Exceptional room and dining. Facility was super clean. Warm and exceptional staff.

The lady serving food and drinks in the pool area needs a lot of training in dealing with residents. She treated us like we were outsiders and not resident. We have the cabana room which is by the pool and paid a lot for it but she told us we cannot stay in the lounge chairs, only for residents. sSe did DID NOT POLITELY asked us if we were residents. After I told her she backed off. Also very sarcastic when we talk to her. SHE SHOULD NOT WORK IN THIS KIND OF BUSINESS. : (

It is walking distance to everything. It is a nice little hotel. Rooms are good but small. Staff was helpful and service minded. Pool area is fantastic.

The rooms could need hangers- towel hangers in the bathroom and hangers in the closets. It would be nice with a good coffemashine in the room and more chairs on the balcony. The breakfast was very good- almost too many choices. The restaurant could need an upgrade- and tables outside- it is a bit of a cave to sit in. The reception is very nice with cozy furniture, but the lights are very bright and uncozy in the evening- where we arrived.

excellent location - near Fira town but with plenty of private outdoor space lovely pool area and outside bar / restaurant- great staff here. enough space for plenty of Sun loungers. very clean and well looked after

the breakfast area is a bit dated and soulless there are lots of food options but the warm options are more room temperature the room we had had a wet room style shower and the floor gets flooded. sadly the drain doesn’t quite work so something to clear the water other than doing it with your feet would be good. the rooms have next to no shelves for storage.

Great spot to be with kids as the pools are large, so perfect for an afternoon session to wind down after site-seeing before dinner. The hotels on the caldera side simply do not have the same amount of space available, so, as long as you don't need a caldera view, this place is great: bigger common areas, huge pools, etc. Its also across the road from a supermarket, which made a huge difference for us, with kids, to get supplies, make our own lunches, etc. We could then walk across the road to the caldera walk through Fira for the view, site-seeing, lavish dinners with a sunset view, etc...all within a 5 minutes walking radius

Its a shame the pool bar/bar snacks are so expensive. they are the same price as on the caldera side, so there's no incentive to hangout/drink at the pool bar. (Especially as there is a supermarket across the road!) If they made the pool bar more affordable I think more people would stay there and there would be more of a vibe...it was usually empty.

We asked for twin beds but got a queen bed and a single fold out bed.

Great location—just a short walk to the stunning caldera views and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk to the excellent new Archeological Museum. Bus station just around the corner; standard 2 Euro charge to travel anywhere on the island, including to the amazing archeological site of Akratiri. Exceptional service by reception staff who were always keen to provide good advice and give appropriate recommendations. Very wide choice of high quality items for buffet breakfast - slightly different every day and always with attentive service by the waiting staff. Two large pools, plenty of sunbeds and pool bar which is an unusual benefit this close to the town centre.

The shower room is tiny and the shower sprays onto the toilet because there is not enough room for a shower door, although the shower does work adequately. The courtyard design means that rooms in this area can be noisy when other residents are returning to their rooms.

The location was perfect, close to the bus station and the town.

The breakfast was ok but I didn't love the diversity. As constructive feedback: When I was at my table, the manager came over to introduce himself by shaking our hands, gave us his card and started talking to us about recommendations (which I didn't ask about). He was very nice and respectful but, I didn't want to talk to anyone while I was having breakfast. I think the introduction shaking hands was too much for me, I saw him do the same with other tables and honestly, I don't want to touch anyone while I'm eating. We were also interrupted several times by the staff to clear our table (almost five times). They should wait for customers to finish eating and clean up afterwards.

It’s, location, friendliness, and cleanliness plus the rooms were modern with wonderful balcony’s.

There was nothing I didn’t like just a few suggestions. The new pool would benefit from sun beds around it. The double sun beds outside the “honeymoon suites “look a bit tired and could do with a bit of TLC as could the reception area. The dining area for breakfast was clean but a little old fashioned and a few muddles that could do with being out of sight.

We recently stayed at Kalisti Hotel, located right in the center of Fira. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning caldera views and close to everything you need (restaurants, stores, central bus station etc.). The staff truly stand out for their exceptional service. They were consistently proactive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether we had questions about the hotel or needed recommendations for exploring Santorini, they were always eager to help. I would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Santorini.

Hotel is fantastic, beautifully kept, Pool area is amazing and so are the cocktails. Very relaxing atmosphere and the hotel is in a brilliant area, so close to the town with supermarket and chemist opposite the hotel. There was plenty to choose at breakfast time for all , including for our friend who is is dairy intolerant. Staff would obtain anything additional if asked.

We were told off for being noisy. Our room for 3 people was really a two person room (not enough storage and very small for 3 getting ready). Also we were only given 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 2 chairs on the balcony.
