The hotel is amazing and perfect for honeymoon, we booked it based on a recommendation from a close fren who stayed for their honeymoon last year in the same hotel. We arrived around noon time, and was informed that we got a room upgrade! Yeay! Entering the room, the aircondition is alrdy on welcoming us, there is complimentary welcome drink and a bottle of wine too. The room is spacious and well decorated. The bathroom is cozy and romantic (would be perfect is there is a bathtub!). The bed is comfy and the pillows are soft yet firm. The view is breathtaking, the sunset is perfect from the balcony, just sit back relax with a glass of wine while watching the orange ball makes its way into the horizon. The staff are very kind and understanding, they helped us to carry our luggages up down the staircases, they serve breakfast to our room balcony, carry bottles of drinking water whenever we need, helped us to arrange for transport to and flo the hotel as well as bike rental - basically well rounded and we really enjoyed our stay feeling happy, relax, leaving all worries behind. The breakfast, is superb! Vast variety of selections, we cant finish tasting everything even though we stayed for 2 nights. Yogurt is super yum! Bread and pastries are fresh and crispy, cold cuts, omelettes, salad, juices, tea and coffee selections all available, with complimentary local dessert too.. (drools everytime we think about the breakfast). Overall, there is nothing that disappoint us. We pray hard that we will have the chance to return one day to this wonderful place that we can even call home. Totally no regrets!

We stayed in Ambassador apartment for six nights , absolute comfort , very beautiful and romantic, very homey. Breakfast delightful. Everyone was helpful and friendly, we felt treated as a royalty in a paradise. Very comfortable to getting out to the south of Santorini beaches and small villages to explore the local life and obviously cuisine. Stunning views. For the last two nights of our holiday we had booked two nights in Oia , which I personally regretted. I wish we just went out there just for a day and superb dinner in Carma restaurant.

Absolute fantastic Hotel in Fira. The rooms are large, private, beautifully furnished and it is a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely service minded and always just a call away. At Aigialos Luxury you feel very welcome the moment you enter the hotel door. The location is very central, there is a nice calm in the hotel and the breakfast is delicious. Absolutely highly recommended for guests who expect a higher but also more relaxed atmosphere. Aigialos is our place in Fira from now on..

There's nothing , not to like

Staff were superb. Breakfast was fab, either in the restaurant or on the rooms balcony. Spotlessly clean Friendly black cat.

Air con unit on balcony could be heard a bit at night not enough to wake up, but if awake slightly annoying. Likewise sitting on the balcony air con unit could be a little intrusive, However, these are converted properties and compromises have to be made. It’s a lovely place and if I had same room again would not be disappointed.

Nice view

My iPad got stolen whilst I was taking a shower. A very bad experience during my stay at the hotel. They made no effort to explain or resolve what happened and I had to go to the police on my own to file a complaint (who said they would send a report explaining what they found out in 15 days) but the most ALARMING thing is that the robbery occurred while my wife was in the room taking a shower, so keep that in mind if you are looking to stay here.

We had an absolutely amazing time!!! The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating - even though we arrived almost 10pm. They were exceedingly helpful with reservations, both for activities and for dinner. The breakfast was delicious and served on time, the room was clean and spacious, and the view? To DIE for. The hotel is perfectly situated- 5 min walking distance to everything, but super quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Tasos and the entire team at Aigialos were extremely helpful from the second we booked our stay and so welcoming throughout our entire visit! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel is located near so many restaurants and shops in Fira so it was easy to walk to everything we needed once we arrived. The breakfast each morning was delicious and we really appreciated that they offer to bring it to your room so you can eat and enjoy the scenery in private. They also offered complimentary water bottles which was perfect and needed for all of the exploring we did! Highly recommend a stay at Aigialos!

It was not a concern for us but there is a bit of a walk and stairs to get to the property so should be considered if needing ADA compliance.

1. Excellent location overlooking the caldera 2. Front desk staff Nikos and Evi were exceptionally helpful, tips about local sightseeing were very helpful 3. Room was great spacious 4. Breakfast spread was limited but pretty fulfilling 5. Taxis etc were arranged without any hassle

1. Hotel entrance is not accessible by direct road due to the location, which means lugging your own heavy luggage to get to the hotel is impossible.

The location was perfect. Just at the entrance of the beaten path without constant foot traffic. It has a small but elegant wading pool and the room we stayed in had epic views of the volcano featuring magnificent sunsets every night. The staff was impeccable, super friendly, and ready at any moment to help.

I missed having a pool that we could lounge around. We had some minor issues with water pressure (which they jumped into action to fix as well as they could) and the breakfast, while generous and served exactly at the correct time each morning in our room, was never exactly what we ordered- even if the food was excellent. Small details that feel silly to mention, yet could be improved to make one’s stay perfect.

What a memorable experience! We were treated like royalty, even though we stayed for one night. We stayed in the magnificent Maestro suite with its private balcony overlooking the caldera. Breathtaking! Excellent service and very attentive staff. Our stay included a extravagant and delicious a la carte breakfast and a bottle of local wine. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our time there.
