Excellent location, beautiful sunset from the top of the property, also nice view over volcano and Fira. It looked like a courtyard with many families, quite nice. No parking places due to location, however there are two free public parking places nearby ( max 5 min walk). If you have big luggages try to reach by car hotel Atlantis nearby to unload them first and then go to the parking. It was our fourth night on the island and we wanted to be close to the airport due to an early flight next day and also to feel more the city vibe during the evening. So it was a good choice in view of the above. Staff has a can do attitude, we had a misunderstanding upon arrival with the check in time but in the end all was ok. Due to early flight they accommodated us an early breakfast which was appreciated. Room was the cave type, with high ceiling, all needed amenities and nice welcome pack: wine, water and fruits. Our room had natural light only through the door, but was more than enough for our short stay, we basically used it just to sleep and have a shower. Bad very comfortable. This location is very nice also for larger groups due to the inner courtyard type organization, which allows socialisation between guests. There are also apartments that offer more intimacy.

There was a little miscommunication between staff members related to an early check in request but in the end all went fine. :) For us all was good, if someone wants to stay longer maybe a window to allow more fresh air without opening the door would be a plus. Again, not an issue in our case. We would come back here.

The perfect place to stay in Fira or all Santorini Island, it's located perfectly in the entrance of Fira but far from the noisy places. The room is so clean and comfortable, you have everything you need and more, all with good quality amenities. The welcoming from the manager was professional with clear instructions. We felt so good. And of course, this view specifically from the rooftop is just incredible, you can see all the Island, Fira, Oia, Akrotiri..it's just a dream and by night with a bottle of wine... For this price, don't spend more looking for views and luxury, in this place you'll be in love with this special Island.

Love love love Pantelia suites , we have stayed 3 times now and it’s always perfect. George is wonderful and always makes our stay amazing. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Europe, such a large variety of home cooked foods delivered to your own personal table, which George and his staff will set up for you in the perfect roof location for the best view each morning. The view from the hotel is the most incredible every morning to wake up to this view is an absolute memory you’ll have forever. The rooms are lovely and decorated in beautiful Greek furnishings, the bed comfortable, large bathroom with bath and our own outdoor table. The pool is wonderful and the sun beds just right for the incredible view. Pantelia Suites has very few steps which is an added bonus and hard to find in Santorini, a great restaurant next door with plate smashing and delicious Greek food and an easy flat walk to all the shopping of Santorini.

We love staying at Pantelia Suites, this is our second time and it’s 10/10 every time. All the staff are amazing and truly make your stay perfect.The breakfast is outstanding Thank you Vitalia your cooking is delicious, George the manager is so helpful even walking us to a shop to purchase some jewellery and introducing us to the store , Stalios was so lovely and kind and so helpful we loved chatting with him while he was setting up and serving our breakfast and Thank you George for carrying our luggage and Thank you to Naylee for keeping our room so lovely everyday. We will definitely be back again on our next trip to Santorini.

My sister & I stayed 4 nights at Pantelia Suites in April. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff who were so friendly and accomodating throughout our stay. The hotel is in the perfect location for staying in Fira. Close to the restaurants and bars and also to the bus station. Our room was lovely and spacious with a seating area outside overlooking the Caldera. Beautiful views especially at sunset. The room was cleaned everyday and toiletries replaced. The breakfast was amazing and we had it outside on our terrace every morning. The pool is the perfect size with loungers and beautiful views too. Cannot fault anything about our stay and we will be recommending it to others. Thank you!

The view of the Caldera was amazing! George was so thoughtful when I checked in and planned out my one night stay. He arranged shuttle to airport next morning for early flight out. Arranged our bags carried from room to shuttle which is so appreciated with all those stairs in Santorini. Even provided breakfast sandwiches to go since breakfast was not open when we left at 4:30am. Gave us great recommendations on places to see and not to waste time on. Rooms were like a really nice apartment with 2 full bathrooms and accommodated my family of 5 perfectly. Had great terraces to lounge and relax outside room. However, best parts were the non obstructive views of the Caldera especially sunsets! Can’t say enough about this amazing resort.

The walking uphill to get to resort, but that is common with almost all hotels in Santorini with a view. So can’t knock them on this.

Exceptional! The suites were clean, comfortable, and the location was fantastic! Amazing views, lovely patios with rooms with incredible views. The staff were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location is close to the public bus, restaurants, shops, and a nice grocery store. The breakfast was included and it was quite delicious! You can order what you want and they will deliver it. You can have have it in your room, on your patio, or on the top patio. The views from all the patios are spectacular! I can’t say anything negative about my experience. When I come back to Santorini, I plan to stay here again and I will definitely recommend it to my friends who are planning a visit to Santorini! You will not be disappointed. I give it a 10 and 2 thumbs ups. Great value for the price given the location, customer service, amenities, and spectacular views!

The hotel entrance is conveniently located at street level to the left of the square, making it much more accessible compared to other hotels that require navigating narrow paths and steps. Additionally, being situated to the left of the square means there’s no street noise, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel, along with the rooms and jacuzzi/hot tubs, was impeccably clean. George, the hotel manager, was exceptional—he was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived by taxi until our departure. I have no complaints about him or the hotel itself; it boasts a fantastic location with rooms overlooking the caldera. The breakfast was also quite good. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Nothing to report, everything was perfect.

Direct views of the caldera, stunningly beautiful, will never forget the amazing location. Beautiful traditional architecture. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good with plenty of variety, and you get to eat it with a beautiful view. The hotel is very centrally located within waking distance to all shops, but far enough that it's quiet and peaceful.

As with most other hotels built on the caldera slopes, you have to take steps up and down to get to and from the room to the street. People with limited mobility will find this challenging.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything and anything we asked for - the location was perfect, the view amazing and the morning breakfast set out on the terrace seemed like something from the “ Bachelor “ - so beautiful and lovely- we had an awesome stay!!
