It's difficult to begin explaining what a pleasant stay we had so I'll start with the most impressive, the staff. Lea (I hope I spelt it correctly) was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped arrange a very early checkin after an early flight into santorini, she offered to help book tours, booked an urgent taxi that arrived in 10 minutes. Her colleague even helped book an ATV on the other side of the island when we were staying at a DIFFERENT hotel. Warm staff immediately makes your stay so much more pleasant. Secondly, the room itself. Immediately we noticed how clean the room was. Every surface was spotless. The entire hotel was as clean and not just the room we stayed in. I recognised how much effort goes into cleaning it as I constantly saw cleaning staff doing something. I even saw a lady clean the outside walls of the hotel on a daily basis. You can then extrapolate the effort that goes into the rooms. The room itself was very spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly (not always the case in Greece) and the bed as well as sheets pillows etc was very comfortable and clean. Lastly, the location of the hotel is very convenient, literally a 10 minute walk to the Central of Fira. In the end we wished we stayed longer as we didn't receive the same quality in other parts of santorini let alone the rest of Greece. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to santorini.

Greater variety in breakfast would be appreciated but now I am just nitpicking. Nothing at all else negative to say.

I was welcome by Lia n she handed me key n all the information I needed . Jacob called the driver to pick me up to the airport n sent me off at the door . They are really nice, warm n helpful which made my stay extra special. The location is the best, the balcony of my room is the best looking out the beautiful sun set of Santorini . Highly recommended this unique place to stay in Santorini ♥️

Once you enter the Reception area,you are welcomed with amazing,clean and fragrant space..Jacob is a lovely host with a big warm smile,ready to help..Any queries via WhatsApp is answered super promptly. Excellent location.Very close to Restaurants, Bus station and market square.I shall come back and stay here again. Love it❤️

My first time in Santorini, and it'll definitely not be my last. Lia & Jacob were super friendly. Very informative and was always greeted with a pleasant friendly smile in the morning. The hotel is in a perfect location, 5 minute walk to the bus station, from here I could get to various parts of the island with no problem. The center of Fira again is within easy walking distance. I hired a car and was able to use the free car park next to the hotel. The car park can be very busy in the afternoon and into the evening. The hotel was spotless! The room was amazing, a very comfortable bed and the air conditioning soon cooled the bedroom down pretty quick. Breakfasts are so good, everyday it was something different. I stayed for 7 days then I added another 2 days on to my trip. I'll be booking this hotel again in the not so distant future.

Booked this hotel because of good reviews, good location and good value for the location. In fact it is the jewel of Santorini in so many ways and proved to be totally exceptional. 1. The welcome. All correspondence before arrival was answered instantly and courteously. We were greeted with a lovely refreshing minty cold drink as we arrived. Lia and Jacob, our hosts were helpful, attentive and charming. Their sincere, warm and friendly hospitality skills are a credit to their grandparents who started the hotel and to their island. They were a fount of useful local information for travellers with varied interests, 2. The decoration and fittings were bright, light, modern and very attractive. Fittings were of good quality in both room and public areas and clearly a lot of thought had gone into creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. 3. Cleanliness - well, Hotel Nemesis puts a good hospital to shame - absolutely spotless - with unobtrusive but total attention to good hygiene. 4. Breakfast: was wonderfully flexible, fresh and instant, offering a wide range from cooked; cold; fresh fruits. whole or prepared; breads; cereals; and dried fruits and nuts. All was delicious and with no rush. 5. The Room - Fabulous double aspect east and south, on the first floor with an open aspect and views of the sea on both sides of the island. Supremely comfortable bed, a cosy balcony with awning and excellent bathroom, solid with good design and a large shower with folding rigid door. 6. Location: A gem. Lovely open views. Car parking immediately adjacent. Out of the bustle, yet only a few hundred metres from the main Thira bus station, shops and restaurants. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY - Really made our holiday truly special

Nothing. Really cannot fault this place after 25 years of trips to a dozen or so Greek islands. Represents stunningly good value for this location in Santorini. Small family-run hotel at its best.

We've just returned from an unforgettable stay in Fira Santorini, and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The room was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the caldera—exactly what you imagine when you think of Santorini’s beauty. Waking up to that view every morning was magical. Lia and Jakob were beyond amazing, so welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. Their warmth made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a place with both incredible views and top-notch hospitality, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

It was one of my best hotel experiences honestly. The staff were so helpful and kind, helped me with everything and suggested me a lot of amazing places to go and things to do on my vacation. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It's located very close to the center of Fira and the bus station is only a few minutes away which you can use to travel all around Santorini. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious things. Overall I want to say I am a very satisfied customer & I suggest this Hotel to anyone who wants to visit Santorini.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is located within a very short walk to Santorini's main bus terminal in Fira. This is crucial for anyone looking to explore the island on a budget (for example a short ride from the airport or ferry port to Fira will cost approximately 40-50€ by taxi but only 2-3€ by bus). The hotel seemed like it was brand new and the rooms and other premises were very clean. The staff, especially Lia at reception, were so friendly and informative. Communication during the reservation process and during our stay was excellent. She was more than willing to recommend a few things to do on the island. We ended up doing several things like having dinner at the Santo Winery to watch the sunset, taking a day trip to Oia to see the blue domes and the other architecture that they are famous for, and doing a Sunset Cruise with Vista Yachting. Our whole stay was amazing.

Our Caldera view room had an eyesore of either a new construction or an abandoned building directly in line of our view.
