When we arrived to the hotel, was a sign that send us to Deluxe hotel, from there the reception guy send us to suites blue hotel the reception guy told me that we are going to be there only one night and next day we're moving back to stay at Lignos. But when I was asking why the reason for the change he was very rude also he asked me if you want to stay here you will need to pay extra money because this hotel is 4 stars. Because We're tired of the journey I don't wanted to start an argument with him. The next day we missed half day because he came to pick up 11am. To go to Lignos hotel. Again my wife was very upset because we had plans early morning but with his attitude we dicided to leave it.

Location is not far from the bus station as well many restaurants (vegan 3min walk), covid test in pharmacy is 3 min by walk, everything reachable by walk. Room not bad, swimming pool outside. Bed was ok.

I booked at Lignos hotel, but the place I stayed was Deluxe Rest Boutique, thought it is only for check in, but it was due no many guests in the hotel, they closed Lignos. I thought to expand my stay but no response to messages from staff as well message for earlier check in, it was possible..."why didn't you come earlier?" I got question then I came to hotel.

Very central location less than five minutes walk from the main square and bus stop, which made everything convenient. It was basic but has everything you need.

Check-in requires calling or Whatsapping someone to take you, which can be difficult if you don't have service or didn't pre arrange

The location is very good, 3 minutes walk until city center & bus station. There were clean towels and room cleaning every day; the cleaning lady (a Romanian!) was very nice, she asked us each day if we needed something, she even asked us if we needed a cab to go to the airport.

The room and the bathroom were very small, but overall was excellent value for money.

Location for Fira town, caldera and bus station was excellent. Cool courtyard to share with others. Good hot showers Pool was lovely and very clean and only 10mins walk away. Perfect after a hot days walking to Oia. We were able to leave luggage on the day if departure.

The room didn't have any windows and smelt a bit damp on arrival. The room is bit tired looking but we weren't in the room much and, for the price, was good for us.

Its a really interesting story with this hotel. I can confirm previous reviews, that they not putting you in Lignos, but the hotel down the street - Deluxe Boutique. And I have to say Deluxe hotel is much better than Lignos (from photos). Deluxe is newly renovated place, spotless rooms, new beds, new bathrooms, tv with lots of channels, fridge, towels changing everyday, pool, everything is working and functioning. They offering a private transfer from airport for 25 eur which was very handy (plane landed really late). Staff members are polite and helpful (haven't interacted much tbh) Just be prepared to get not the hotel you booked and you will be fine. Delux hotel is about 100m down the hill from Lignos. In the evening its easy to go down to it, but in the morning you need to climb the hill. Fira is not flat town, so be prepared to go up and down constantly. Would stay again.

It was a large, great quality room with a good warm shower and air conditioner. The staff were helpful in communicating. The location was very convenient to the bus stop in Fira and was easy walking distance to most of its major sites.

Lignos is a set of rooms and outdoor seating area that is part of the Blue Suites hotel that's a 7 minutes' walk down the road. Since it did not have a reception on site, I was a little confused but was able to get my key and drop off my bag when I arrived in the morning.

I was delayed due to high winds, so I arrived two days late, i am not sure if because of this, but I was upgraded to the deluxe hotel, the staff were very kind and friendly. the pool are was nice, and it was a good location at a good price.

I was on a budget, so I would have liked a few self catering facilities, like kettle, plate, spoon, ect, however, it was/is a hotel, so the facilities were completely in line with what you/I would expect from a hotel so I did not expect catering facilities!

The location was amazing! 30 second walk to all the bars and restaurants. The hotel is old inside, but you’re paying for the location more than the facilities. The pool at the sister hotel was amazing, we spent most of our time there. The staff also helped us order food to the hotel.

To check in you have to go to the sister hotel which is a 7 minute walk away. There were no staff on site other than the cleaner.
