Perfect Location, at the southern edge of the Fira Caldera Hotels. No hotels above or below you, therefore more private and quiet, yet just minutes easy walk to the wide walkway viewpoint of the caldera, but not necessary as you can view the sunset right from your own balcony, patio or pool deck areas. 10 minute walk to the bus station. A mild short+ incline from the main street to the freestanding hotel, so no maze, nor stairs up or down to get to your hotel, and no zigzagging up/down stairs to get to your room or the pool, unless you get a room on the 2nd or 3rd story, but would be more like typical stairs for a townhome and not like many of the caldera hotels set into the side of the cliffs. This hotel has the most fabulous views of the Caldera and volcanic islands. Pool with sun beds right outside our room, our terrace had table and chairs. Our choice of breakfast was delivered to our room at the selected time. Although it has cliffside views, the hotel is located just on the edge of town so a taxi can deliver you to the door.

A perfect location to explore Fira. The view was amazing from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in our room. Delicious!

The view from our room was incredible. Eneida was very friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation for us from the port when we arrived and to the airport when we left. We were able to text her if we needed anything. The rooms are simple and comfortable with that incredible view I mentioned (see photo). There were lounge chairs and a pool right near our room facing the view. You can also pin your swimsuits to hang and dry outside your room and they bring breakfast up to you every morning. The location was excellent. It was close to shops, food, and the main bus terminal so you can easily get to Oia for the sunset there. My adult daughters and I were very happy we chose The Last Sunbeam for our stay in beautiful Santorini.

Only stayed one night but would have been more than happy to stay longer. Room was a great size, everything was clean, beautiful view from the balcony, nice quiet area. Fridge and freezer provided, was only a couple of minutes walk to a local supermarket and lots of tavernas. Didn't use the communal pool but it looked great. Good choice for breakfast and everything I had was delicious. The taxi I had booked for the next morning cancelled on me and reception were so helpful in arranging another one. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect!

Excellent location, looking right over the Caldera. Virtually no steep steps to climb unlike other hotels in Santorini! Short walk to several restaurants and the supermarket. Comfortable beds and a lovely little balcony to take in the fantastic views.

The owners and staff were seldom on site, so it was a bit difficult to arrange for some coffee or cups. But things got sorted with some WhatsApp messages. Also wish the breakfast could be varied a bit although it was substantial.

Everything was great! But the best thing about these apartments is the staff! In previous reviews, others have already written about Eneida, in fact, her responsiveness and help exceeded our expectations. She was helpful in all matters. Special thanks for the congratulations and surprise for my sister, who had a birthday! We really liked the apartments, the view from the window and terrace is truly amazing. Very quiet. The location is really great! Nearby there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and most importantly - a bus station. It is very convenient to travel around the island. Comfortable sunbeds by the pool. There are towels for the pool. The pool changes colors beautifully in the evening, which allows you to take wonderful photos with a view of the caldera and Thira. Breakfast has also already been written about in reviews: a lot of delicious and fresh food, much more than in other apartments. Special thanks for the fruit plates! Please note that there is a kettle in the apartment, although this was not indicated in the description. It was a pleasure for us. Cleaning is excellent! Thank you for everything!

It's not that important, but the refrigerator is quite noisy, so sleeping on a single bed is not so comfortable.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Helped us find our way to the hotel, we were also allowed an early check in and we were very priveleged to receive an upgrade to our suite. It was immaculate. Breakfast was fabulous and brought to our suite. The views from 1 of our balconies of the caldera were breathtaking the other balcony caught the early morning sunshine which was perfect for breakfast. A real hidden gem. We loved our stay thankyou so much to all the staff ❤️

The pool was too cold to enjoy this time of year late March early April.

Absolutely beautiful. Me and my husband came here for my birthday and what can I say. We have left leaving with the thought if we ever booked again we will not book any other hotel but this. The views are stunning. Peaceful and calm. Watching the caldera view and sunset! The staff is excellent. The pool.was amazing with that view which is beautiful and exactly like the picture. Breakfast served every day at a time.you want with a delicious menu you can choose from watching the view.over the balcony is something.else. What can I say. Everything was perfect. The bus station is 4mins away as well as supermarkets. Shops. Places to.eat. and also pharmacy. We had a splendid time.and want to thank everyone who made this a wonderful.experience for us. All the staff at last sunbeam and especially Eneida. She was just a lovely.person and a great host. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at The Last Sunbeam. We stayed there 2 nights and I strongly recommend this place. We rented a room which had private balcony and caldera view. Beautiful. The room itself is simple but it’s ok. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the center of Fira and also to the bus station. The hotel has a swimming pool with an amazing view too. The sunset is beautiful from there. The staff was great. Special thanks to Eneida who was really kind and helpful. Last day it was my boyfriends birthday and she managed to buy a cake with candle for breakfast and didn’t want to charge us anything. Thank you! I hope we can come back soon.
