Exceptional breakfast with everything included ( scrambled eggs, feta cheese, tomatoes, olives, yogurt, fruits), spacious room with seaside view, a nice pool and the staff was very kind. They offered the information on how to get around, what to do and see on the island.

10 mins walk to Fira, good location to enjoy the city while staying a bit out of the crowded centre. Convenient hotel parking. The staff is extremely conscious and provides excellent service and tips for things to see or help with local car rentals. Our familly room was spacious but with few natural light/windows.

Staff were very friendly. The man that runs the poolside bar and restaurant is exceptional. Just a few mins walk from Fira. Would definitely recommend staying

Philippion Boutique Hotel is conveniently located at 600m scenic walk from the Fira Busstation. The Supermarket on the way is an added advantage (closed on Sundays though), where you can pick up drinks, snacks, fruits and beach essentials. Hotel was squeaky clean, very professional and helpful staff. Pool was enjoyable, staff serving the pool towels and setting up the umbrellas was a nice touch. With a private balcony, the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was rather nice. limited options but good enough to get you started. Property has beautiful Caldera view on the front (across the road). Fira town is where you can find the market, restaurants and the bus station. Buses to beach, Oia and thira port are easy to access but check the timings first (they change everyday).

Breakfast can have few more vegetarian options. Otherwise the property exceeds expectations, everything was perfect. Reception at the front, pool at the back, AC in every room, town at a walkable distance.

Great little boutique hotel just a short walk from the main town. Beautiful sunset view right out the property's front door. Loved this location! The staff always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with any questions we had. Room was spacious and clean and included a small safe to put your valuables. Free breakfast to start your day was a nice added touch. Would recommend this location to friends traveling to Santorini and would definitely book this location again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the main town center. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, including the lovely girl who kindly brought me extra feta cheese at breakfast 😊, the kind lady who ironed our clothes since the hotel didn’t provide an iron, and even the night guard who brought us water to our room at 1 a.m.—such thoughtful service! Luca and Thanos were also very helpful and polite. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection, which was quite limited. Otherwise, everything was great!

Beautifully presented property, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast set us up for the day. Great location, only a short stroll from the centre and caldera yet quiet for a peaceful sleep. Daily housekeeping, balcony was lovely to relax after our afternoon swim. The pool is great, again spotless and plenty of umbrellas and fresh towels. Note the buses all route through Fira so it’s definitely a great location to base yourself at. We used the buses for our entire 5 days, convenient, cheap, regular and very clean. All in all a great place to be.

Luca the Front office staff was super helpful. He gave us very clear directions. He arranged transport and tours for us. Over all he was just the best person for the job. Location of the hotel is too good to be true, main action area in Fira was walkable, the bus stop was walkable, the food was walkable. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and cleaned the rooms on time every day.

Everything was perfect! 5 minute walk to downtown, so it was quiet at night but easy access to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast was lovely with hot and cold options. The swimming pool was beautiful and served drinks and food. The rooms were pretty. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Lucas booked tours and restaurant reservations for us, Olcey served breakfast and ran the pool and bar.

I had a wonderful stay at Philippion Boutique Hotel in Fira! The hotel was lovely and in a great location, but what truly made my stay exceptional was Luca. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my entire stay. His warm hospitality made me feel truly cared for, and I’m very grateful for his support. Highly recommend this place — and if you’re lucky, Luca will be there to make your stay just as amazing!
