the room was very spacious.. it had a shared pool with 1 other villa … George was our host and was extremely quick in answering to the queries.. very helpful and very patient.. I did ask him alot of questions but he was happy answering them.. the cleaning lady was extremely good.. we got complimentary champagne and alot of chocolates.. Cleaning lady made sure that room was all cozy when we entered the room again at night… Location is very good.. everything is nearby.. I recommend to go to PK bar and Lithos cafe which is very close by.. Overall my experience was amazing.. I really recommend it to everyone

Fantastic location ! You cannot get a better view of Fira from here. We had missed the sunset in oia the previous day , but we saw this sunset right from our jacuzzis and balconies from Trieris. The place was super clean. The terrace was fantastic to have a view in the night and have some drinks and dinner!! George who interacted with me the whole time via WhatsApp was super friendly and extremely accommodative. He made sure our transfers were also smooth to the hotel from our previous hotel. The place is very close to restaurants and bars and stores nearby and it’s perfect to stay in Fira. We will definitely opt for this again!

While transporting the Luggage from the church to the villa, the help guys broke our suitcase wheel. They did not pay any heed to transporting them with care and simply dragged the suitcases on cobbled stone roads. When the jacuzzi is being used, the water pours out on the stairs. Two of our people fell on the stairs. I suppose they need to have better drainage options at the jacuzzis instead of letting them down the stairs. One of the rooms had a rounded bed which was not suitable for tall people.

This villa was STUNNING. The sunset view is literally the best in the city. Better than any restaurant. We would go to eat and rush back for sunset on the rooftop balcony. There was a small pool on the first floor and a hot on the rooftop for evening. Rooms were all gorgeous and comfortable - 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect. Quality products provided. Cleaning service daily. You really don’t want to leave much. George was fantastic and helpful to set up anything you need and is extremely prompt at replying!

Price was quite high, but it was high season.

The room facilities are magnificient, never been in a so diferent villa in all my travels. Reality is even better than the pictures. Also, the feeling of being so well taken care of in such a busy place like Santorini. Impecable service. Trasport to Oia, beaches, manegement of private cataraman retal (this is a must) with George, the hotel manager. Everything perfect and with swiss punctuality. If you are looking for the perfect cave villa with the best sunset view on the Caldera, this is place. It was a gift to my family, and they have been enchanted.

I loved everything about this unique property - it was WOW. Firstly it was immaculate and clean, it was wonderful for our family of 4 - we each had our own space and bathroom, I love that it had a little well stocked kitchen, we loved the 2 hot tubs with the wonderful views and sunsets - as we were there at the start of winter, within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bus station and a short drive to the airport , breakfast was delivered each morning , a lovely lady came each day and bought fresh towels and kept the house in order. George was very helpful with organising anything for us from restaurant recommendations to tours and was always available. It was also such a nice touch that the house had some Xmas decorations, Xmas sweets, and some other complimentary items - sparkling wine and chocolate and lovely toiletries, robes and even blankets to use outside of it was cold. A very memorable stay . Thank-you.

We liked everything .

I cannot stress enough how fabulous this property is! It exceeded my expectations in every way. George met us to take our luggage since we arrived earlier than check-in. Later in the day, he walked us down to our villa where our luggage, a bottle of sparkling wine, and bottles of water were waiting for us. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the master on the first floor being quite large. There are two hot tubs, one on the main level and one on the upper terrace. Our choice of breakfast was delivered to our kitchen (separate entrance) each morning and was delicious. The rooms were spotless and were cleaned each day. George also arranged our transportation to and from the airport and gave us recommendations for places to eat. We went late November and there were no crowds. Many restaurants and shops on the island were closed for the season, but, in Fira, there were plenty of options to choose from. I don't think I would want to be there during the peak tourist season, but this was the perfect time to go! And the VIEWS! AMAZING!! Just a perfect vacation!

Nothing - everything was wonderful

Great location in heart of Fira. Space was huge with two rooms downstairs and one room upstairs. Three bathrooms. Villa is built into the hillside and has very unique room features. Two outdoor pools/ tubs with upstairs one on roof warmer than one on main level. Both were nice and used at different times. Excellent view of caldera. Breakfast was delivered daily to our kitchen and was really good. We used the outdoor seating area to eat many meals. Really nice.

Not as private as you would hope with upstairs outdoor pool area. Two villa’s were about a half level below ours with one with an outdoor hot tub. They could see us and we could see them. When we took pictures of sunset we had to arrange photos so they were out of the picture.

This accommodation is surreal. Common area cave pool and terrace hot tub with incredible views plus another indoor cave hot tub in one apartment. Cave living with modern amenities and plenty of space. Bathroom and shower areas are huge. We were lucky to be the last guests for season so had the communal pool and spa areas to ourselves. Host George is fantastic. Gave advice on local areas, arranged various transport and tour services (we paid drivers) and also met us at drop off location on arrival and departure with porter to carry bags.

We absolutely loved our honeymoon stay here! George was so wonderful and helpful. We had an amazing view, great breakfast, such wonderful housekeeping and a beautiful property. Would stay here again anytime we visit Santorini.
