Friendly staff, excellent location, very clean, comfortable and chilled pool area

Breakfast could be better - either continental or order off a menu and food gets put out for too long and becomes cold or soggy. Coffee could be from the nespresso machine and some chopped fruit would be nice with more selection of pastries. More choice of pool drinks.

This hotel was in a great location, peaceful and very modern. It has a lovely pool area and the rooms are excellent. We had a pool room view. The hotel owners are really nice and made our stay really relaxed. I was so happy we booked this hotel as it suited all our needs and was in easy walking distance of the town and caldera view points. My best wishes to the owners I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The room came with a coffee maker. We requested a kettle and some cups and they were provided immediately.

There are no negatives. The hotel does not provide breakfast any more but there are so many places nearby and we do brunch more than breakfast. I can't think of anything not to like with this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and the room had pool access, everything was clean and well taken care of, Fira's center is just around the corner and so are a big supermarket and the central bus station

Everything! The Uma Ray Suites is perfect for a solo traveler or couples. The staff is amazing! They were available any time I needed them. They helped me plan tours, order in food, and made sure I had everything I needed. The grounds were emaculate! Two pools, plenty of space for relaxing or hanging out. The room was beyond spacious with a very comfortable bed and great balcony. The location is near a supermarket, a 3 min walk from the city center, and a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous sunst over looking the sea. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for anyone going on holiday.

We had the loveliest stay at Uma Ray suites. We had the pool view room which had its own private double sun lounger which was really special. We could access the pool from the room as well which was nice! The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. We were given pool towels, and there were robes and slippers too. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked very clean and was heated. The outside pool was also very clean and nice and refreshing! The location was great , only 5 mins from the bus station and 2 mins from lovely restaurants with unreal views. We would love to come back & stay here again, and would definitely recommend!

The property is immaculate with all amenities in a very good location 2 mins walk to the Caldera. The property owner and his staff are very helpful and go out of their way to give you recommendations regarding restaurants and excursions. The young lady in reception was especially very good and always went out of her way to say hello to us and offer any advice.

That the air conditioning was not turned on our 1st night and it was very hot in our room . As it was the start of the season it was still on heat settings. The reception staff sorted this out the next day and it was switched back to cold which was very good. The breakfast items could be more choice especially the beans were a cold option instead of being hot to eat with hot breakfast items. There was no English breakfast tea available etc just flavoured teas like Earl Grey so any English travellers who choose to stay here bring your own tea bags. The lady in the breakfast room was always very helpful every morning bringing us condiments.

The staff here were very helpful, kind and friendly and made the entire stay very welcoming. The pool area was great, as there are only a few rooms, it's generally quite quiet even if it's fully booked. The breakfast was nice and fresh everyday. Our room was just the right size for two people, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to a supermarket and pharmacy, just around the corner you hit downtown Fira which is full of restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries, and a two minute walk to the Fira bus station which is very convenient when travelling to other areas.

The hotel's location is great - right next to the center of Fira and only a few minutes walk from the Fira shuttle station, so it was pretty convenient to tour around the island. The staff were friendly. I arrived pretty late due to a flight change, but I had no problem checking in. The room is clean, quiet and spacious. There is one outdoor pool and one indoor pool that is nice and warm. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to other travellers. Just a note that this place doesn't face the sea directly.

Front office staff all shifts, owner and handyman staff very helpful and friendly and service with a smile. Housekeeping very good. So too breakfast lady. Superb location in Fira, Santorini. A few minutes walk from the Market Square and a few minutes from superb views of the water from the Caldera and cable car. Restaurants on the Caldera with stunning views of the water, ships , islands and sail boats and catamarans. Food in those restaurants are very good. Will recommend to others and stay again. Airport about 20 minutes from Uma Ray Suites by car.

Pool area was brilliant and never busy, really nice facilities. Location was great for town. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We did the recommend catamaran trip and it was exceptional. The room was nice and really enjoyed the quiet balcony. Breakfast was nice too. Handy to have hotel towels for pool use - thanks.

The music by the pool wasn’t great - kept replaying the same songs! Would be really good to have decaf coffee pods in rooms too. A kettle in the rooms would be handy to make tea with.
