My fiancé, now wife, and I stayed here for 1 night on a wedding planning trip to Santorini and 4 nights during our Santorini wedding along with a number of our guests. The hotel did everything they could to make our time there as great as it could be. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the manage Nick and the other gentlemen that were at the front desk throughout our stay. The hotel has incredible views. Our room (The Ambassador) was very large and perfect for the bride and bride's maids to get ready on the day of the wedding. Our balcony was perfect for pictures and the hotel is located in an area of Fira where more picture opportunities are just outside the property. The hotel is located very close to the "center" of Fira, and is within minutes of just about anything you want to walk to. Breakfast served to your balcony every morning while you look out over the caldera is also incredible.

The hotel is amazing and perfect for honeymoon, we booked it based on a recommendation from a close fren who stayed for their honeymoon last year in the same hotel. We arrived around noon time, and was informed that we got a room upgrade! Yeay! Entering the room, the aircondition is alrdy on welcoming us, there is complimentary welcome drink and a bottle of wine too. The room is spacious and well decorated. The bathroom is cozy and romantic (would be perfect is there is a bathtub!). The bed is comfy and the pillows are soft yet firm. The view is breathtaking, the sunset is perfect from the balcony, just sit back relax with a glass of wine while watching the orange ball makes its way into the horizon. The staff are very kind and understanding, they helped us to carry our luggages up down the staircases, they serve breakfast to our room balcony, carry bottles of drinking water whenever we need, helped us to arrange for transport to and flo the hotel as well as bike rental - basically well rounded and we really enjoyed our stay feeling happy, relax, leaving all worries behind. The breakfast, is superb! Vast variety of selections, we cant finish tasting everything even though we stayed for 2 nights. Yogurt is super yum! Bread and pastries are fresh and crispy, cold cuts, omelettes, salad, juices, tea and coffee selections all available, with complimentary local dessert too.. (drools everytime we think about the breakfast). Overall, there is nothing that disappoint us. We pray hard that we will have the chance to return one day to this wonderful place that we can even call home. Totally no regrets!

Loved the location and traditional style of the property. Freshly painted and very clean. Welcoming and friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Quality of breakfast was excellent.

No information on website that lunch or dinner were not available at that time. Also breakfast was not served on your terrace if requested. If these services are only available during high season then this should be clearly stated on their own website.

Absolute fantastic Hotel in Fira. The rooms are large, private, beautifully furnished and it is a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely service minded and always just a call away. At Aigialos Luxury you feel very welcome the moment you enter the hotel door. The location is very central, there is a nice calm in the hotel and the breakfast is delicious. Absolutely highly recommended for guests who expect a higher but also more relaxed atmosphere. Aigialos is our place in Fira from now on..

There's nothing , not to like

Staff were superb. Breakfast was fab, either in the restaurant or on the rooms balcony. Spotlessly clean Friendly black cat.

Air con unit on balcony could be heard a bit at night not enough to wake up, but if awake slightly annoying. Likewise sitting on the balcony air con unit could be a little intrusive, However, these are converted properties and compromises have to be made. It’s a lovely place and if I had same room again would not be disappointed.

We stayed in Ambassador apartment for six nights , absolute comfort , very beautiful and romantic, very homey. Breakfast delightful. Everyone was helpful and friendly, we felt treated as a royalty in a paradise. Very comfortable to getting out to the south of Santorini beaches and small villages to explore the local life and obviously cuisine. Stunning views. For the last two nights of our holiday we had booked two nights in Oia , which I personally regretted. I wish we just went out there just for a day and superb dinner in Carma restaurant.

Fantastic location with gorgeous view on the caldera. Hotel and rooms are charming, and the staff went to great lengths to help us out with some demands we had. Plentyfull and tasty breakfast.

Parking in Fira is not easy though in the end it worked out ok for us -the staff informed us well about the parking options that are indeed available.

My iPad got stolen whilst I was taking a shower. A very bad experience during my stay at the hotel. They made no effort to explain or resolve what happened and I had to go to the police on my own to file a complaint (who said they would send a report explaining what they found out in 15 days) but the most ALARMING thing is that the robbery occurred while my wife was in the room taking a shower, so keep that in mind if you are looking to stay here.

We had an absolutely amazing time!!! The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating - even though we arrived almost 10pm. They were exceedingly helpful with reservations, both for activities and for dinner. The breakfast was delicious and served on time, the room was clean and spacious, and the view? To DIE for. The hotel is perfectly situated- 5 min walking distance to everything, but super quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Amazing stuff - very friendly,kind and helpful.Great breakfast - fresh,tasty and variable. Great location - monastery,churches, scenic strees with shops,restaurants are close but the hotel is still quite.The bus stations with public transportation is around 10 minutes by a walk - to Perrisa,Akrotiri,Oia etc.
