far to get to the shops or good food! The staff went and got our bags for us when the airline delivered them after leaving them in Athens! Thank you!

We pretty much loved it all. The stairs can be a lot after several climbs up and down but that’s how the whole island is and you get used to it after a little.

This hotel in Fira was great. We stayed in A6 (executive suite), which stunning views of the caldera and sunset. It was well located steps down from the main street and staircase where everyone takes pics of the sunset/view. Quite a few stairs. About five minute walk to the bus stop. Our private hot tub was right outside our cave room (looked like one has the hot tub on top of the room, one at street level, a couple has indoor hot tubs and a shared balcony, and one with a limited view of the sunset). The hot tub could have been warmer but still good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and served on private balcony at chosen time. Cave room was clean and shower was good. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Hot tub could have been warmer/hotter

Great location, very close to main square in Fira and bus station. Room was very clean, and bathroom was spotless, shower was nice and powerful. Bed extremely comfortable and plenty of sockets in the room. wifi was excellent, and breakfast was delivered to our terrace every morning at a time of our choice, great way to start the day. The best thing about the apartment was our balcony, complete with sun beds, table and chairs and a private hot tub, which was an amazing way to wind down after a day of sightseeing, and the views of the caldera were phenomenal. Staff went above and beyond for us, including delivering our cases to the bus station ahead of our flight back at an agreed time. Very competitive price also given the quality of the facilities and the great location and amenities. Highly recommended

Location very central. Rooms are comfortable with the most breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset. Breakfast is great and is made to order. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Thank you to Adi who was an amazing host, recommended places for us to go and carried our luggage up and down the steps for us. Nothing was too much and there was a friendly feel. The indoor hot tub room was lovely but there were no windows apart from a small window in the hot tub area and a shutter that opened on the front door, however we couldn’t open it to let in fresh air and it did not give privacy when opened. Other than that, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay.

Cute little cave room with in room spa. Central location, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, arranged transfers, car rental and the porter carries your luggage down all the steps. We had a shared balcony for 2 rooms (depends on the room booked) where we enjoyed daily breakfast and a beautiful sunset with wine away from the crowds. We had it to ourselves each time. The room is quite well set up and felt luxurious.

Room 1 is accessed at the doorway to a storage area, and light shines in at night. The bed can be hard to get out of as one side is against the wall. But these are minor issues. Though I would suggest an eye mask.

The suite that we stayed well situated closed to all amenities in Fira, the bus stop is also 5 min away walking. Very comfortable room, all toiletries provided breakfast served at the balcony at the exact time you request it. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and are willing to help with everything.

Not really much to mention, besides the fact that we had to walk up a small flight of stairs to access our balcony and jaccuzi which can be bothersome if you need to grab something quickly or end up disturbings other guests relaxing time by going up and down from our suite.

The cave looks like an actually cave with very stylish interior and sleek decor. While the room itself doesn’t have any view, there is an adjacent balcony with a fantastic panorama. Very comfortable mattress. Very nice staff. Great value for money.

The WiFi isn’t very reliable, I didn’t particularly like the breakfast, but those are minor things I would overlook for the fabulous views and beautiful design.
